My go to walk in clinic. Never had a bad dr and they’re pretty quick even if the wait is huge.

The women who work at the front desk are so unprofessional and unpleasant I’ve had multiple run ins with them. I’m fed up! From screwing up my prescription and what pharmacy I go to multiple times!
To back talking me as I request a note be left for my doctor…

Came to get help because I tore one knee and other leg has pain. They didn’t call me back after doing X-ray and ultrasound. After week or two, I call them back and they say doctor hasn’t told me anything because my knees are normal. Wow… now imagine how many older people go there and get told they are fine when they really are not… wooow

This clinic can either be the best or the worst depending on who is at the front desk. Really rude receptionist, makes you wait in waiting room while sick only to tell you later on they can't help you because you've been to another walk in clinic. Sends you to another one far away to wait in a line up again. While sick

After being refused treatment because of a cough by “Dr” Mary Sorial at the location on Leslie. I was sent to this location. I walked right in, no line, no waiting. Was given a prescription and had a great experience.

I like this walk in clinic, they are fast receptionist are not too friendly they are straight forward but that’s ok as long as they do their jobs that’s what matters for me. Chinese doctor she know what she is doing, she is fast. The only thing I don’t like about this clinic is you have to put on mask as well they ask you if you get the COVID test prior to coming if not you have to make it there and get a negative result in order to see doctor if you have a cough.

Go in every week for a shot and they make me wait forever when im supposed to be in and out.

I personally have had great experiences here as a walk in patient. The receptionist is polite, checks your temperature. The doctor has always been pleasant, knowledgeable and answers questions.

Clinic is horrible, receptionists are rude and lazy, was told that there a new physician available by a doctor and then they tell me no there isn’t, hours are completely wrong and don’t bother to change it

Probably the fastest and friendliest walk-in I've ever been to. I just needed a simple prescription renewal and they had me in and out in less than 5 minutes.

To be fair, I went on a weekday during the day so I'm not sure what the wait times are normally like. But the doctor was extremely friendly, took the time to ask me follow up questions, and didn't rush me out of the room.

My husband has come here six time in the last 2 weeks to get his ear rechecked and they have been closed everytime. Even though the web site says it's open.

1 star because they don’t answer their phone and don’t bother to update their hours online, so I drove here to find they were closed at 3pm on Saturday’s even though online it says 6pm.

Dr Janice Lea is an excellent family doctor. Very caring and thorough - we have been seeing her for over 20 years and she is just wonderful. Highly recommend Dr. Lea.

Dear receptionist,
Here's a pro tip: answer the phone with a slight smile, rather than a heavy sigh. It's so easy! I almost feel bad calling bc they sound like I've ruined their week from the moment they pick up.

Impossible to see a dr because of Covid. Then when they do call for the appointment Apple iPhone sends it straight to voicemail because the call is from a blocked caller. Then they make it impossible to talk to the dr again because she already called and needs to fit you back in. Only to bill OHIP for both a call visit and in person visit when you never saw or talked to a Dr. This has now affected the ability for my actual family dr to prescribe me anything. Will be reporting the clinic for malpractice.

Hour’s said 6pm close. Arrived 4: 30pm to a big colourful sign on entrance saying ‘Closed, go to Southlake Hospital Emergency if you need to see a doctor’
I’d give zero stars if possible since we got zero services and wasting my time. Here’s a tip: try and update your website if your hours have changed.

Professional staff. Dr. Maaskant is very thorough and I have always been well taken care of.

If I could give no stars I would. The receptionists are the worst. The first time I went the woman didn’t greet me just stuck up her finger for me to wait. Not one person was in the waiting room. Then I had to come back for a second part of my test and the women sitting there (3) were all chatting and didn’t greet me and had me wait at least 4 minutes before even acknowledging me. I even adjusted where I stood to hopefully have them just look at me.
She then took forever to process my payment and find a stapler when I could just take the paper.
The first doctor barely spoke to me by the second one was very sweet. Poor lady has to work with the others. It took 30 seconds for my second visit but I spent 10 minutes just waiting, mean while I was the only one there. Will never return here. It was only place available for necessary test. Avoid at all costs.

Front staff is always efficient and friendly. My family doctor is here and I have been a patient of hers for 30 years. She treats all of my children as well. The offices are clean and in a newer building. I am very happy with this family practice.

I can't believe how long it takes to be seen in this place! Don't anyone bother coming here, you have time to bleed out, die and resurrect in the waiting room.so unprofessional. I had to give 1 star to leave a review or I would give a negative star. I've been here since 3: 15pm.its now 5: 35pm and the reception takes appointments first, so others walking in the "walk-in" clinic with appointments are getting in and my son keeps getting bumped. Never come here again.waste of government money

It was the worst experience going to a walk-in clinic, especially with our newborn baby! We went there to check our baby well-being because of some concerns we had. The receptionist was so nice and helpful but the doctor even didn’t bother to visit our baby! She just talked to my wife on the phone while we were in the waiting room and she told us to go to the ER at the end without even looking at our baby! Never go there!

I went with my newborn due to some concerns but the dr didn't even come out of the room to pay a visit. She kept us in the waiting room and just called on the phone. Unbelievable. I was overwhelmed and crying. She started the phone conversation with these questions:
Do you feel like to kill yourself or hurt your baby?

I will never go to this place again.

Went here for something simple and I had a positive experience! Front desk staff were helpful. Doctor was very kind and resourceful. I was the only patient there for the walk-in clinic so I was in and out in 5-10 minutes.

People go to walk in because they are sick and need compassion and care. I walked in and say hi to the receptionist, who’s reply was wait I am busy. To that I replied. I only said Hi!
Dr. Didn’t even say hi, , didn’t introduce himself, didn’t look up, didn’t answer any questions. Wrote me a prescription and left the room.
Would not take my dead dog there.

Waited for hour and a half for our turn to have 3 other patients that were behind us called in. When asked why, reply was 'it has been crazy, you are next'. Really? Is it that difficult to put papers in correct orders? Will never come again, receptionist for sure doesn't know her job.

Have been here twice. Doctors seem to listen and care. Receptionists seem to be respectful. Came on Tuesday to get a swan test for my tonsillitis and on Thursday test came back negative. Have nothing bad to say about this place. I have read some bad reviews about them so at first was hesitant to go but perhaps they read those reviews and improved.

I felt hesitant to visit this clinic because of the reviews- put in a desperate position due to my daughters piercing infection swollen and infected. Our family physician is on vacation. I didn’t experience a long wait in York Medical walk-in. We were in and out quickly plus prescribed antibiotics. I was impressed with pharmacy speedy pick up as well.

I've been sitting in the waiting area for an hour and a half and it's not busy, Ive been the only one here for half an hour. The woman at the front desk has been very unhelpful and honestly quite rude. I shouldn't feel like someone is annoyed with me the moment I walk through the door. I won't ever come here again.

One of the faster walk in clinics. My kids and I use their services all the time. Secretary is strict, but is professional and patient. Really appreciate her and the doctors who are knowledgeable and willing to take time to listen without rushing through the appointment. Their next door lab technician was very good with my anxious daughter. The only reason why it is not a five out of five is that the waiting area is lacking and is not comforting (especially when waiting with young kids).

Arrived at 415 with my very sick 3 old only to find them closed, even though their posted hours are until 5pm. Extremely disappointed.

We arrived at the clinic at 4: 08 on a Sunday afternoon with a six year old child screaming in pain from an ear infection. The lobby was empty and the hours advertised are until 5. We were told they want to clean up and close so we’d have to go elsewhere. Elsewhere is where we will always go in the future. What kind of pathetic health care practitioner turns away a screaming child to go home a few minutes early? ! Disgusted by this clinic!

Doctor Moussa is our Doctor and he is the BEST never had anyone that care that much for his patients, he always take care of my family very well.recommend recommend recommend

They open for 9am, currently here at 9: 36am and they are still waiting for doctor to arrive. If they open at 9am doctor should be ready to start at 9am!

This is by far the best walk-in clinic in Newmarket. The staff is courteous and helpful. The doctors get to their patients quickly. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes.

Guess they can't be bothered to update the website with proper hours. Drive down from belradford to find a closed sign in the door. Lazy

Went in on Boxing Day, early morning, and they started taking people a few minutes early so that the doc could start right at 9. Very quick and helpful front staff and was quickly attended to by the doctor. I was very happy with the whole experience. The pharmacist was great as well in confirming dosage and getting prescription filled.

I called the walk in clinic today to find out if they had room to take any more patients. I was put on hold and told that I was caller number 4. I progressed to next in line and then was told that I was caller number 4 again. This happened 3 times. After wasting over half an hour and remaining in this irresponsible loop I gave up. There is something seriously wrong and you should fix. If this is a reflection of the medical care you give I would go elsewhere.

They say they are open till 9pm. Everytime we try to go it's closed. So I decided to call and see if they will be open till 9 and the lady that answers the phone said probably not because it's to busy. So your a walk in clinic open till 9pm but will close early because it's busy. She has no phone manners. She is rude and a disgusting human being. If ur open till 9 stay open till 9. Then she asked why I had to go there. I said ur not a doctor so I don't have to tell you and it's none of your business. This place needs to shut down or get new staff.
