First rate vetinerary service and care. All the staff are involved and take responsibility for their roles. Their follow up to queries and concerns is immediate and efficient. I feel very well-supported with my dog's care.

Tiffany made me feel welcome and interested in my dog from our very first visit. The vets are very approachable. I don't feel like my time with them is rushed. I never feel like I’m pressured into a test or procedure that I feel is unnecessary. The staff are friendly and polite.

We love Dr. Gelman and have been very happy with him over the last 7 years since we first got our dog.

We just started bringing our cats here recently, but have enjoyed our interactions with everyone. They really care about all the animals they work with, and are very thorough in the care they provide. They are also very good with communication and using modern technologies to actually show you what's going on. No more handwritten notes that even other vets can't read. Having multiple veterinarians in one clinic is also a bonus, providing better coverage and availability.

I have been with YSVC for a number of years with our previous dog and now a new puppy. The care I have always received has been exceptional all the way around. When I call, or when I come in, the staff is always helpful, warm, caring and compassionate!

Yonge and St. Clair always provides the best care for our dog, Emmy! The entire team is extremely kind and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of pets. The vets and vet-techs are very knowledgeable and always do a great job making Emmy feel comfortable. I also appreciate how patient and accommodating the front desk team members are, and how easy they are to contact.

They are so professional know what they are talking about and the prices are very fair. Also everyone was smiling (which is nice for a change!) which makes it is a good place to work and good management.

Dr Gelman is a great vet. He did surgery on both my dogs. Everything was wonderful. He seems very knowledgeable and caring. Follow up from doctor or staff

Dr Tiffany is Excellent! She is professional, kind, experienced and detail oriented, she provided excellent advice. Her assistant was super helpful too. My cat was very chilled and comfortable around them.

My husky Koda has been a client of YSCVet since we first got her a year ago. The level of care and compassion from the doctors here is unmatched anywhere else. I’ve since moved out of the city but will never change vet offices, they’re worth the commute. Koda had some medical issues and the YSCVet team went absolutely above and beyond, followed up with the emergency vet on our behalf, spent time with me on the phone explaining things to me and answering my questions, and biggest of all, if your pet doesn’t need a procedure or medication, they’ll tell you what’s not necessary. It’s obvious that these vets are in it for the well-being of the animals, I’ve never felt pressured into buying anything or paying for anything unless absolutely necessary. The front end team reaches out to follow up after appointments, remind me when vaccines are due, and periodically just to check in and see how she’s doing after her medical issues. I’ve since referred others who have all had the same experience.

Knowledgeable veterinarians in an efficiently run practice. The vets are clearly caring and very practical in their approach, readily answering all questions. Staff in the office are courteous and helpful in arranging appointments, usually within a very reasonable time frame, and always accommodate emergency concerns. Email reminders around need for checks/vaccinations are helpful, especially for new pet owners. Appointments are also usually very close to running on time, which is a definite plus as well. Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with the clinic and feel in good hands there.

Just moved to the neighbourhood and found this new vet office. The vet (dr Gelman) was great with my dog (who is on the anxious side). The office was very clean, they ran on time and on site parking. So glad I found them.

I have been taking my two dogs to see Dr. Gelman, for almost 5 years now. We followed him from his last clinic and we were thrilled to join him at his new practice! He is very gentle and caring toward my dogs and extremely transparent with us. He does not leave the room and take your pets away (which can be very stressful on animals) he stays in the room with you to draw blood and for the examinations of your pet. Your animal has the comfort of you being present and DR. Gelman explains everything he is doing! His new clinic, is bright spacious and extremely clean. My dogs don’t run from him as they have other vets and greet him with their tails wagging! I have just referred two friends to him, living in the area and they can’t wait to start taking their pets to see Dr. Gelman!

Dr gelman is the best! We loved the new office and Harley and Oscar were so well taken care of! Best vet in town!

Had our first visit at Dr. Gelman’s clinic and we loved it! Onsite parking and green P parking available across the street. We were seen on time, the clinic space was welcoming and clean, staff were extremely friendly and most importantly, Dr. Gelman was great with my dog. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Great experience overall.
