Pretty poor software that updates a bit randomly in my opinion and changes are not instantaneously reflected. They will restrict how much you can contact customer service in a free of charge manner. I tried to cancel my subscription in the correct way but they kept charging my card. Overall, pretty terrible experience. I actually just went back to using google sheets after a few months, let the subscription run out and it was easier for my smaller property.

Poor Customer Service, Poor Technical support!

They double charged me while doing the status certificate order and never want to make a refund to me!

I dealt with this company in previous job. Inconsistent service performance, lack of accountability when they made a mistake, and took forever to get back to you. Would avoid

I worked here for just over 6 years. I made some great friends and I learned a lot. I was lucky to have a great team leader and only left because I was headhunted. The CEO is amazing and generous. Loved working here.

I would give the zero stars but I cannot. I work with Yardi Voyager. Yardi Enterprise was much easier to use. The application design and structure is very complicated, hard to understand and difficult to apply. For the amount of money they charge every year their product is very weak and hard to use.

Poor customer service & lack of knowledge about their own product. System logs you out without warning and causes you to lose work. The concept of the platform is okay, still needs a lot of troubleshooting/updates.and customer service.
