Had the part I needed for my Stihl trimmer. Polite & professional service.

DO NOT GO HERE, ZERO RESPECT OR ACCOUNTABILITY. If I could give a lower rating I would. My mini skid steer was tied up for 5 months at their shop (waiting on parts so understandable). They did manage to drop my machine off a fork lift and onto its side damaging the entire frame and lift assembly. They neglected to tell me this and actually acted like they were surprised when I pointed out the un repairable damage. I've been patient in dealing with Sean (the owner) who promised me a solution (after he finally admitted the damage casued by the shop) but now after another two months of waiting for a solution I am seeking my own compensation. Oh and they totally forgot to fix leaks that I requested on a list - I mean they only had 5 months to do it. If you look at the pictures you can see the bars bent by the tank and bent frame (this is where it landed on its side) and then look at the spacing and clearance on the lift assembly, you can clearly everything bent to the side. Oh yeah they still had no issues making sire sure i paid my $5000 bill. DO NOT GO HERE.

Took our lawn tractor in for service. Was told it would take about a week but got it back 3 weeks later. Returned missing the key and hitch pin. Tried cutting lawn and found one of the blades was missing and the rest not sharpened. When I talked to the staff they said the blade was bent but forgot to tell me. No apology either for the poor service! When you call 50% of the time no one answers and if you leave a message no one calls you back. Wrote an email to manager over a week ago complaining but no response. Horrible experience. Would never recommend them

Always good service good equipment going there for years I'm from Pefferlaw it's a little drive but well worth the trip.always stand behind there customers thanks guys

Absolutely awful winter equipment installation done by these guys. A colleague of mine had brand new plows and salters installed in vehicles, they destroyed the wiring and electronics, modules had to be completely replaced, lights installed on the roof have resulted in water draining INTO THE TRUCK. Absolutely do not recommend. Taking our fleet elsewhere to correct these senseless, dangerous and costly errors.

So much equipment, fast with getting things done and always a helping hand!
