The experience with the photographer was incredibly disappointing. Not only she was impolite and disrespectful, also she charged me twice more than other photographers. Despite attempting to convey my preferences and desires, the photographer displayed a blatant disregard for courtesy and skill, leaving me with subpar photographs and a sour taste in my mouth. Given this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone seeking quality photography.

All my photographs for permanent residence, visa and citizenship have been taken at this establishment. The photographer and staff are very friendly, honest and know all the specifications of each process (which it is a plus if you have any questions). Thank you so much for all your help!

If you don't want to be ripped off please choose another place for your passport photo. The lady charged me $20 for a digital copy and $25 dollars for printing the photo. In total I have spent $45 dollars for my passport photo. She is very rude and always seems rushed to the customer.

The place takes a high quality of photos, and the photographer guides you through the type and quality of picture you need and require.

This full service passport photo place has been a life saver twice now; the foreign government office we are dealing with is exceptionally picky and my passport photos had been turned down 5 times (don’t ask!) and the one set of photos (the sixth) taken here were the ones that were finally accepted. Today we were having to get a passport application in for our son and the officer (same as my time) immediately noted how good these passport photos were! Wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Very helpful personnel and hence extremely satisfactory visit here. The lady there even edited the pics a bit to make it more useful. Just one word of caution to folks coming here - the entry might be confusing, hopefully the added images help.

Great place to get your passport/visa photos. I came here with my girlfriend last year during COVID since it was the closest to our place. The lady who works there is professional, attentive and prompt when getting your photos done. Prices are fair and the quality is good

Excellent services, I went to few known professional photography companies and none of them could do extra work to convert their inches to centimeters to make my photo size.and I was giving up then found Yonge/Sheppard photography and to make sure I will not be wasting my time (&) driving I called first and was ensured that I can get any identification photo size. The picture I got were accepted by the consular services and I would like to say thank you to the nice girl who did mine there.

What a great place. The lady has great attitude, she is friendly polite, service is quick and great photo quality. I needed one citizenship photo for myself and a passport photo for my one year old son. Highly recommended. Will definitely come here moving forward for my passport photo needs.

Great Chinese passport photography service! Looked for a few before but did not have this good, can say its characteristic is cheap and fast two points. The service is also quite good. I'm very satisfied with it.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Li, she is very patient and elaborate. I went to submit my Digital Photo for PR and regardless of the IRCC system rejecting the photo even after she followed everything as needed, she was willing to make sure my photo was successfully uploaded regardless of the number of attempts. If you have a lot of hair, especially black hair the system will assume that’s a part of your face so you need to tie down your hair as much as possible to avoid rejecting your photo.

It is also affordable. I will definitely come back!

Very bad experience. I cannot believe I got my Photo from here. They know only the size requirement of the photo and nothing else. My face was enlarged and it was tilted to the left. The photographer made no effort correct my face position.

I don’t understand why the rating for this place is so high. My picture was badly taken. Shoulders were not balanced and hair was messy. The photographer didn’t even tell me to fix it. Definitely won’t go again.

The place is easy to access and is on the 2nd floor. It is neat and well taken care of.
The work gets done in minutes and you may request for print outs of documents as well if required.

I took pictures for applying PR today. The pictures are very high quality! I took pictures at Shoppers before I came here, it was more expensive, bad quality (dark), and not a place to take a photo. The staff provided great service.

Not professional for Passport photo at all, the lady who took the photo didn’t tell me about my cloth which wasn’t in order while she was taking the photo and I didn’t know. It is your responsibility to take another look at the photo before printing.
Also you pay 50% more.
I had a great experience at some other places where they guided me before taking a photo.

Chinese lady was very rush to take picture and get to money, extra charge you more than around there, quality very bad and you can take pic on the yonge st half this price!

The lady was very nice and charged us less for the kid's picture since it did not take her a lot of time. She also informed us about the criteria of toddler's passport photo claiming that it is okay to have open mouth for that age. It was NOT fine with the passport officer.we had to explain in writing why the mouth was open (which took time). Also I am not sure how when I was shown the picture before printing the mouth seemed closed, yet once printed, it was a bit open. Anyway, I wished I paid extra for her to take more time to take a picture that meets the requirements instead oh being worried afterwards and having to do extra things are the passport office for them to accept the picture.

They have the right professional equipment (pro camera, lighting, square cutter to cut the photos, photo printer) and the skills. Did a professional job, and the picture is beautiful. I especially liked that they had a light box behind the subject's head so that there is a clear contrast or outline of the head and body versus the background.

It was fast service and for 20 for a digital copy of the photo is not bad. But don't expect good service the lady was rough when I told her I only wanted a digital copy it was like I am bagging her for it just because she hit the print button on her little machine. My girl friend is getting her Hong Kong passport renewal and we told her what the spec requirement is but it still didnt past requirement.so upset!

Very quick process, hardly no waiting time. The picture is actually very good since you can pick one by yourself.

RIP-OFF. I went there for a US visa photo, I got my photo for 15$, but when I asked them to send it to my email address, the price was raised to 35$! 20 extra bucks to crop a photo and to send it to your email address.
