I would give Dr. Rezvani 10 stars if I could but I saw Dr. Wang today and it was the most horrible experience I've ever had with a medical professional. She was very rude, and impatient, and trying to diagnose things that weren't even the reason why I was there. When I said I'm not here for that, she replied, then what are you here for? ! Which, I have already explained why I was there in the first place and this is why I know she's not listening. However if you get Dr. Rezvani, I highly recommend him. He is very nice patient, and will listen to your concerns and address them properly. He's the best!

My son was checked by doc Wang. She was very nice, professional and as a health care worker working all day with doctors I can easy realize if the doctor knows what is doing. Doctor Wang is one of them that really knows what she’s doing. Thank you very much doctor Wang.

We've been going to this walk in for a decade now. The doctors are exceptional, compassionate and knowledgeable since day 1 but I have to acknowledge to Dr. Resvani, he is kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. I am so relieved that my children has access to him and rely on his expertise. Thank you Dr. Resvani - we are so grateful for you!

Wao… just brought my kid there to see a doctor. Dr. Wang, and the front desk wouldn’t even know her first name. I’ve never met such a rude doctor in my life. She wouldn’t listen to your concern at all. She didn’t even say bye or tell us to leave the room until the receptionist told us to leave. It’s okay not to be a doctor if you don’t even want to be one. Make sure to ask what doctor you are seeing before going in the rooms.

An unacceptable experience with a “Chinese Dr. Wang”. If your son or daughter has any form of body pain, this unprofessional Doctor will only tell you to give your child painkillers, no matter the age of your child and without any studies. (My child who has chest pain for a week) we have been visited this children clinic for many years and we have most happy experiences, meet couple of expert Doctors but not “this”Chinese “Dr. Wang”. Finally she told us to find a second opinion, thanks for her “advice”, we found our second opinion, a good Doctor who immediately sent my child to do the blood work and X-R check.

Called same day to ask if they take new patients for walk-ins and how long the wait was, receptionist wasn’t rude, she was helpful. Went in the same day, was told to fill out a small form and wait time was approx 30min. We waited 45min and saw Dr. Rezvani. He was friendly, helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend coming here if you need to see a quick Doctor for kids.

Cons: parking is silly. There are barely any spots. We parked in the plaza behind the building and walked over.
Seating is pretty bad, everyone sits spread out.or just hovers around you.best to wait in the car and let the receptionists know.
Not very clean, bring sanitizer and Lysol wipes if you must. It’s not clean at all, even the patient rooms where the doctor examines you is quite dirty.

Avoid Doctor Wang at all costs! Doctor Wang is a complete waste of space and useless. I took time out of work, and drove through a snowstorm to see her. Now my son is more sick than ever, thanks for ruining my life. I wonder how she qualified as a doctor. If you find that she misdiagnosed your kids, I really recommend someone hold her accountable for her inactions.

Dr. Rezvani was detailed and easy to talk to. Answered all questions. Only one or two other patients were probably waiting when we went in and were seen qucikly. Receptionist younger girl worked very quickly and was nice to interact with. Hope they keep up good customer service even when they get more clients.

I’ve been bringing my children here for a number of years and I’ve always been pleased with the care that has been provided. There may be long wait times but realistically every walk in will have a lengthy wait times and usually provide inadequate care. In my experience walk in’s usually are quick to prescribe medication and really are very impersonal and ready to push you out the door and move on to their next patient. I really don’t trust going to any other walk in for my children as Dr. Razvani is an incredible and trustworthy doctor. He is very dedicated, knowledgeable, attentive and great with my children. He has also offered me very valuable advice over the years. Thank you Dr. Razvani!

My kids had fever for 4 days on and off and I called so many clinic which they don’t accept walk-in or new patient, luckily I called this place and Dr Rezvabi is amazing and take time to diagnose my daughter’s symptom, provided effective medication so my daughter is back to the daycare today! There were many ppl ahead of us but we didn’t wait too long. We are considering to switch our paediatrician to this clinic!

We were in and out within an hour. Both the doctor and student doctor were very knowledgable and the front reception staff was very friendly.

Amazing doctor. His my kids (8 and 6) doctor since they were born, he knows his job and he is one of the best.

I showed up at the clinic without an appointment. They were considerate and saw my child immediately. We waited only for 5 minutes before he was seen. All in all a pleasant experience.

I took my son two times for emergency and they accepted to see him right away. Dr Rezvani is very professional and knowledgeable. We also had the chance to meet dr Roushdi who was very responsive and explained everything very well. The. Receptionists are also so helpful

I've been visiting this office for both of my children since 2015. Dr Rezvani is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. I really appreciate his help, and highly recommend him.

Would not take my daughter because of a fever. Not sure why this is called a clinic. Would give a 0 if it was available. Horrible place.

As a father of 2 children, we have been seeing Dr. Rezvani for almost 5 years and found him a wise man, a great human being and a knowledgeable pediatrician.
So if you care about these qualities this is a right place for you; however if you are looking for a smiley face doctor who says yes to everything in order to keep you happy, then you may want to look for another place.

The staff was friendly. The doctor was knowledgeable and really good with my child. I came at around 5pm on a weekday afternoon and I did not need to wait at all.

Today is my first experience with my sick daughter at this place. I would say this is the worst clinic I’ve ever seen in Ontario. The front desk staff are rude! They do not follow the line sequence and you cannot ask they how many patients in front of you. I tried once after we were waiting for more than one hour, but I was immediately told “you can go other clinic if you cannot wait”. As a Canadian, I’v never been treated in this way. So disappointed!

This is my favorite walk-in child clinic. They have male doctors and female doctors. Every doctor is very nice. They listened to you carefully and can provide useful feedback and prescriptions. You can also collect your children's urine for test and get an immediately quick result just a few minutes afterwards. If something is wrong, they will send urine to lab for further tests. But you must be aware that, as normal as other walk-in clinics, waiting time would be as long as 1 hour in rush hours, i.e PA day, weekends, and etc. If you don't go in rush hours, waiting time could be as little as minutes.

Been there afew times. Doctors couldn't even diagnose the cold she had! She apparently had a bad chest infection which lead to ear infection, yet these doctors kept saying oh don't worry it's just a stuffy nose. That's all! No medicine, nothing! Over all a very bad experience! Very disappointed!

Hours incorrect. They stop taking patients at 6pm. Moreover, they refer you to the clinic which is also closed. Do not waste your time. Do not go there.

I appreciate that they let you leave and come back when the wait is long. They have excellent Doctors (always the same 2-3) and they are very thorough.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rezvani. He has a great bedside manner and explained his diagnosis for my son thoroughly and offered great suggestions how to get him back to health. Thank you for all your help.

I went there with my daughter who had a high fever on March 20th to this walkin.we went at 2: 10 pm as soon as the opened and because my daughter was vomiting I was told to leave and come back at 3: 30 because they were 3 people in front of us. We went back at 3: 30 and we were told there are 3 people in frount of us. They swiped the healthcard and we waited until 5 pm and the doctor didn't see us. My little girl was feeling really bad and neede to vomit, i was given small plastic bags so she can vomit on.
Even that i begged to them to be seen, they ignored us completely. I was told stay in the room. So I left. AND I NEVER GO BACK!
It was not busy but the doctor was going to her office to get help from his computer in diagnosis. It was not that each person was getting a good attention. It was simply lack of knowledge. I wish zero star was an option.

Friendly staff, great doctors, reasonable wait time and the most convenient the adjacent pharmacy, so you don’t have to drive to some where else with a sick kid.

I called in advance to see if they were still accepting patients if I arrive in 30 mins. The receptionist said yes. So I drive 25 mins with my daughter who felt pain in her chest and felt like she couldn't breathe only to be turned away as apparently the clinic filled up in the 30 mins. I was referred to another clinic by this place, so drive again, only to be informed that they don't accept walk ins. So instead of providing medical care for your child you get the run around. Level of care and service -negative

Dr. Rezvani is really a knowledgable and knows what exactly he is doing. He is not my son's doctor but I always bring my son to him as I had some negative experiences with other doctors which they couldn't found my son's skin alergys cause. Also this clinic has a really freindyf and polite staff.
