York Laser and MedSpa

The workers at York Laser are wonderful which is the reason for the three-star rating. I had two miradry procedures and I am no better off than before. The first and second time I had the surgery I was told that one to two procedures are more than enough to stop the sweating issues I have. Unfortunately, I have seen no improvement. The reason I am writing this review is so people understand that this procedure does not work for everyone and it is not an inexpensive procedure. The stats given make it sound like a sure thing but it doesn't make it so.

Pompous, pompous doctor. Ask questions and he will need to leave the room and go calm down. I guess he doesn't like his abilities being questioned. Long story short, he refused to do my procedure and asked me to leave.

His receptionist Bonnie is a lovely person who knows how to interact with people. I'm not sure how she works for such a man.

Edited after owners reply: Whatever Dr. Kritzinger! Anyone who is interested, Dr. Boulos in Newmarket is extremely professional and competent and does not need to ask' 'to be excused' when asking their questions about the treatment they are about to have. Try her out, you won't be disappointed!

I have had nothing but positive feedback about York Laser and Med Spa. I was very happy they were able to survive all of the Davis Drive construction when they were located there. The new building is beautiful and welcoming. Jamie and Nicky are very professional and very friendly. Dr Kritzinger is always available to answer questions and give advice. It's clear he likes his job and his patients/clients and is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of his clinic. Bonnie is lovely and keeps the office organized. It's always a treat to chat with her.

I had Cellcosmet facial with Nicky. She is very professional. The clinic is amazing. I recommend it.

I recently had two treatments at the spa. Dr. Kritzinger was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. The spa is very beautiful and the atmosphere very calming. Dr. Kritzinger staff were very friendly. Thank you Dr. Kritzinger for giving me my self confidence back. I would highly recommend this clinic. 5 stars for me.

Recently went here for a laser appointment and the place was clean and very beautiful. Dr. Phillip Kritzinger was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. He was very polite and insightful. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back for other treatments! 5/5 for me!

A beautiful Medspa and Day Spa, friendly and knowledgable staff and a clean and classy atmosphere. My facial vein removal was quick, minimally invasive and well priced! I will be back.

Wow! What a beautiful spa experience! I was so happy when a friend told me about York Laser Med Spa! While I haven't tried their Medi Spa Services, I did have a wonderful girl's day with my best friend. The spa is upstairs and is absolutely gorgeous! The staff were super friendly and professional and the services were great! We each had a massage, facial and mani ped. So relaxing! Would highly recommend and I'm going to look into their MediSpa services too.

First visit, beautiful facility, knowledgeable friendly staff and clinicians. Looking forward to continuing the experience.

Was very nervous to get laser vein treatment on my undereye.but it was SO worth it!

All of the staff ensured I was comfortable and the receptionist Bonnie always got back to me ASAP with any questions/concerns I had. Would highly recommend to all family and friends!

Wonderfully cared for by Dr K and his friendly professional staff. While I had my procedure at the vein clinic, my spouse had a wonderful spa treatment upstairs!
We will definitely do this again for phase 2 of my leg treatment!

Fantastic service.and wonderful results! I had large dark veins above my eyebrows on both sides l always tried to hide with my hair lol! I’m 67 so it’s time to make that change and l’m soooo very happy l did!

I waited for my scars to heal after writing this review- I absolutely love the facility itself, nice decor and clean. The best part was that a Medical Doctor and Registered Nurse completed my procedure of having 2 small moles removed via laser. Having the licensed healthcare workers do this procedure was by far more soothing and reassuring than completing this by an “esthetician. ” I’m very glad I choose York Med Spa in Aurora. My moles have fully healed and it’s amazing how I feel and look. Dr K and his RN was nice and gentle. Even understood that I brought my daughter in the room too. Couldn’t thank them enough. The prices are fair and I suggest anyone interested in mole removal to complete it here. Safety is # 1.

What an absolutely beautiful experience that we had at your spa yesterday! Thank you for treating us to the most amazing Luxury European facials, your steam room and the sauna! Yasmin and Nikki were fantastic, the spa decor is beyond beautiful, the charceuterie tray was delicious and it was the perfect girl’s day out!

Had a small pressure done and it didn't work properly, return to redo the presure and got charged again. Same money. Costumer service it's not their forte.

Had a wonderful experience at the spa - the facial was amazing, staff and atmosphere all exceptional! So highly recommended

I had a chemical peel done 1 1/2 weeks ago. Although the girl that did my treatment was lovely, I had an extremely bad reaction causing my face and lips to swell and red burning to appear on my face which is extremely painful. I called the office for help and direction as to what to do & was told they would consult with the doctor & phone me back. I have had no phone call, no help, no response. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response.

I have been to the York Vein and Laser Clinic for facials/and peels and loved the results. The staff are amazing as well. I have never done any botox of fillers before and just before Christmas I decided that the dark circles and bags under my eyes were really bugging me. Day of I was a bit nervous but the ladies in the office calmed my nerves. And I must say I wish I never waited so long to try this. The Doctor did an amazing job, no pain, no bruising. The results are more than I ever expected. Thank you so much!

I first came to the York laser vein and skin clinic about 3 years ago.
I originally came to get some nasty spider and varicose veins removed. The lady that did my veins is amazing. I feel awful for not remembering her name. All that I can say is my legs look phenomenal!
In addition to how great I think my legs look, I really wanted to improve the condition of my skin.
My face has always been dry and the quality of my skin was just not great. I'm getting married in April and really needed help.
I met the most awesome lady named Heather.
Ohh my god she is just amazing! She has made my skin look just beautiful! I am constantly gettting compliments on my skin and how beautiful it looks. My self esteem has gotten so much better and I now love my skin and I look so much better. I will see Heather forever she is absolutely amazing.
Extremely knowledgeable, explains everything to me and explains every product and exactly how it works. Everything she has told me to do I've done and the results are beautiful.
