Yorkdale Acupuncture and Healing Loft

Jake worked on a gym injury I’ve been suffering with. He was absolutely amazing. Already can’t wait to see him again!

First off, I will start by saying that Monika is absolutely incredible at what she does, she is an amazing human being and most importantly she makes you feel completely comfortable.

I had a terrible birthing experience with my son, which ended up in a c-section (something I really didn't want, and could have totally been prevented) so when I became pregnant with my second, I knew I had to take a different approach.

I started doing acupuncture treatments which helped with my fertility and I became pregnant after a few visits with Monika.

Closer to my due date, the inevitability of having another c-section became more and more real. I couldn't allow my pregnancy to pass a certain date, because of my previous c-section, so I began to see Monika right away. Thankfully with Monika's help, I was able to go into labour naturally and has a vaginal birth! I am so grateful for Monika and her help. If it wasn't for her, I don't believe I would have had the birth I so badly wanted. Monika, thank you so much for everything you do! She's also a great therapist too lol! ;)

I’ve gotten many different treatments here and they have all been outstanding! Alexandra has given the most relaxing and effective facials. Monika is so thorough with her acupuncture treatments. Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Monika is one of the most dedicated, giving and empathetic practitioners I've ever come across. You get a sense of her open-hearted nature almost immediately. The clinic is a beautiful space and you can tell every design detail has been thoughtfully curated, which really does create a serene and welcoming environment. My mood is instantly lifted whenever I visit!

If I could give 10/5 I would! My journey with Monika has been so fruitful and I see a lot of progress in my health. She's one of a kind and the ambiance at the Loft is very good. The acupuncture sessions are the best and Monika really takes time to treat and explain every details. I walk in with stress and leave feeling relaxed and a high self-esteem. My experience at Yorkdale Acupuncture and Healing loft was exceptional. I had a massage with Jake (RMT) and I can't say enough good things about him. He was very attentive and knowledgable about all the things I required extra assistance with. He made me feel very comfortable and the massage itself was great. I have gone back to see him several times and will continue to do so. This place is very warm and welcoming - I highly recommend it!

Such an amazing first experience at Yorkdale Acupuncture and Healing Loft. I walked in with a terrible headache and so much muscle tension in my neck and shoulders.walked out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Monika made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Monika is one of a kind acupuncturist. Having to battling infertility issues for years, she educated me and prepped me for my IVF transfers to make sure my blood was flowing and my body is ready! She used moxa on me a few times (that seriously did wonders to my body). She takes her time and focuses on you. She won’t rush your appointment and wow once you leave that clinic, you will feel SOO relaxed! The clinic has a warm, cozy, therapeutic feeling to it. It’s hard to not want to go back! I booked an acupuncture appointment with Monika. I have heard so many people talk about the power of acupuncture and the incredible difference it's made in their bodies and over-all health.
