The level of unprofessionalism and inconsistency appals me. If you misquote, then honour it, and do not treat someone like garbage for asking about the price difference. The way that staff talk to some customers is extremely disrespectful.

The manager “Aerol” is supposed to help de-escalate and mitigate the issue, however all he did was put fuel on the fire. Such a disappointment in the overall service.

We purchased our new vehicle at Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda and the experience was noteworthy for how straightforward and fun the process was. We were fortunate to meet Almit and compared to other brands and sales professionals we found him to be warm and welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable and made our decision to purchase with Mazda a no brainer. Got a new CX-50 from this dealership as my car was almost due on lease and Sina who was my salesperson helped a lot with my trade-in and choosing a new car. Fantastic customer service and on time! I would recommend looking for Sina if you trying to get a proper service.

I dropped by Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda to get a quote for a new Mazda so I can compare it to those from other dealerships and it ended up buying my new car here. Here is why: Amazing customer service was provided by Abraham, Anton and also finance manager, I got a great deal on my trade-in and also new car, I never felt being pushed to make any decisions (which is very common for many dealerships). It was a fair, honest and professional negotiating process and I'm super happy with my purchase. Anton assisted with the whole after-sale process and was always on the top of everything. I will definitely come again if I need new Mazda and recommend Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda to my family and friends. Keep up great work!

Had a really great experience buying my Mazda3 GT Sport from Yorkdale Mazda. Sina was my salesman and he was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and has a great attitude. Reno is a great salesman. We were interested in getting a particular SUV model. At a different dealership we were told the wait time would be 8 months. Reno got us the exact model in 2 weeks! Pretty happy with our purchase. Anna helped us out with financing and Caleb helped us explaining the in and out of our car.

Just got my car today and I already can’t wait to give them a review. I don’t really post reviews unless I have topnotch experiences. Caleb and Will helped us with everything making everything so smooth. They were extremely professional, super friendly, and they reply to emails so fast, even on their off days! Also, I only had to wait less than a month for my new car and my bf waited only 2 weeks for his! Best people/dealership!

I’d never expected I’d leave a car dealership showroom not just satisfied but also assured and happy to be doing business with a great team. And yet that’s just how we left Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda today with our CX5 Kuro. That fact that customers have grown to expect the worst out of car dealerships is both disappointing and alarming. Service teams and reps like Ali and Caleb who took such good care of us are far and few in between. My husband and I value transparency and truthfulness above all. They valued us as customers even when we had a deposit down at another Mazda dealership which had left us deeply frustrated. It’s 2023 and people like taking their business where they can trust people - and that’s just what we did.
Only regret: Not coming here before going to any other dealership.

Very positive experience with Sina at this dealership.
He went above and beyond to find a CX50 for me on a short notice. I called all the Mazda dealers in GTA and they gave me an approximate delivery time of 6 months or more. When I talked to Sina on the phone he told me he could find a CX50 for me in a month. At first, I was skeptical, but after 2 days I got a call from him with the delivery confirmation.
I picked up my car yesterday and can't say how grateful I am for receiving my car on time.

Will never do business here - was given a test drive, but when it came to negotiating a price, they wouldn't allow it "unless I was going to buy the car today". Your loss - I went to buy my car a week later at another Mazda dealership

Just bought my Mazda from this dealership, through Sina. He was amazing - actually listened, didn't push me on stuff I didn't want, was very transparent throughout, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great delivery experience.

They don't fleece you on dealership charges or any other jazz like other dealerships in Toronto - fair, straightforward.

Definitely coming back here for my next car.

Was told I would get my car in 8-9 week, 10 weeks later they couldn't give me an update on where my vehicle was and was told that I would have to wait till September for a new vehicle, endedup cancelingmy order. Wasted 2 months for nothing. On top of that, when signing your contract make sure read it since they add unnecessary stuff to it such as, anti etching fee for $500 (others dealers don't charge this) and some 2 year subscription for $425.

Almit our salesperson really took time to show us our options, walk through the steps and things we should consider, as well as give us the time and space to deliberate our choice! Almit was amazing in helping me buy my first car. I needed a vehicle by the end of the month, but unfortunately, the cx-30 I initially had my heart set on was out of stock. However, Almit suggested the cx-5 as a great alternative, and he really convinced me it was the right choice. He gave me the confidence I needed to make a decision, and I couldn't be happier. Almit Bebi, salesman, charged me a $425 2 year prepaid package, that is paying for the third and fourth year of the app early. They said I could get it refunded but I have not been able to be refunded. If you go here make sure to say no to this $425 fee.

They also charged me $500 for VIN etching and said it was mandatory.

Otherwise this dealership is ok, nice showroom and they got me the car I wanted, but wow the employees can be slimy
