I called the company last week and they immediately scheduled an appointment for me. I was very pleased with the man they sent.

The rep communicated frequently throughout the project. He and his crew were friendly, prompt and kept the job site super clean each day. The job was completed in the promised time frame.

We met with a few roofing companies before deciding to go with the company. They came by to provide us with a quote, which we found to be very reasonable. When the project started, the team arrived on time and worked efficiently and cleaned-up at the end of the day. There was a price adjustment due to the double shingles, and a week delay due to the shortage of the shingles, as well as an oil leak from the disposal bin. I will highly recommend them to anyone!

Call the company immediately. You don't have to bother looking elsewhere. I had others look at my roof and these guys, without even knowing the other quotes, were way under. They were honest and straight forward and took care of other minor problems without charging more. Super pleasant dealings with the office staff as well. Felt like a family taking care of family. The company Arrived on time and listened to my problem of having rain water and condensation from my air conditioner located on roof flow over the gutter onto my deck. He recommended that I get a larger gutter and have it installed closer and higher to my roof line in the back. They are really great in installing it. Highly recommended!

After we had our furnace replaced and a chimney liner installed, we needed to get a roofing company to inspect the chimney flashing and loose shingles. We called around to get estimates, but York Handyman & Construction's reputation led us to prefer them to do the work. They came out twice to make sure he surveyed all the work appropriately and got us a fair estimate. While the work has yet to be completed, we trust they will use the same thoroughness he showed in the inspection and estimate as he does with the service and look forward to the finished product.

We asked York Handyman & Construction to do some work on our roof just before the winter. They provided us with a detailed plan of what is needed to be done in order to have a well prepared roof for the winter. They specified the cost of each stage of the project. Eventually, they did a great work. I must mention that the total cost was really affordable. We recommend this company for any roofing services you need.

These guys are great! York Handyman & Construction came right over, offered a great deal, and squeezed us in quickly so we didn't get flooded by coming rains. They noticed additional problems that they also fixed in a flash, and since then the gangway river has dwindled to a manageable creek during even the fiercest of rains. Can't recommend them enough.

I had my roof done by York Handyman & Construction. They were very good and at a good price. They walked me through the process and I felt good with the price. It's been a year now and I had one small leak in a vent during the big rainstorm. York Handyman & Construction came right out and fixed it. No charge. I would recommend them 100%.
