My friend Bev and I were looking for an award to show our appreciation for our church family. I found this place during my search and must say that it was an excellent choice. The owners (Karan and Kiran) were a delight to work with. They were extremely helpful and patience in finding and working with us to get exactly what we were looking for.

I visited this gem of a place to get a teacher gift engraved for my son. The owners were kind, honest, and accommodating. Not only did they do an amazing job but they provided their skilled advice on how this gift would look best. I am so happy to have stumbled upon this store and even more happy to have met two wonderful people. I will send everyone their way because after COVID we all learned that it's important to support small businesses in our community. It's even more important to support great people. I can see how they have been around for close to 30 years and I wish them another 100 years of success. Karan, you made our day and God bless you for the generosity and kindness you extended to my son and I. I'm sure his teacher will LOVE the gift.

It was an absolute pleasure today speaking to Karan who helped me immensely for something that came up at work and had to be completed in a short period of time. From the second I called, Karan was more then happy to assist me, he was patient and took his time with me to figure out what would suit me best. I wish I was able to give more than a 5 star rating for the service received by Karan. I called last minute and he was quick to attend to my needs for a last minute plaque. Took the time to assist us and even called his designer to come in to get the design ready. Finding a place open on weekends is definitely a stress but God really sent us to this place and my church and I are definitely here to stay. The plaques are beautiful and you won’t even tell it’s done last minute. Thank you so much Karan and team

Yesterday I had an emergency because we needed 200 medals in 2 hours. York Region Trophiy was able to customize all 200 within 2 hours and our event went off perfectly. My customers were happy and my reputation was saved. I recommend them to anyone.
