Yorgo's Greek Food & Pizza

I did Uber eats a few weeks ago.pizza was decent, salad was ok, dip was weird. They forgot to deliver our wrap we ordered and when we called and waited on hold for a while to try to resolve it they said we are too far for them to deliver it now? And we have to
Contact uber which was a pain and I feel it wasn’t my job to do so but tried anyhow and didn’t get it resolved. Basically we paid, didn’t get it, and they didn’t take responsibility for the error and made it our problem. 0/10, yalla bye

Easily my fave place for takeout- everything is fresh, very well cooked by guys that know what the heck they're doing and it's always great value for the money. I get Yorgo's almost every week.

The staff are super friendly, prices are reasonable, and the food is ASTOUNDING. This is gonna be one of our new regular places. 10/10

Ordered a pork souvlaki dinner. Food took a little while to be ready but i enjoyed the food a lot. Food tasted great and seems healthy. Thankfully my food was not drowned in sauce. Will definitely buy from here again.

Don't call this Greek! Greek salad full of lettuce 2 olives 2 tomatoes fake 10 gr fake feta. No olive oil. White rice burned plain potatoes. Wrap had no onion. Tzatziki no garlic the pita was dry. No taste. Staff was fast and helpful. Yorgos Greek food? More like hospital food. Not Greek.please

No feta cheese or kalamata olives in the ‘Greek salad’ with my platter. Cmon guys, don’t cheap out.that is a staple of a ‘Greek salad’.:/

I do not like peas in my rice, salad was wilty brown and not fresh.
The second time eating here, it wasn't as good as the first time.

Ordered through Skip The Dishes. Not only did it take over an hour and a half to arrive, the food wasn't that great. The chicken was over cooked and dry. I was expecting a nice shrimp skewer to be with it but it was over-fried butterfly shrimp - and only three of them. The potatoes had a fake lemon flavour to them. The gravy tasted smoky (?) and was barely touched. By the time the food arrived, it was barely warm. Do not recommend.

If you're in Nepean and need food. Wings, pizza, whatever go here. You can tell there is pride in the cooking and soul in the food. Respect.

I ordered a small Yorgo’s supreme pizza tonight and it was by far the best pizza I have ever had! I’ve been ordering from Yorgo’s on Clyde for more than 10 yrs. Great food!

I ordered several full meals from this restaurant last night for the first time and they were all amazing! Super fresh, lotsss of flavour, and still hot after delivery. I even had the leftovers for lunch this afternoon. Thank you guys

Delicious! This place exceeded my husband and I's expectations. We got a flyer in the mail, and decided to give this place a shot. Crunchy, and generous amount of calimari. Pita wrap was very refreshing and healthy. We also got the donair pizza, and oh my goodness I think we will be back here as regulars for pizza now! Garlic sauce is very authentic. Overall, we had an amazing experience!

The first time I tried this place I fell in love! I actually had to get it every week or every other week. The ingredients are so fresh and tasty and great prices too, and the staff are very friendly too! This is my favourite Greek place in Ottawa that I've tried so far

This is our go to for fast delivery service and high standards for their salads and chicken. After repeated orders I have yet to see anything that would change my opinion. They consistently provide the freshest salads that I have seen in the west end of the city.

This is my favourite place for Greek food! Everything about their chicken souvlaki platter is amazing. Homemade pita and salad dressing can't be beat.

I order from here constantly! I love the chicken souvlaki platter and my BF gets Tandoori chicken platter. As well another favorite is the Spanikopita. MUCH LOVE 5 STARS

Ordered thru Skip, Restaurant does their own delivery. Food arrived in little over half an hour from 8 km away.excellent.the food was warm tasty. I was momentarily fooled by the calamari because it looked like onion ring, but what an original taste. Hockey Calamari.the salad was fantastic.shrimp a bit few but delicious.even the taters and rice was tender not dry and very tasty. A multitude of taste with a good quantity of sauce to boot. Yup Ill be back

Food arrived quickly and was hot and everything was delicious. The portions were large and the marinated chicken kebab was moist and tender. The salad was fresh. Wraps were a hit with the kids. Really good food and good value.

Last time I ordered from this place the delivery driver wasn't wearing a mask and they had the nerve to mock my dog for barking. I'd normally recommend this place due to the quality of food and good prices but after my last experience I say go to another location.

I've had a craving for Greek food all day and this definately satisfied it. Food is delicious and the portions are really big.

Overprice Greek platters - Not worth it. The food was edible but VERY BLAND. The rice had zero seasoning and was very bland, it seem like it was made with frozen veggies. Potatoes were fine. I agree they give you a teaspoon of tzatziki with your souvlaki platter. Chicken was indeed dry. The lamb and beef was thin and dry and had no taste - was not appealing. The feta cheese had a weird taste to it. I was not impressed and won't be coming back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Don't waste your time. Slow service. Microwaved rice. Way over priced and the guy would not stop wiping his hands (and a knife weirdly enough) on his apron. Definitely won't be back.

So my friend always recommends this place for me so i finally tried it. And OMG best lamb and prok wrap ive had in my life. After almost a year of avoiding a place that is my friends go to joint. I feel like i should of listened a year ago. Will be ordering more often. Only reason i didnt give it 5 stars i waited over an hour for 2 wraps.

All of them are the funniest guys and nice people with good customer service. They had proper food and my whole family loved the food.

I dropped in for a quick takeout item while waiting for a bus, and they were able to help me select a menu item that would be done in time for me to catch the bus. The gyro wrap was really yummy!

Im a regular customer. I order once a week every Friday, and let me tell you, their food is AMAZING! I specifically love the chicken souvlaki platter with side order of dolmas. As busy as they are, I'm always greeted with a smile and thats something that is worth the world to me! Thank you YORGOS for being there to serve us during these hard times! <3

This restaurant rents it's space out to illegal business. The owner puts your health at risk by allowing strangers to use his kitchen. In oarcto make. RAW pet foods. The care nothing for your health or safety. The owner also sets up fake businesses using the name of real, established business, to try and ride on the name. He has tried to rip off primal pet foods (he uses primal instinct as a name) AND the famous Damascus bakery in sudbury.

Delicious food, it was exactly what I was hoping for! Fresh, comforting, tasty (plus huge portion for the price)! The spanakopita was phenomenal, same with the dolmas. I'll be ordering again.

Wow very good food tonight from Yorgos we love Greek food and Yorgos is very good at making it we had chicken and beef skewers rice potatoes and salad. If you want so Greek fast food it's fabulous.

The best american style pizza I've ever had, seriously, it's sooo good and addictive. And the platter portions are big! Very healthy, lots of veggies, rice, chicken, everything is perfect and fast and delicious:)

My gf and I like this place alot and she says it's one of the best Greek food places that's in the city.and with delivery, the food has always been hot too.

I have ordering from Yorgo's for over 3 years. There has never been an issue with the food. Always fresh and tasty. I highly recommended.

Great pizza and great customer service.
I was accidentally charged double the total from the delivery driver due to a mistake with the credit card machine. The following week i was delivered a pizza free of charge due to the mistake!

Yorgos Greek food and Pizza is the best in Ottawa always order from here only once I had cold frozen potatoes.

Front cash was rude to me (young kid), food over priced and cold. Bought their chicken poutine and it was lacking gravy and added little chicken. The most dry poutine I have ever had. Period. Wouldn't recommend going there for food. Foodies beware that Yorgo's is lousy and so is their customer service and food. Take your hard earned money else where because I completely regret purchasing. 1 star isnt low enough.

The best PIZZA in town (all their food is real deal). Greek is great, all the staff are wonderful (especially at this location) We order here 95% of the time that we get take out, and we are always impressed.

Typically, we order a medium pizza and I have never had a single pizza that wasn't done to perfection. Occasionally the food takes an hour or just over, during peak times, but it always arrives hot and cooked proper.

I saw a negative comment about the desserts, well we order dessert often, about 1/4 of the time, or roughly 5-10 times a year, and the cheesecake is always delicious.

Love from Costello Avenue, my wife is calling in an order as we speak. Stay delicious my friends, and those of you thinking of giving it a try, do it, and order a pizza, even if you want to have Greek, order a small side pizza (reasonably priced) and get ready to be hooked.

Just AWEFUL! Have been a loyal customer for years. Loved the lamb skewers, ordered almost weekly. Price has always been the same. Now the young kid running the phones calls to try and overcharge me and claims it's always been this way. I have receipts dating back a year that prove otherwise. Scummiest sleaziest move from a restaurant. In disbelief a out the poor service. This is after they took almost 2 hours on our last order and delivered it cold. Such a shame the quality has gotten so poor. Will be telling everyone I know to stay away

DON'T BE A FOOL LIKE ME AND ORDER ANY DESSERTS FROM THIS PLACE. I ORDERED THE BLACK FOREST CAKE AND IT WAS ULTRA STALE. I COULDN'T EVEN BREAK THE BOTTOM LAYER WITH MY FORK. YES I WAS EVEN MORE STUPID TO GIVE IT A TRY AFTER THAT. 100% CARDBOARD TASTING. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN AND REALLY WANT MY TIP BACK. BLACKLISTED FOR LIFE.

Awesome food and great staff, used to work next door to these guys, I recommend anyone to try their food, don't forget to get a side of waffle fries yummy!

I always get traditional gyro sandwhich. Tziki is DANK. Portions are great, you get so much meat you have an extra slice to just snack on which is probably the biggest reason I come back lol. Never had a problem over the years.

Took them 40 minutes to make pita wraps. Great food, poor customer services.

Came in 25 minutes after they suggest the food would be "ready" for pick up. Took them another 15 minutes to make to food infront me LOL.

Edible. But very bland. Potatoes were almost good. Stingy portions. They give you like a teaspoon of tzatziki with your souvlaki platter. Chicken was dry. The salad was a joke. Literally had 2 olives and 2 tiny pieces of feta that would be too small to put in a mouse trap. You have to go out of your way to be that stingy.

The past 4 times we have got food, there have been problems with our order. Twice they forgot the tzatziki sauce that we payed extra for, the time after that it was our drinks they forgot on top of taking an hour and a half for delivery, and tonight after waiting another hour and a half for our food, the delivery guy showed and we payed with a $50 but the delivery guy didn't bring any change? !? !? Are you kidding me? So now we sit and wait yet again for who knows how long to get our $20 change? This is not the way to run a successful business! I actually really enjoy their food but the customer service is beyond inexcusable! I would highly NOT recommend! Save yourself the lengthy wait and aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

Everything is delicious. Suicide sauce on the wings is done perfect. Big wings and pizzas are hearty.

Ordered the Steak Umm, that sub was really good. It was one of the hottest sub I've ever had. It was nice and freshly made. The service here is awesome too. They are friendly. I would recommend this place for other food!

This for the Clyde one specifically. I ADORE Yorgo's. Been going to them for about 5 years. The customer service is fantastic! I have never been treated poorly by anyone that has served me at the counter or on the phone. Always pleasant and smiling! And the food is delicious. I could live on it day in and day out. I have started ordering it for the meetings I "cater" at the company I work for. My colleagues all love it and ask for it specifically. I always recommend their food to anyone that mentions Greek. I will continue to go back to Yorgo's for years to come. These guys are great!
