I saw Mallory the hyg today. She was friendly, pleasant, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and did a very thorough job in all aspects of my cleaning.
Dr. Sidon completed my recall exam and he too put me at ease while explaining everything in layman's terms.
The care given upon reception to receive your bill was painless too.

I want to share my experience that I had today in kemptville. I'm not a big fan of dentists but Dr Yazdani helped me feel at ease. Took his time so I wouldn't feel ANY pain, this was one of the best experiences I've had so far at any dentists office!

We had the best experience at Yazdani. Our teenage son has not had pleasant previous experiences at other Dentist offices and was quite anxious. Yazdani Dentistry - specifically Dr. Sameera & Maui have totally changed how he feels. He leaves Yazdani smiling, confident and not at all anxious to return. They were both beyond kind, patient and eased every single worry he had. They accommodated him through the entire appointment, he had the tv on, stress ball in hand and nitrous oxide to relax him. I cannot thank Dr. Sameera or Maui enough - they are both absolutely amazing.
The front office staff is great as well - scheduling appointments, communicating via phone, email & text makes the whole process extremely easy. Plus they are very welcoming when you are in the office.

Had an emergency appointment, booked the day of. The staff upfront were very welcoming and helpful. The dentist was very detailed with me and I felt like I was in very capable hands. She worked out a plan to fix my remaining dental issues in a timely manner. I had put off going to the dentist for some time and after my appointment at yazdani, I feel very silly for being so apprehensive. I have been once before long ago and it was just as good of an experience. I was told they would get back to me on an estimate for future work and had a voicemail by 8am the next day with the estimate. Very impressed!

Yazdani is amazing! I went in for the first time after having a tooth emergency and I'm so glad I did. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming, by the time they started doing the dental procedures I felt like I was at home hanging with friends! They were able to direct bill my insurance which was so much easier than waiting weeks for them to reimburse me. I love that they have vision boards and charity goals to help the community. It really shows the passion they have for their craft. The dental assistant I had was so kind and sweet and did a great job getting me comfortable in a new environment. (I wish I remembered everyone's name!) The dentist herself was just as lovely and made sure I understood what was going on and all my options for treatment. Even the front desk lady who claimed to be in training was incredibly knowledgable and explained all the elements of my insurance and procedural costs to me which was so awesome since I've only had my own insurance for a few months and had no clue how it worked! I was so pleased with Yazdani, it's about a half hour drive for us but every minute was worth it! I can't wait to have my whole family attending this practice. Looking forward to my next visit!

I felt comfortable and welcome from the minute I walked in the door. Dental experiences in the past have been less than stellar for me, and my anxiety sky rockets at the thought of having work done. I had a tooth extraction done on the 14th of February. Dr. Meredith Evans
was the dentist that did the surgery. I was nervous at first I hadn't been to the dentist since the 90s, but her team did a fantastic job and I think I wasn't in there for any more than an hour. The staff is friendly and very professional and followed all COVID protocols. They really care about their patients. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs any dental work.

My cleaning and hygiene was done today by Salloum and he was absolutely fantastic. Professional, courteous and very attentive to my needs. I cannot say enough about this gentleman. What a great dentist he will be and this organization is lucky to have him on staff. Many thanks fr making my dental experience a positive one today!

As a person who has always had a dental phobia. I found with Yazdani dental clinic, an incredible match of up-to-date innovations in dental science. As well a courteous and loving environment. It almost feels like you’re in your own home. Between a caring staff and an offering of a warm beverage, to calm your nerves. Once I brought someone with me. They told me after they had never seen anything like it. A dental office that had coffee and tea, as well as water. I know one things for sure, I have found my dental needs for the rest of my life. I tell anybody who is looking for such services. So make an appointment you won’t be sorry.

Although I don’t particularly like going to the dentist, Yazdani staff are always there to make sure you are comfortable and the whole process is painless!

As an apprehensive patient, it is clearly amazing when a dental team can make you so relaxed and build such a level of trust that miracles happen. Today, I had to go in for a surface filling, as part of my tooth broke off and it had to be fixed. I agreed to try and have the work completed without freezing. Prior to attending Yazdani, you had a better chance of getting on a Jeff Bezos’ rocket to space than me having a tooth cleaned up and a surface filling put in without freezing me. This is proof positive that I am at the perfect dental practice for me. Dr. Sidon and Heather, you are a great team and I truly thank you for being so good at what you do. I could not possibly recommend you highly enough, Yazdani is so fortunate to have you as part of their team.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dental clinic. They are very friendly and professional. Everyone from the front staff to the hygienists and dentists are great. My daughter who hates needles has no trouble with fillings here because they go the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable.

Visited as I had lost a filling in one of my front teeth. Dr Sida repaired and replaced the old filling. I felt relaxed and totally comfortable in the care I received. She did a great job.

The dental services provided at Yazdani Family Dentistry continue to amaze me and can be summed up in three words - Friendly, Professional, Efficient. From the minute one is welcomed upon entering the office until their departure, the staff make one feel comfortable and relaxed.
Prior to becoming a patient at Yazdani Family Dentistry in 2008, I had always been pretty tense in the chair (which I am sure many are when sharp pointy instruments, a vacuum cleaner and the occasional power tool enter one's mouth), but that is not the case in this office. The dental hygienists, dental techs and dentists are all gifted with the magic touch. Methinks that Laura has that special knack to put a patient at ease and is second to none in the teeth cleaning business and Dr Ahmed is a true professional. Well done Yazsani Family Dentistry!

Dr. Shen was fantastic. I had a tooth extraction done previously that couldn’t be finished because the infection caused to much pain and freezing wouldn’t work.the dentist I had then was very impatient and seemed very frustrated with me. Went back in today to see my regular dentist and he was amazing. Patient and told me exactly what to expect. I recommend Dr. Shen at Yazdani over any other dentist.

I feel there is too much marketing and request for feedback. As a client, I have no reason to stray.when the marketing signals constant requests for validation by the owner, i get frustrated. My continued patronage should be validation enough.

Dentist visits are not usually something anyone looks forward to, especially during a pandemic. Lost a filling, and had no choice. Dr. Yazdani has gone above and beyond to make a very safe experience at his Kemptville office, with air filters in every cubicle. Kristen and Dr. Thillai are amazing! Very competent, friendly, and professional. They both made sure I knew what was going every step of the way. First dentist experience at a new dental clinic in over 30 years and was extremely satisfied with every aspect of the visit. Felt very safe with Covid protocols in place, and had amazing staff take care of me. Would definitely recommend them.

I was recently made aware that staff members have to get the COVID vaccine before being able to return to work. I think this is absolutely disgusting. An employer does not have to right to force any employee to put something in their body to be able to keep their job. Getting a vaccine is a confidential personal decision and should not effect employment under any circumstances. I’m going to be changing dentists. This is utterly disgusting!

Best and easiest dental work I have ever experienced. It was quick, easy and painless which is usually the opposite for me. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The scheduling system is easy and I like the text reminders for apt confirmations rather than phone calls. Excellent all around! Thank you!

Both my boys aged 3 and 5 visited the dentist in the last month. They both saw Dr. Bates she was amazing with the kids and very efficient, professional and reassuring. Nice place that performs unnecessary work. They told us our 7-year-old had ten cavities. We got two separate opinions, and both said 5, max 6. Don’t let the snacks in the waiting room and millennial chipper staff fool you. They were going to drill into 4 of my kid’s perfectly healthy teeth.you hear about dental scams on Marketplace, and I suspect this is a top culprit. Don’t take their word for it.do your research and get a second opinion; or better yet, go somewhere else. Now we know how they can afford huge beautiful facilities.by scamming your insurance and traumatizing our children.

I was there last night for my cleaning and exam and I honestly cannot say enough good things about Stephanie B the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth she was so incredibly thorough and her communication with me while doing the cleaning was amazing her compassion for making sure I was comfortable and relaxed was like no other! I have only ever let 4 people clean my teeth one being a hygienist that I grew up with and went to since I was a child, the second a hygienist outwest (horrible experience) when i lived there, my cousin when I moved back, and now Steph and I can honestly say I will not go to anyone but Steph as long as she is in the field! If anyone is looking for a phenomenal hygienist go see Steph you will not be disappointed! Thanks again Steph and can’t wait to come back!

Yazdani Family Dentistry office was welcoming and thoughtful from the moment I called to make an appointment. The receptionist who spoke to me was very friendly and got me in quickly to take care of my tooth issue. I was not disappointed when I arrived for my appointment and was welcomed by name even though I had never been there before. I was treated with respect and care by everyone. The dental assistant was so sweet and Dr. Ahmed was kind and forthright which I really appreciated. I have found my new dentist! Already booked a checkup and cleaning.

We absolutely love coming here, even though my eldest is not comfortable going they make it easier for him as they explain everything and let him try everything out before starting.
They have direct billings which is great and late night hours. We recommend them to everyone we know.

Dr. Yazdani provides such an awesome environment for his staff as well as us, his clients. I have been his patient since he took over the Kemptville office many years ago. Of course I have a few favourites among the staff, especially Linda, Leslie, and the best hygienist ever, Jen. I have been fortunate enough to have Dr. Yazdani provide almost all my required dental work, including enough crowns, that I think I qualify as royalty.

During COVID, Dr. Yazdani provided much appreciated information about what he was providing for his offices to open as soon as possible. It is a safe workplace with excellent protocols.

Of all the dentists, and dental clinics, I’ve been to over the 60 years I’ve been on this earth, Yazdani Dental Clinic in Kemptville is hands down the most welcoming and friendly clinic I’ve EVER been to!
From the first step into the clinic, I was greeted by Marilyn for my Covid screening, followed by a personal tour of the clinic AND I received a welcome gift!
ShayLynn (sp?) is the best and most gentle hygienist I’ve ever had, and Dr. Sidon was super gentle and a gem too! They took their time, engaged in pleasant conversation, and weren’t pushy about anything.

When my husband and I arrived at Dr. Yazdani’s office, we were greeted warmly at the door with gift bags and a tour of the office. The staff at Dr. Yazdani’s are very professional and obviously care about their patients. This was my first visit and got the full work-up and sympathy for some of the fear I was feeling at the time. I have been a patient of Dr Yazdani for 5 years. Before that it had been over 10 years since I had been to a dentist as I have a great deal of anxiety about the dentist and people working in my mouth. Until today I had not had any issues here and had regular appointments. One thing that I did not like and in fact refused was probing to gauge the depth of my gums. This made me extremely uncomfortable. The last time that I was there (about 6 months ago) I willingly signed a form to decline the procedure. Today when I went i was told that they would refuse to clean my teeth if I declined the procedure and further that it would have to be done at least every 2 years. I once again declined and was refused my cleaning. I had to drive from Barrhaven and take time off of work to attend it. It would have been nice to have known about this new policy in advance. I think that it is a poor policy in light of the fact that your website states about how accommodating you are to your patients needs.you were not accommodating to mine. Further you sent me a text asking about my visit and then when I write back to answer you question why it was not 5 star you tell me that you do not respond. #disappointed
