I highly recommend it, a great place to live, large, spacious apartments with new renovations and appliances. The building and area are always clean. Excellent staff, they always help to resolve any issues and satisfy requests. The neighbors are also very important to me, all the people in the building are kind and friendly, I have found many friends here.
The combination of good prices, high quality housing and a great location makes this the best place to live!

Very prompt and professional personnel and service from the superintendent. Placed a work order for a dripping faucet and it was fixed within a few days. The management did a followed up with a phone call to ensure all was done to my satisfaction. Very impressed.

I had some issues with the payment methode and I received a wonderful support from Gomgom. She was very helpful and patient while explaining it for me. She is just amazing! Thank you and i appreciate it

roaches everywhere, can’t be bothered to return emails about serious issues (water damage and plumbing is pretty serious to leave for weeks), they send out emails scolding people for smoking, but it still continues. Deeply inconsiderate neighbours who throw butter at doors, dump water on other tenants from balconies, lets their animals use the balconies as bathrooms, hot box entire floors, stalk other tenants, dog poop occasionally in halls and always outside and constant dog barking. Took a year to get a tap fixed and there is always a washer broken and they leave clothes soaking wet. There will be years of constant construction noise outside our windows. I have to fight of roaches while I cook and cover my bed because I don’t want them crawling on me when I sleep. This in particular is prison conditions and I’m paying to live in this horror show with nowhere else to go. The neighborhood is the finest in the city and I shouldn’t be living in a slum for the insane amount of money they ask for. Lots of reviews on the building are not to be trusted and they “encourage” these reviews at the expense of the truth.

Best service ever seen…. The staff name violette was so helpful and helped me a lot during my any of the visit…it can be regarding laundry, security or any else hats off best service ever
