Some old man working there is extremely rude. The way he looks at people is insidious. The worst look I've ever seen in my life.

I have gone to Dr. Biglar, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this very special lady. Not only is she incredibly competent and professional, she is definitely the most caring Doctor Who listens to her patients, and always wants to do her best by them. From the first time that I met her, her calming presence and knowledge is truly commendable. She is outstanding. Also, the two ladies working at the front desk are very friendly, and helpful. I had been using the pharmacy for many years, and only now do I need a new family doctor, and Dr. Biglar
is the one. She is incredible. I highly recommend both the clinic, as well as the pharmacy.

I wish I could rate it zero. The worse clinic I have ever visited. During almost 2 hours spent waiting to see the doctor in the waiting room. A lot of patients went to see the doctor earlier than me because they had an old acquaintance with the secretary, and this was very unfair. When I protested, the secretary replied that they would only meet with the doctor for a few minutes. While each of them stayed in the doctor's room for approximately 15 minutes or more. I do not recommend it at all.

I used to go to this Clinic seeing Dr.saber,
They send me for some tests, they lost all my test results!
I called them many times and didn’t get any call back related issues.
Now a friend of mine have the same problem.
There is no responsibility in this clinic.
It’s disappointing…

Let me start by thanking the kind staff at the pharmacy. Each one of them is professional, kind-hearted, and understanding. They take the time to listen and will go above and beyond to get your medication as swiftly as possible.

Now bear in mind the walk-in clinic and the few detrimental reviews you read about Dr. Steinberg, are in no way representative of the pharmacy and its great staff.

Dr. Saber was excellent and super friendly. She took time and took notes on my symptoms and prescribed medication based on my conditions. There was only 2 people ahead of me when I arrived.

I went to this walk in clinic for the first time today with my son that had flu like symptoms that weren't getting better, with a persistent fever. The walk in doctor determined he had a sinus infection and needs antibiotics. I specifically told her that my son is allergic to penicillin. She prescribed penicillin without me realizing. Currently at the hospital on Christmas Eve with my son violently vomiting and diarrhea non-stop. It's unacceptable for a trusted professional to be incompetent and irresponsible to prescribe seriously health altering medication so carelessly. Never again coming back here.

I used to get my prescriptions from this pharmacy. The pharmacists there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Last Monday, I was suffering sudden lower back pain. I was too uncomfortable to do anything. So, I went to the walk-in clinic to see if they could release my pain. The reception is super nice. Dr. Steinberg is helpful and knowledgeable. He referred me to physiotherapy. I started to do my physiotherapy session there. And now, I feel much better. Every employee who works there cares about you. Thank god there is a super nice clinic in my community.

Dr. Saber couldn't be more indifferent. She told me that it's not something serious but if you want, I can refer you to a specialist. I went home and after a week, I noticed that it's serious and it's not getting better, so I called to ask for the referral letter. Her secretary told me that she's talked to her about the letter twice and she won't refer you
They also put a stand in the waiting area to encourage you to submit 5 star review for them to enter a draw for a prize. NOT ETHICAL AT ALL.

Overall 10/10 I received the help I needed very quickly, staff was very kind and understanding and it was very clean and covid friendly

Great clinic! The doctor is nice and the staff actually pick up the phone. I went to 2 other clinics this week that were too full to see me but here I did not have to wait long to be seen at this clinic. Thank you!

Pharmacy staff is very professional. They are very helpful and take the time to explain everything in details. They also have COVID testing which is quite smooth and the results come back in time. Highly recommended.

Worst doctor i have ever see. Dr Jeffrey Steinberg may be the worst doctor in Toronto. He do not wear mask, he can not talk and hear clearly. He told me all other doctor is garbage, do not take their pills.he is best in town.lol.

The doctor is very old, can not hear and talk properly. He yell to us make my girlfriend too scared to talk to him. Why don’t he just retired and stay at home. Terrible service. Do not go there if u go through all reviews.

I came to this physiotherapy clinic a month ago with my knee and neck pain. The result that u got was amazing. My pain reduced to minimum in 3 sessions. Their treatment approach and exercises was very different than my previous physio clinic. I defiantly recommend this clinic if you want to get result.

I have been going to YC pharmacy for years and recently started my physiotherapy sessions, which has been amazing. The staff consistently deliver great customer service. Very professional and friendly and will go the extra mile to help out and provide support to your medical needs. Thank you all.

Been here at least 5 times for the pharmacy, walk-in clinic as well as physiotherapy. My experience with all was beyond expectation, the doctors, pharmacists and receptionists are all incredibly caring, empathetic, helpful and to the point. Gives me a sense of coherency and community. Will definitely be my default pharmacy.

The whole experience at this clinic was amazing. The receptionist is kind, patient and efficient. The pharmacist is so informed and helpful. And Dr. Saber is compassionate, asks the right questions and is very modern and logical in her approach. Wow. This is how medical clinics should be run! Congrats to this entire team.

I had an amazing Covid vaccination at the Yonge Cummer Pharmacy, such lovely pharmacist and staff.

Been coming to YC pharmacy for almost 2 years now, words cant describe how helpful and professional the employees here are. There are other pharmacies that are abit closer to me but i choose to come here because they truly care and They help to make a gloomy day like today much brighter

I have been a patient of Dr. Steinberg for over 20 years. I thinks it is fair to say that I have seen him in every mood possible.
I do agree with some of the reviews that he could be loud and sometimes short tempered.
BUT and this is a BIG but!
If you are looking for an old fashioned doctor who is extremely knowledgeable in the field of medicine. He is your guy!

What I respect the most about Dr. Steinberg is that he truly has your best interest in mind. He won't prescribe antibiotic if your body can naturally fight off the infection. 0

Ultimately not too many doctors like him exist anymore.

Went to this walkin after having an ear infection, spent maybe 5 minutes in the room with Dr. Steinberg where he quickly told me I had an infection and gave me drops to use. Many concerns as he was not wearing a mask, suit was very dirty and no obvious concerns for his patient. I find him very rude and unprofessional and any medical professional working in a walkin clinic should be wearing a mask. We are in a PANDEMIC!

I have been going to this clinic for more than 2 years now.staff and doctor is amazing.everytime doctor patiently understand our concern and provides best advice and prescription.
