Yonge & Eglinton Diagnostic Imaging

Receptionist lady and other staff working were extremely rude. One person was on lunch so apparently that means no one else can pick up the phone to let clients know they arnt doing XRAYS for 2 weeks. Treat people with respect and learn manners. Called my doctor and they are going to never refer the clients here again. You just lost major business.

Highly disappointing. Arrived for scheduled appts with my parent who is in a wheelchair. This seemed to be a big problem and we remained in the hallway. Receptionist made no effort to have her seen asap.
Bone density went well with little help from technician- moving a parent onto the table. But the icing on the cake was the ultrasound technician. Rude and obviously not use to patients mobility issues and some dementia. This crew is in need of serious sensitivity training!

I had an appointment and when I got there the tec told me you are 20 minutes late and I just do the Ultrasound for once although I was just 5 minutes late.he didn't gave me any gown and he was in rush because he had another patient after me. I asked him if he has access to my ultrasound history which were done as his secretary told me before they have access and he told me no.
Before going to this location I always went to
2 Champagne Dr and I had great customer service experience.
This location customer service was awful. They don't know even they are dealing with some critical medical issues and they have to prepare a calm and stress free environment for the patients.

The ultrasound appointment went ok. Tech was nice and thorough. They told me the results would be sent to my doctor within 3 days. I haven't heard from my doctor yet and it has been 8 days now. I called Yonge Eglinton and they told me the original fax didn't go through. Why did it take me having to call back to check on things, for them to know it didn't go through? They need to pay closer attention to this kind of thing, as I noticed it hapened to someone else on the reviews

Very polite staff - both receptionist and technician were pleasant and patient. Experience was quick and easy. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Unfriendly and impolite staff members, i would not recommend to book an appointment at this location.

I did my X ray on 15th of September and today is 29th September. My doctor has still not recieved my X ray reports. 2 weeks is long time just to send the reports.

I was late by 5 minutes and had informed the clinic but found the attendant to be extremely rude. Everything else was smooth, hygiene was maintained and the process was swift.

Great customer service provided by the receptionist Jennifer. She was very approachable, friendly and patiently answered all our questions even after a long day. There was hardly any wait time, we were in and out in 10 minutes. The radiologist was very friendly as well. Keep up the great work!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had no problem booking. I was called in right on schedule. The lady who did the ultrasound scan was very kind and friendly. Would definitely go here again and recommend anyone in this area to go there. Thank you.

I needed an urgent ultrasound. The staff were able to squeeze me in within an hour. Service was excellent and professional. When they realized that the diagnosis was likely acute appendicitis they ensured that the radiologist report and physician reports were done stat and directed me to a hospital emergency room. That is focus and professionalism.

Most horrible experience with them.went there for my 21 week (anatomy) U/S. The tech who did it (male) was soooo rough and was almost hurting me. Spoke a lot of unnecessary things and seemed very confused. We were expecting to know the gender of our baby during this session but even on asking for it, he said that he can't reveal to us but everything will be mentioned in the report and the OB only will tell us. Whereas the OB said that nowhere in the report they have mentioned the gender of the baby. Soooooo disappointed with them (liers). Also felt he was a kind of racist person as we are Asian Parents. We are first time parents and are excited to have our first baby, But this guy ruined our excitement. Don't even deserve half a star.

I did not know until I got here, the services are horrible. They lack of professional, I was waiting for more than 1h and 30 minutes.please avoid this location if you value your time!
