Firstly, praise the widespread empathy and friendliness of the entire staff, always available to help and clarify any questions.

However, the same cannot be said about the employee who generally works on Saturdays at the reception of patients.

In the first instance, she scheduled an appointment for a Saturday and I was astonished and amazed and when the stipulated day arrived, she told me that there was no appointment scheduled nor was it even made for this specialty on Saturdays. Given your tone of stubbornness and antipathy, although I reiterated that I have the card at home with the appointment written by her, I went to get it to show it to her. Upon seeing it, her tone and posture changed completely, but there was no acknowledgment of the error and, consequently, no apology. It's natural to make mistakes, you just need to know how to recognize it, humbly. We move forward with a new schedule.

More recently, I went to the clinic on a Saturday to do analysis. I didn't know the lab was closed on Saturday. And so far, so good, perfectly acceptable. What bothered me, once again, was the tone used in the service, as if it were personal.

I do not write this in a pejurative way, but as a reminder of the position she holds. Whatever the reason for the patient's attendance, if they are cordial
and polite, they should see themselves reflected on the other side too. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience, and while I wait for my turn, their service/behavior changes from person to person.

Worse doctors office, just spent 5 hours trying to my Prescription refilled, had to go back 3 times in one day for them to still get my Prescription wrong that I've been taking over a year.

This is not a walking clinic. This is a business center. If you are sick don’t go there, WE ARE PEOPLE not Numbers. They don’t know what they are doing.honestly. And I’m not talking about 1 experience it’s been 2years since I go to this clinic, I’m been having a lot healthy issues and they just make so hard. They really care about your number of our health card, because they don’t look you as a person. They look you as a number to pay at the end of the day! It’s insane! I live in Canada I pay a lot taxes here for no reason. The government allowed this small clinics making money without checking if they are doing a good job or no. A lot Turn Over here too! Today I write this big comment cause I’m tired of you guys! I’m tired to lose my time and unfortunately it’s very frustrating for me with all my health problems. I’m a very positive person but you guys as a team are draining my Energy! I know nobody at the clinic cares about this comment. But if you are reading please DO NOT SUPPORT this clinic.

I called to check if it was possible to get an online consult as I had been sick for a week. The receptionist actually told me that she was too busy to take down my information and told me to call another time.

While the staff and doctor are nice I have been highly disappointed in the service. There have been 3 separate occasions over 5 months where we have come for appointments or walk in and the practice is closed with no notice or note on the door. No explanation of change of hours. It is very easy to change a voicemail message and post a note. Understanding life happens but communication is helpful. People are counting on your service.

A wonderful walk-in clinic. The receptionist's are so nice. The Doctor is so wonderful too. I will always come back here. The most kindest walkin clinic I have ever been too. Clean spacious & wheelchair accessible.

The Doctor's assistant pretends to be the "Doctor" and refused to give me her name. When I called back, the front desk claims they don't know her name. How do you work with someone and not know their name? Right.

I like Dr. Haydar and Dr. Shabbash. Our family doctor of 30 years retired and we looked everywhere to find a new family Doctor. We were lucky that this location took us in. Right away, they scheduled a nice meet and greet, set up our annual screening and took care of everything. Very pleasant staff and very nice place. Clean and we never had to wait. Once our appointment is set up, we go in and hardly a long wait time.

I am very happy with the service. Dr. Haydar is amazing. And the staff are very pleasant. Thank you for taking me and my family in as our new doctor. I have recommended your clinic to other family and friends who are also looking for new doctors

They refused to do a TB test for me Friday afternoon because they are closed on Sunday for the reading. I told them it's not a problem, I would come back when they open on Monday morning. The woman at the front desk told me that Monday would be outside of the 72 hour reading window. Even after I explained 3 times, she could not understand that from Friday 1: 00pm to Monday 9: 00am was less than 72 hours. She even had a "lab tech" verify but seriously, this is basic math. I went to another clinic and they had no problem with it.
