I went in today to pickup an online orderedpart for my Husqvarna lawn mower, total success. First time visiting the store, well stocked knowledgeable staff, I inquired about a Kress cordless battery electric lawnmower never seen the brand, had a product in store demo, bought the mower and just finished cutting my lawn. Great service and I love this mower. Thanks folks! Great experience all round.

I purchased a gas control cable for a craftsman lawnmower about a month ago from Yarmand. I called them and gave the model and serial numbers and less than a day the cable arrived. The sales representative whom I spoke to was courteous, polite and helpful. I took less than three minutes to install the cable. I think that I will buy from again and I definitely will recommend Yarmand to friends and and acquaintances

The staff at Yarmand went out of their way to find the part I needed for a product that they do not normally distribute. I cannot thank them enough for helping me to get my tiller working again.

The shop and service center for Hunsqvarna products gives excellent service. I had problems with my automowers and they quickly diagonosed the problems and I got them fixed.

The shop, owned by Masood, is well run and well set up. He gives personal service, is helpful and stands by his work.

I was looking for a part for an old Husqvarna brush cutter that the local dealer admitted to having trouble sourcing. I scoured the internet and, even when it was listed, it was invariably out of stock. Was very surprised to stumble onto YARMAND and very happy to find out they're located in Canada. Their website had a somewhat sketchy feeling as it was loading, but I work at an institution that employs an extra layer of security on its IT network, so not that unusual. The website indicated that my part was on hand, so I decided to phone in just to be sure. Ricky handled my call and my order was placed. Part arrived within a week and was installed immediately. The machine runs perfectly.

My trimmer was on the blink so I brought it in for help. The staff at Yarmand were very professional and the service was faster than anticipated. Will definitely be coming back for any future maintenance or repairs to my lawn equipment.

I have used these guys three times to service and maintenance a snowblower and lawnmower when I had problems (of my own making). To keep this short I will point out the three things why I keep going back
1) - trust - I don’t feel like they are trying to price gouge. They agree on an initial amount and call / explain any deviation and that only happened once
2) -pride - in their work. Above and beyond! Because the lawnmower is considerably older, one of the twist handles (for folding the handle bar) was “functional”, even though it was half broken and they replaced it without charge, did something similar for snowblower. Also appreciated they had a service to pickup the snow blower, because no way could I have transported it!
3) -attention to detail-. Added stabilizer because it was end of season, and gave a few storage tips

Highly recommend these guys for any small engine work.

This was a difficult order. I needed belts for a Scag Tiger Cat II. Yarmand did not have them in stock, so I placed the order and, in the meantime, went looking elsewhere. I wound up talking with the distributor and eventually with Scag. The supply chain issues were problematic all the way up the line. I any case, Yarmand kept at it and were able to deliver the belts as soon as they could. Can't ask for any more than that, ya know?

Had a very good experience. Both Ricky and Farid are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Purchased a snow blower, lawn mower and a chain saw. They also have a lot of parts and saw people coming in for parts, service and tune ups during my visits, which i am sure i will do as well in the future. If you need outdoor machines it is a great place to go to.
