Ye's Sushi

This place used to be great but our most recent visit was pretty terrible. There were 6 of us in our party. We were all very much looking forward to our dinner at Ye’s. We ordered our food and after over an hour of waiting, my wife went to ask someone if they received our order and if our food was coming. They assured us it was. After over an hour and a half of no sushi, my wife went and complained. A nice young man, who was actually fairly helpful, came by and took our order by hand. Shortly after this, our food finally came. We were there for 2 and a half hours and didn’t receive everything we had originally ordered. With tax and tip it was over $300 for 6 of us. Totally not worth it for this experience. Thank goodness for the nice young man who came and helped us. We will not be coming back after this experience.

Pretty good food I would recommend rolls I wouldn't recommend anything with mainly crab because the crab is not real.it is fish with flavoring basically but other than the crab everything is pretty good

Food is awful.something is really wrong with the broth they use for soups and the wontons are like play dough.sushi had chewy seaweed, appetizers were old and all broken up.i also saw the sushi chef with his phone on the cutting board.very unsanitary and overall the worst sushi i have ever had.i’m not gonna be surprised if i get sick.

Thier food has come a long way the last couple years and the service is always speedy. Satisfied.

Super fast service. Salmon was a bit small in the portions, so we just ordered more! Very fast turn around from iPad order to delivery of plates and clean up of empty dishes. Will go back

I used to like this place long time ago, this time food is not that good and so much less variety, server was rude complaining one piece of squid i did not eat threat us to pay extra. Definitly not coming back! So many other better ayce.

First time at Ye's. Lots of great food options. Touch targets on the iPad menu were very small, but a good way to order lots of sushi to share, as well as lots of options for those who don't eat sushi.

After a very long time due to Covid time off went for dinner buffet here.the sushi was absolutely down to zero quality! It seemed like frozen or been sitting and not fresh! Absolutely THE worst ever sushi I had in a long time! Rude manager when I asked what happened to Ye’s because it was not the same as before. Fish was so small.many items were altered to way cheaper quality or not on menu anymore yet the price has gone up huge! Paid $110 for 3 people with one senior discount. Yet I would have paid no problem if the food was not this disappointing! Absolutely disgusting Sushi! Never going back.

Amazing all you can eat sushi restaurant. Very quick service and polite staff. All the food was delicious! Highly recommended

Food is good but once you've ordered a certain amount they start slowing down on purpose and play dumb when you call the server

I was expecting a japanese restaurant and I was disappointed. There is no sashimi and very few options of japanese food. The tempura was very greasy and the flour was common flour, not the specific one dor tempura.once we reqlize that japanese food was not their strongest cuisine, we tried other dishes: the mongoliam beef is very good, and the tay rices are ok too. The dessert is all you can eat too and the fried pudding is very good. The lower part is the service.first of all they let us make an order and realized that the meni was woth wrong info, se we had to redo the order. The server are very impolite and they put the food in the table throwing each dish, and are incapable to give any information.they also dont look any happy to be there. It was very uncomfortable. Over all, I beleieve thera are best options with much better food and servide. It costs 27 dolar per person without taxes - very expensive for the experience. I don’t recomend.

Great AYCE sushi place. Very extensive selection of sushi and other items to choose from, and they were all excellent. The service was adequate and never delayed. Especially considering the slightly cheaper-than-usual price, this is one of the best AYCE sushi restaurants in the area.

I’m very disappointed. We placed more than 15 orders and we got just 2. They are too slow and disrespectful.

Had a great time at Ye's Sushi last weekend with my family. The staff was organized and hospitable. The food was delicious and came at a reasonable wait time. Looking forward to coming back:)

Great place used to co.e here alot, food however is starting to deteriorate but overall not bad

They got rid of the mackerel fish sushi which was disappointing. But the other food was decent. Some of the sushi my partner wasn't to kein on like the pressed which was like grilled sushi. Service wasn't the best as they never asked if we needed napkins as we had one each or water/drinks.

Great location, restaurant is large and spacious and has many tables. Food quality is average and the price is not bad as well

Foods always alright, little to no service, then when time to pay, they'll keep the debit machine on th counter and say "make to sure tip" as they watch your every move on the screen. Makes for a very awkward experience EVERYTIME.

Can’t fault the food at all, but the service was below average. Couldn’t understand or hear anything the server said to us. We had 2 kids under 2 years old with us, and no one offered a high chair, even when we asked, no one brought one. Disappointed in that, but the food was good.

Foods always good but phone support is horrendous. Just called twice and they picked up and let me listen to dishes clatter for 5 minutes before hanging up on me (: don't call it's useless apparently lol. I'll be driving in to order some takeout I guess. See ya soon

The service is terrible here. I was waiting over an hr for my food. The food is okay but what’s the point of eating here just get takeout. I wouldn’t dine at this restaurant. The Waterloo location is a lot better. I prefer going there. The workers have a nasty attitude and expect a tip in the end. They are mean. I literally had to call my waiter a few times. I will never eat here again.
