Best dentist place to go to. All the staff are very kind, and professional. I go there for regular cleaning and regular check ups. Definitely recommending this dental office. If you have any fears, anxiety or any other doubts they will make sure to answer all your questions and get you satisfied.

The dental office that can almost make you want to go to the dentist! Dr. Ari and the team excel for me (the anxious patient) and my family. From emergency root canal, a chipped tooth, the desire for a whiter smile and the dreaded cavities it's as painlessly and personal as you could imagine. Sensitive to anxiety, highly skilled, direct with advice, and responsive. Dr. Ken Rozansky and his well oiled team are simply amazing. Beyond the routine cleanings and check ups over the years, I recently had a cracked tooth. I was not only seen by Ken on an emergency basis, I was also then referred for a same-day second opinion to confirm the diagnosis, and then the very next day, the emergency surgery was arranged and performed by a specialist at Ken’s office. You can’t get any better than that in terms of responsiveness, service, combined with prudent decision making, and technical skill in minimizing complications.

Dr Ari was very kind and comprehensive. I got my replacement filling in just 30 min. They even apply more freezing so I felt comfortable enough. Thank you.

I was always afraid of visiting dentist since my childhood but this clinic made it for me. I am extremely happy with the care and guidance provided after initial examination. If i share my experience throughly I booked appointment on call which was very quick and easily available without any waiting period, with the respect of everyone’s time team started sharp on my appointment time. The receptionist is very polite and she made feel welcome, she also help me to understand costing along with insurance. She is simply amazing in her job. The radiologist was very friendly and she is very customer centric. As I mentioned before I always afraid visiting dentist but Dr. Randy is the best dentist ever i met. He invested his time on me. He listened me and diagnosed me very softly. He is very polite and friendly which makes me more comfortable as well as confident to go for my next treatment. Horrible experience that made me feel like I'm not even human.
I had a long term pain that I came to check out, as a foreigner on a working visa I knew I wouldn't have insurance. I didn't know I needed consultations for every single thing. They told me I had to take my wisdom tooth out in order to do a root canal on adjacent tooth, so they would do a root canal 2 months after the recovery. I paid for the surgery at a different office, 2 months later pain was so great that I couldn't sleep or eat without painkillers, could not work. For weeks.
They scheduled me 2 weeks in advance when I called begging for appointment, turns out they scheduled me only for CONSULTATION to tell me same thing they had already told me and charged $150 for this. Told me to schedule actual repair, closest possible appointment was 3 weeks away!
I found another doctor that could do it right away, but this office didn't even want to send x-rays that I PAID for so I had to redo them at new doctor with unnecessary additional radiation.
Zero empathy and rude interactions when I brought up my issues

I have been going to Yonge and Eglinton Dental dental since I was a teen and for over a decade now and I could not ask for anything better. I must admit I am not the best patient, but they have always been so accommodating and provided the highest level of care, services, support and follow up for me. I could not recommend the more. Dr. Rozansky has been by dentist and is great doctor and person and Dr. Ari has also helped me over the years with various issues. 10 stars out 5 is the real score. You would be lucky to have them.

Really efficient office, since I started living in this area I've always gone here. They've always accommodated me for appointments. They kept me safe throughout the pandemic by making small adjustments to the design of their rooms and their operations. Dr. Fischer even took time to explain some of the measures taken and why. A lot of people here are passionate about their work which includes their interactions with people. My regular hygienist is Sana and dentist is Dr. Fischer - never a bad experience and very positive interactions with anyone, even if I've never met them before. They even have a specific person to act as a door attendant so you know where to go, they come to you to process your invoice, and you're not left lingering. Very seamless experience.

I always receive excellent care and service here. Donna is hands down the best Hygienist on earth! Thorough and knowledgeable.

I’ve been going to Dr. Rozanski for many years after a recommendation from a former coworker. The staff have always been great professionals and fantastic people who deliver exceptional service consistently in the most friendly manner. My coworker had said she doesn’t go to anyone else when she made the recommendation, and after many years with this team, I definitely understand why and I can say the same myself!

Everyone who works at Yonge and Eglinton Dental is always so friendly. I’ve been going there for almost 15 years and even though I moved away from that area, I refuse to change dentists. If you’re looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Ari is fantastic. I have a huge fear of dentists but he always explains things really thoroughly and patiently. He is also really great about fitting in dental emergencies at the last minute if something comes up and you need to be seen ASAP. There have been multiple situations where I called with an urgent issue and he managed to fit me in within the hour. Honestly he is the best dentist I've ever seen.

From the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors, everyone is so super nice! I love coming here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rozansky for 13 years. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the quality of service and professionalism in this office, from the ladies at the front desk, including Linda who I know the longest, the hygienists and Dr. Ken. My nephew and my sister also visit the office and I have referred friends as well. I go every 3 months to the hygienist and have had several root canals and crowns put on. They only do what is absolutely necessary but give me all the information to make an informed decision. Throughout Covid, they have maintained an office with full compliance for patient safety and then some. Supporting local business is important and this is no exception.

Dr. Ari is one of the most amazing dentists you would ever meet! The staff makes you feel very comfortable and the treatment received deserves 10/10! I went there for my wisdom tooth extraction and had the best experience.
He will explain every step as he proceeds and makes sure you don't have the slightest of the pain. His assistant (forgot to ask her name) was so warm and friendly. The front desk team is very pleasant which makes the overall experience want to go more when you need them:)

I had to have a filling repaired and a wisdom tooth pulled! I must admit I was anxious. The last time I had a wisdom tooth extracted — it was a terrible experience. But this time Dr. Ari Katsnelson was amazing! He talked me through the whole process and assured me that it woud be painless and quick — and it was. Susan assisted Dr. Ari and she was kind and reassuring. You will love the receptionists too! Lisa and Carol are efficient and fun. They are quick with a smile and very helpful when it comes to getting those pesky insurance forms sent out. I've been to other dentists — they are not all as professional and kind as those at Yonge Eglinton Dental.

This office has taken excellent precautions while reopening amidst COVID-19, which helped ease my pre-existing dental anxiety. I'd been avoiding the dentist for years from previous bad experiences, but Dr. Ari Katsnelson changed that in one appointment. He explains all options that are available depending on your situation, and is very empathetic during the whole process. The procedure itself went very smoothly and I was comfortable the whole time. I also appreciated Carol at reception for her prompt and courteous email correspondence.

I went to meet Dr. Ari and his team after 10+ years of avoiding dentists all together. His manner was superb and he took great care to introduce himself to me, explain each step of the checkup, and ensure that I was comfortable. The hygienist Sharon similarly took great care to ensure that I understood what was happening and why as she worked diligently to remove a decade of grime from my teeth. After my cleaning and checkup, Dr Ari explained any future work that should be done and how soon it should be seen to. The front desk staff took great care to make sure I understood the billing for each procedure and what was covered by insurance and what wasn't. If you have any dental anxiety, I cannot recommend their practice enough! All the staff are friendly, personable, and professional. My only regret is not going sooner.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided at Yonge Eglinton Dental! I go to Dr Ari Katnelson and he is brilliant. I had to find a dentist when I was suddenly having issues with my wisdom teeth and I as I am a very nervous patient I wanted to make sure I was going to the best. Ari made me feel completely at ease and really took his time whenever I was getting a bit panicky. I have gone back ever since for check-ups and cleanings and always come away very happy with the service from Ari, the girls at the front desk and the other amazing staff. The follow up communications are also second to none! I also referred my partner to Ari as he has a big fear of dentists but really needed a check-up and he couldn't be happier with the service he's received. Would highly recommend.
