Great place to hangout. Staff service was good. They’re pretty fast at making the drinks. The vibes of the place is great too! Definitely going to be one of my hangout spots from now on since it’s cozy and warm. Although the drinks are on the $$ side, it’s still something good to try since they have flavours that you can’t easily buy from other bubble tea place

Sigh, this place is always out of Taro, then why put Taro drinks on your menu? Je ne suis pas content!

The very best bubble tea you can get in Kitchener Waterloo My favourite is the hot taro milk tea, so amazingly delicious. Clean environment and the staff are always nice.

Tried boba here randomly and fell in love. Special mention they are using Natrel milk for mango drink (attached image).
Ordered brown sugar boba and peach tea for my partner. Honestly I liked fruit tea better. Would recommend fruit teas more than milk teas.
They have a wide selection of flavors. Friendly staff and very neat place. Will be back to try sugarcane and mango with sago drinks.

The very best Bubble Tea you can get in Waterloo. Tea is fresh and flavorful. The texture of the bubbles is the best you can find around here. The only bubble tea shop I would go in Waterloo region.

Came to buy some drinks today. The service was fast and friendly, bought a Peach soda tea and it's amazing, love the peach chunks inside. I have been looking for a place that has soda and fruit like this for sooooo long. The sugarcane tea is sweet and yummy too.

A bit shocked to see the place is a bit slow even tho they have a good variety of drinks, good service and good location. Please support this business!

Their drink and their service but they recently got a different worker in and she is incredibly slow. I know she is a new worker but it took her 5 minutes just to add $8 to the cash. I said cash and she gave me a machine to pay debit. Then it took her 5 more minutes just to change it back. Their bubble tea is decent but quite expensive, and they often give you lotsssss of tapioca which is great!

Literally the best fruit tea anywhere. This Waterloo location is specifically the best; better than the Toronto locations because of the better fruit quality. Also the only place that doesn't ask for a tip, so it's not as pricey as it seems.

Milk teas are mediocre, though. Go to CoCo or the Alley.

This is by far the BEST bubble tea you can get. I'm actually kinda bummed that I tried it because now when I go anywhere else for bubble tea I'm disappointed. But I just ordered random stuff until I found one I liked. I 100% recommend the winter melon bubble tea with tapioca pearls. If you get brown sugar pearls it's VERY sweet so I don't do that but I recommend it for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Me and a Japanese friend go here frequently and we have a fun time hanging out here just chatting. She was the one who introduced me to bubble tea and this place. We’ve tried so many drinks/bubble teas here - they’re all good and unique - but difficult to remember the names of things we’ve had. Lol. But that’s fine.

They come in regular, large sizes - hot or cold. Reasonable prices. Good service. Clean environment. Most people take away. Very few sit and enjoy their drink here. They have good Asian music playing here too. Check it out. I highly recommend it.

It’s the best bubble tea in town. Very fresh, no powder and wired flavour added. Its a must try in Waterloo!
Ps, they don’t add sugar a lot so if you are a sugar lover, ask them add more sugar.

Very quiet location - not busy when I came in. They offer a lot of fruit tea selections with a higher-end price. The service was very friendly and prompt (not always the case even with empty boba shops). I got my drinks made perfectly within 1 minute of ordering. The brown sugar pearl black tea latte was flavourful and not overly sweet. Softer tapioca pearls were unique, but nothing to complain about. Overall, the place was clean and service and drinks were good - I would definitely return here!

Always out of stock for the popular fruit teas. So disappointed compared to other yifang locations.

This is like the premium bubble tea in town. Priced higher but uses real fruit and just is a notch above everywhere else.

Absolutely delicious. The strawberry milkshake tastes the biting into a fresh strawberry and the brown sugar matcha latte was devine. Will definitely be going back.

Nice staff & cool setup behind the counter! I absolutely love how they display their fruits in cute modern looking wooden crates on high shelves? Their drinks are so refreshing and you can tell they don’t cut corners when it comes to the amount of fruit in each drink. The milk foam is an always for me too. Good experience.

I tried the Black Sugar Pearl Milk Tea and it was perfect. The milk was really fresh and mixed well with the black sugar. The pearls were of the perfect size, chewy and not too sweet too. I ordered a HOT tea, but what they gave me was *barely even lukewarm*, it was practically cold. Guess I just threw $8 in the trash. Never visiting again.

Fantastic bubble tea, and very quick service! I had the milk tea with tapioca, and the flavour of the tea itself was really good; no powdery texture at all. The tapioca tasted fresh, and the size of the pieces is smaller than at other places, so it isn’t as likely to get stuck in the straw. I highly recommend this place if you’re in Oakville!

This chain has a great selection of fruit teas particularly. Great flavour. Interior is also beautiful. Staff is friendly. One of my favourite places for fruit teas.

Yi Fang is one of my favourite and trusted bubble tea chains. This particular location is spacious and the employees always provide a pleasant interaction. The customization options are limited to the level of sugar; however, the consistency and flavour makes up for this minor downside. Pricing is standard and in line to other competitors. Yi Fang does not use fruit powdered flavours, which I greatly appreciate. I recommend Yi Fang for new and regular bubble tea lovers.

Wow! Came here for the first time as I was craving a cold drink and live near by. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to ordering but took the advice of fellow reviewers here and tried the brown sugar pearl milk tea.it was so tasty! I normally dislike tapioca pearls but theirs are DELICIOUS. I could eat them on their own! So soft and flavorful. A bit on the pricey side but it's a nice treat, for sure. Their other flavors sound good and they have a ton of variety! Very polished interior with seating. Will be back for sure!

Hidden gem and legitimately my new favourite go-to bubble tea place. The teas are creative and tasty, and come in the prettiest packaging I've ever seen. The people working there are always friendly and helpful, and have even given me some great recommendations. I've gone at different times of the day and the service is always quick. Super recommend this great place.

I drive for Uber eats and it’s the second time I come and grab an order here and they always take a long time. They tell me to cancel the order because they can’t do their job properly

Don't use Skip the Dishes. Twice, we've had our orders not show up. When I contacted Skip the Dishes, they claimed that their driver tried to contact me. My instructions were to leave at the door and leave, for touchless delivery. AND, I checked both my emails and all three phones and no contact was attempted by the delivery guy. Skip the Dishes will not refund me my money, and now the driver has my drinks PLUS I even tipped him for stealing it!

I love Yi Fang's bubble teas but I don't like the fact that their delivery service steals the drinks.

I am a regular customer. Easily the best BBT shop in Waterloo. Staff are so friendly as well. They also have proper COVID measures unlike some shops that I won't mention here.

Fresh fruit drink and milktea.love the brown sugar line of them. The staffs are friendly? Come here too many times so the staffs and the owner remember me as well.

The drinks are really good but a bit on the pricer side, for instance 6 dollars for a regular size drink. The store design was very cute, but a big drink menu should be put up for the customer to see.

Really wanted to try their Yi Fang fruit tea but sadly their $2 promotion was over for the day. However, they did have a 20% any drink promotion. Decided to get the brown sugar pearl matcha latte since it looked so good and it was delicious. The staff is nice and explained the menu highlighting their popular drinks. Will definitely have to try them all!

The toilet paper in the restroom was hung “under” instead of “over”, but otherwise this place is great. Their tapioca pearls are the best I’ve tasted. The staff is quite friendly and helpful with the menu.
