I have been a patient at this office since 2015 and they are the absolute best. The staff is so friendly and provide the absolute best service and care. I would recommend this dental office to everyone!

There is service and then we also have SERVICE! The SERVICE that yorklanes, but more specifically my hygienist Megan provides is unmatched. Megan is exceptional! She provides education, health assessments, and a thorough and deligent cleaning. The interest she shows in her patients is one I have never experienced and for that I truly appreciate her. The dental office is also extremely clean and everyone working there very professional. Would highly recommend Yorklanes in a heartbeat.

Dental work is rarely pleasurable, yet all the people I've met at York Lanes Dental Office have made it so for me! In addition to Dr. Haddad's great dental skills, his warm personality, consistent responsiveness to my concerns, and good humour have always helped immeasurably to ease my anxieties through a series of complex procedures. Many, many thanks to him-Bahar, the receptionists and others who work with him. You're a great team!

I have been going here since I was a student at York U (2017) and keep going back to date. The first time I went there I had two cavities and was in pain and had no coverage. We had a chat and came up with a payment plan and in the end I got treated. Next time I went was for cleaning and have been going back ever since. I would absolutely recommend the place. The staff is so sweet, always helpful when answering questions, and overall so kind. They also do a pretty good job. Honestly 5/5 for me.

I had an exceptional experience with my dental hygienist, Meaghan, and I cannot recommend her enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to explain every step of the cleaning process and answering any questions I had. Not only that, but she truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being. I left feeling confident in my oral health and grateful for such a wonderful dental hygienist. Thank you, Meaghan, for your exceptional care!

Fantastic experience! Carrie was so nice and detail on checking each and every of my tooth!

Liked the 3D picture of my teeth. Pin pointed my discomfort and clearly visualised all the issues in the screen. The problems and solutions were very well explained and easy to understand.

Treatment plan was very thoughtful and convenient.

I am done with filling treatment for one side of the teeth. I am very happy with the quality of the doctors and their work. So engaged and sincere about every details of the treatment. 5star again!:)

Now I'm waiting for my tooth extraction treatment.

I had a filling replacement on a molar by Dr. Alex yesterday.after completion of the procedure I did not suffer ANY discomfort and or any sensitivity which i found to be amazing.usually, the sensitivity last upwards of 4-6 weeks, not in this case. I was truly amazed by the work of Dr. Alex.thank you to you all at York lanes dental for making my dental procedure a very comfortable experience yesterday.a perfect 10 rating.axlefoly of shawn.

I have always had a great experience at York Lanes! Dr. Haddad and all the hygienists are very gentle, caring and knowledgeable. Sherry is so wonderful too, she’s friendly, efficient and always has a welcoming greeting. Nuha always explains the treatment plan and I feel confident I’m in good hands. This was the worst dental experience I ever had. Completely unprofessional. If you are a new patient you are promised to pay the emergency medical examination fee and X-rays of all of your teeth. Since I was recently at the dentist in my home country I knew I will not need all of them. After I spoke to the dentist they took not all but only one X-ray of the side where I have some pain. The doctor looked at it and said ok we have two options: remove the tooth or pull all nerves. I asked her if she knows what tooth it is because I have to teeth with fillings and she literally replied “if I would need to bet I would say it is the one with the bigger filling”. I don’t know about anybody who will read this but I don’t want the doctor to bet on my teeth especially when the options are removing or pulling all nerves. Honestly I am pretty sure that if this doctor would have been a client and somebody gave her such answer she also would be outrages anyway I asked her how we can more sure about what tooth it is and she did her cold test (which is the 150$ medical examination) but that did not work I couldn’t feel the cold at any of my teeth. I asked her for an additional X-ray of the other side to have a comparison between the supposedly bad tooth and the healthy one but she refused. I don’t know why they say in the first place that they will do X-rays of all your teeth but then refuse it when being asked.
There was this other thing with the service personal at the front desk. I got promised that I am covered 80% of all costs and just have to pay the left 20% out of my own pocket. At the end this somehow did not work and I needed to pay everything directly. I guess that is something I can look up myself to be sure but it’s just false information that they promise you. They even had my insurance card and could have double checked that. Nevertheless the service personal was friendly and I got an appointment very fast. If you are there for cleaning or something less health relevant I bet they do a good job but if you want a good dentist definitely look somewhere else and save the emergency medical examination fee for new patients for that other dentist.

Dr. Alexander is just lovely. Most importantly, she knows what she’s doing. She does what’s necessary, does not over-recommend or over-prescribe, and explains everything clearly. I was seeing another dentist and felt that what he recommended was too much. I sought a second opinion. Dr. Alexander was the dentist I consulted. She listened, did some good work. Now she’s my first choice.

I have been coming to York Lanes Dental for decades! Dr. Haddad and his team provide prompt, quality dental care and have been very accommodating with schedule changes.
Most notably, a few years ago, I had all four impacted wisdom teeth removed in one session. There was a possibility of nerve/jaw damage as a result of the surgery, but Dr. Haddad did a phenomenal job. I had 0 issues and was fully healed in a couple weeks.
Currently, getting Invisalign at the clinic. So far, the entire process has been simple and efficient. I can't wait for the end result.
