Case worker is fat lazy and incompetent. I feel sad for taxpayers who pay those stupid case workers.

Case workers do not care whatsoever about their cases at this location. In fact, they don't care about Torontonians at all. Expect a phone call back in 3-5 business days. (Not from being busy, but by not attending their government occupation.) If you try calling in, they put you on hold and neglect you as if you're automatically categorized as a "Karen". At times like today, they do not release our monthly funds in time for rent. They also refuse to keep up to date with MyBenefits messages; which is ultimately our career paths.

Today 29January 2020 at 10: 40am I called direct to reception trying to explain quick question, I don’t know why she was so mad she gives me a bad customer service and altitude we couldn’t understand each other because she don’t wanna listen to me she just ask and answer, I am one of refugee person there is a lot of people that they don’t know how to communicate on phone but they get a lot of help from any customer service because they try to understand them anyway I wish I could know her name and I will mention her because of her I feel so bad, and I didn’t get any help

Some of the representatives over the phone and the receptionists at front desk are very rude. Especially the lady whose name is Velma (an extremely rude and racist individual) and a yellow-brown hair South Asian accent lady at front desk. But most of the caseworkers here are really nice, friendly and compassionate if you can survive from those people to get to them.

Front staf extremely rude! Always hang up on you when you try to call, won't listen at all and give you wrong information! The workers are nice.if you get through to them

Very helpful gentleman A Tibebu. I hopefully will be employed by the end of the month, at the latest. My visit with mr Tibebu gives me a chance and has outlined my options and available resources which I utilized and presently have my forklift license. God bless mr. Tibebu.

Honestly I love this place it always is so helpful to have services like this in ontario I can print scan photocopy things here and talk to anyone for a job to amazing

I would like to Thank here Caseworker 821 Kim MayWood for her excellent and outstanding support to me and all other people in need. This caseworker deserves a good medal, I never seen a better case worker than her in my life. She is so kind, human, open, supportive, approachable and motivator. One day I will reward her support and kindness. She makes me canada feel like my true Home and I have to appreciate her. I cannot conclude in words how comfortable and happy for her services. Kim, I feel lucky to have you as my caseworker and I hope you will rewarded by your office for your excellent services and contribution in Ontario Works Association.
