Recently I have been thinking about how long and how to do confinement confinement. There are many good confinement centers in China, and there are also specialized intermediaries that will introduce confinement nanny. After doing my homework, I found out that there is also a confinement center in Toronto, and it is near my home, so we hurriedly made an appointment to take a look!

After visiting, I found that its services are actually not as expensive as expected. Compared with individual confinement nannies, Emperor has a very professional team. Professional people do professional things. For example, nurses do not need to cook and can take good care of mothers and babies. Two nurses work in shifts in the morning and evening to ensure the quality of work, making new parents feel at ease!

I didn’t even try the food tasting, but my friend Amway said the ingredients were good, so I quickly ordered it. Unexpectedly, my family also loves to eat it, and we usually have quite picky tastes.

Because it was the first week after giving birth. There are still two points left for lunch and dinner that I ordered. Unexpectedly, the pork liver was not fishy at all and was well prepared. Stir-fried vegetables, steamed fish, soup and multi-grain porridge. Dinner: Vegetables, sweet fish soup, snacks and pork ribs soup, meat dishes. The soup has all the ingredients, it looks very particular, and the taste is very satisfying~

My first time staying at confinement centre after birth, but this has been my best experience. I basically just moved in straight from hospital; everything is being provided for mom and baby. The place is very clean, they’re constantly cleaning up and floors being mopped all the time. I was able to relax and recover well, knowing that I don’t need to deal with the baby and just focus on myself. There’s 24 hour shift that helps looks after the baby and I; so my sleep was not disturbed at night to feed or change diapers. The main reason I have confidence with leaving my baby with them is they all have medical backgrounds and experiences with babies. Throughout my stay, I had nurses and Chinese medical doctor to come visit and check up on us on our recovery.

Overall, I had 5 star experience at this place.

In a blink of an eye, I returned home from the Emperor's Confinement Club where I lived for 5 weeks. Let me talk about the actual feelings after the actual stay. I won't go into details about the visit and consultation before the stay. Interested friends can find out by themselves. Because my request is very straightforward, that is, to go to the confinement center to take a good rest, and I don’t want to invite a confinement woman to stay at home, so I searched for confinement centers in the Toronto area when I was 3 months pregnant. In fact, due to various reasons, many confinement centers here The confinement centers are all mothers who come here for a short stay to give birth. There are very few confinement centers that really serve local mothers. Therefore, after visiting and consulting Emperor, they are more recognized. In fact, it is really good to live here. The following content is purely Personal experience, no advertising (in fact, my account does not have any advertising value)

1. I had a cesarean section on the scheduled day. On the day I went to the hospital, the Queen’s logistics and customer service teams followed up and responded to my various needs in a timely manner. Whether it was in terms of diet, massage services or other miscellaneous matters, their service team was able to provide timely assistance. I adjust.

2. Emperor's nurses are divided into day shifts and evening shifts. I actually prefer younger nurses because they have more energy. I don't have to worry about the lack of experience of young nurses. I am really satisfied with this aspect. Whether it is feeding method (overfeeding or not), skin care (our baby's newborn acne and dandruff are quite serious) can get timely information and improvement. Our day shift nurses are very caring, not only to the baby, but also to me, so careful that I want to dig her home to take care of my baby (just kidding), the night shift nurses are also very hard, especially after three weeks, the baby has a bit of flatulence, Even if there was a little fuss at night, she would go out of her way to think of ways to make the baby comfortable. My baby weighed 6.3 catties when he left the hospital, and 9.5 catties when he came home from the confinement center, and he had a double chin in 5 weeks. Others include daily room cleaning, helping postpartum mothers to wash their hair, I won’t go into details about the ginger water bath and so on. Let's put it this way, I haven't held the baby in these 5 weeks. Apart from eating every day, I sleep or check my mobile phone.

3. Regarding the confinement meal, there is not much to say about breakfast. Lunch and dinner are 3 dishes, 1 soup and a staple food, as well as breakfast, lunch and evening snacks and confinement water. Their family is not a very bland confinement meal, Anyway, I am very happy to eat. I produce a lot of milk every day and I have never been hungry. There are often fish maw and sea cucumbers in the ingredients, especially the soup for each meal. I feel that I really put my heart into it.ps Their fried pork liver is very delicious and tender! I’m a big fan of offal, but I really can’t cook the pork liver at home

Another 2 weeks later, they will arrange a door-to-door massage service. God knows how excited I am, because I haven’t had a massage since I was pregnant. When the masseuse massaged my shoulders with baby oil, I really felt that confinement was not so uncomfortable!

The above are some of my feelings. Although the price is definitely more expensive than hiring a confinement lady at home, I think first, there is supervision and protection, and second, if there is a big treasure, you can get better cultivation in the confinement center. The body is the capital of revolution, you should take good care of yourself during confinement period

From the first day of check-in, I had a very good feeling. Although it was raining heavily, the staff who greeted me were very good. The room environment is very clean and tidy, all needed items are provided, and the privacy is also very good. For new mothers, the food is good, varied and nutritious. I booked postpartum meals (lunch and dinner) for two months. The ingredients were fresh. The meals were tasty, and not salty at all. The portion was generous. They made sure that I had variety of dishes every day. The delivery person made sure that my food was delivered on time between 11: 30 and 12: 30 mostly. He also texted me every time when he delivered so I knew the food was here. You also get herbal tea for postpartum every day based on your consultation with a traditional Chinese medicine doctor. I didn't like some of the dishes, so they made sure that they changed to something else. The service team is great. I didn't need to worry about food with a newborn. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service and meals.

Had a very good experience here with my wife. Staff were very attentive and answered all questions. The example meal service was very good. Food was very "clear" and healthy with no heavy flavours. Very friendly staff and an informative tour. Delicious food, lots of variety from soups, rices, meats, fish and vegetables. Tasty and I bet quite nutritious. They have some great Chinese delicacies that aren’t found everywhere

Super unprofessional company. Booked an appointment a week ago, and received the confirmation message. When we arrived their office nobody showed up and the door was locked. Called and told me they were in training that we need to wait for AN HOUR! My husband and I have taken half a day off for the appointment. How unprofessional this is!

They served a generous variety of traditional dishes, which was fantastic and delicious.

I ordered the postpartum meal from them and the food was fantastic (fresh, nutritious and uses very fresh and healthy ingredients)! I feel my body has recovered very well and I am producing a lot of milk as a result of the food. Their customer service is also amazing - they are very responsive to my many requests and very accommodating to my individual needs. Definitely recommend this place to other moms!
