Stay FAR AWAY from Ford Yorkdale. I don't know who's running the Ford Yorkdale, but take your car anywhere else before you get scammed by Nash Barbary and Katherine Krasnodebski. The kind of service I received from this location is the reason I will never buy a Ford car again. Nash Barbary and Katherine Krasnodebski don't know anything about cars and trucks. I don't know who gave them a job in the automobile industry. I purchased my Ford truck from this location under warranty, yet they both refused to honor the warranty. It's very disappointing.

I went in to have a look at some new models and Oscar came to greet me, and let me know he was there to answer any questions but wasn't pushy, he gave me space to look around. I did end up asking him about a couple of vehicles and he was able to answer everything clearly. Super courteous and professional (and also really funny). I generally hate the sales experience in any industry, but Oscar was excellent. The other staff I passed on the floor were also kind. I wasn't prepared to make a final decision that day but I'll definitely be back here.

Came in to purchase a vehicle for our business here at Yorkdale Ford. I was met by the sales rep Oscar who immediately made me feel welcomed. He was attentive to my requests, not pushy and made the process easy. I unfortunately didn't purchase with Oscar, due to higher interest rate than we anticipated however, when things do get better, I will definitely come back to Oscar to purchase my vehicle. Thank you Oscar for your assistance and keep up the good work.

This is regarding the SERVICE department only.
If you come here, you’ll get your car fixed. But don’t expect friendly employees or any effort to make your interactions pleasant. It’s my 3rd time here thinking the first 2 times were atypical but this is my last time I’m coming here.

Edit: they might not actually fix your car. Just left the dealership and now my driver’s side window won’t go up all the way (that wasn’t the issue I originally went there for).

Nice and corporative stuff, I would say 95% I received my back on time, the only issue based on my previous experience not sure if this issue still exists yes or no, their website doesn't work when you want to book and an appointment, luckily location is closer to my place therefore, not an issue for me simply go out for walk and book my appointment

Service was promptly taken car of and I had no issues from arrival, waiting period to the end result. Oil Change and flat tire repair all taken care of within under an hour. I was given an update, overview and recap of the services taken care of and the state of my car when leaving. Complimentary coffee and pastries where available as well as comfortable seating. I highly recommend.

The customer service rep, an old lady with long brown hair, had a very defensive attitude as soon as I asked my first question. She was ready to argue instead of listen. Funny, how she had all the answers without listening to the questions or concerns. I was completely taken back by her attitude and her combative approach that I immediately thought she's either sleeping with the boss or she has 50 years with this company that she feels she's untouchable from getting fired. She really needs to get that chip off her shoulder. I canceled my appointment and will never come back there. As soon as my husband had told her that we had purchased a used Ford, I noticed her eyes shift (buying a used Ford without knowing the reason why we did doesn't mean that my husband can't buy three of Ford's top vehicles that same day - CASH! - We purchased the used Ford to help a friend who wanted to get off the lease and nothing more, we figured we can use this extra Ford as the vehicle to take our dog and neighbours' dog to our cottage. Yorkdale Ford dealership, enjoy your old combative hag. She not only cost you good honest loyal future customers, she lost you a lot of potential sales. Too bad we couldn't even advance and meet the next level of service people or salespeople because she ruined it all for everybody. Hope she's worth it. Good day.

Just returned to Yorkdale Ford because they are the BEST! If you are in the market to lease a new Ford, you just have to speak to Claudio at Yorkdale. He is a wonderful and easy going sales person and looked after everything for me! I picked up a new Bronco Sport and I am loving it! I got the same care and attention as I did getting my last vehicle there. These guys are really great to deal with!

They had the vehicle I wanted in inventory online and Nash had the extras I wanted ready and installed when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. He was waiting for me when I and immediately walked through all the features of my truck when I arrived and then helped me set up fordpass on my phone. Roy had all the paperwork printed and ready for signing. Roy suggested an extended warranty package I didn't know was available and it made so much sense. The entire process, selection, vehicle trade-in, options, financing and closing could not have been easier!

My husband and I stopped in to the Yorkdale Lincoln dealership to have a closer look at the Corsair. I had really wanted a Nautilus, but did not want to spend $70,000 on a vehicle.
Gary, Lincoln brand manager approached us and we explained why we had stopped in. We didn't have an appointment but Gary immediately showed us the Corsair in the showroom and then invited us to the outside lot to see all the options. While outside, my husband mentioned that it was a Nautilus that I had really wanted but that I didn't want to spend that much. Gary explained that they had just received a 2019 Nautilus back from a lease. Right away he showed us the car and suggested that we take it for a drive.
The car was basically brand new; low KM, one owner and still under manufacturer warranty. The price was a steal!
It was a great vehicle and I asked Gary if we could book an appointment and come back to send some time discussing the details the following day. At no point did Gary ever make me feel pressure to purchase. We went back the next day and again said we would let him know the next day if we would purchase. Again, Gary was 100% professional and did not use any hard selling tactics.
We ended up buying the Lincoln and could not be happier with the experience.
After picking up the vehicle I had a concern with a dash alert that appeared. I was stressed as I thought it might be a big deal. Both Gary, and Monique in the service department took care of everything and once again I left happy.

I stopped by for a minor service recently, $70 + tax, and was impressed that due to a mechanic not being available they called an Uber for me (I'm in the area that they cover for this service) to go back home and picked me up when the service was complete.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a brand new vehicle with Yorkdale ford and Lincoln. The process was stress-free and pleasant. OSCAR DEL RIO was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. He never said "NO". He found the exact vehicle I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this dealer.

Scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle. When I arrived they told me that it was already sold. Not even a courtesy call to inform me the car was sold. I drove from Brampton, what a waste of time!

Took my car in for a recall, service was fast and obviously free of charge
Took them about a week to bring the air bags in but just a couple of hours to do the service.
Ended up receiving my car washed up and ready to go. They said it’s because of the car being a lincoln we give complementary exterior wash which was nice and had a good feeling to it

Can't rate it lower than a 1 star for our recent experience.
We came to get our explorer mirror Repaired.
The women in the service department are very rude. Discrimination against people that are mask exempt. Then wants to tell us that it's ok for yorkdale ford to do that.
If they don't want to follow the charter, they would like to discriminate.
Its a place that should not be supported.

Time getting service here for our 2017 Ford Fusion. They managed the appointment process well. I left the car there to get a steering wheel recall fixed and diagnose an airbag light. They resolved the issues efficiently and at no cost in this case. Free shuttle service to the North Lawrence Subway (line 1).

2nd time I needed all my lug nuts replaced due to heat expansion. Had to be extracted and replaced. I was traveling. Staff were very friendly and professional. Work was done in record time. Sheldon was a calm gentleman

Coffee, hot chocolate lattes for those who wait.

I had a really bad experience in this dealership in the PAST and I can say that they redeemed themselves almost to the 5 Stars, a quick outside wash would have been nice but they did accept me even though I was late, my apologies for that!

I wish i could give this location no star but here we go I would not recommend going to this location AT ALL, i was at this location couple days ago and let me tell you I have never been this disappointed in my life so first of all the “sales rep” who was helping us had absolutely no idea what he was doing he was not talking to us at all no eye contact no nothing then he asked us what was our budget so we obv were just trying to get a good deal so we said anywhere between 500-600/month, goes back again to typing on his computer us just sitting there looking at him then he leaves us (and still not talking to us just casually getting up and leaving) comes back he looked us dead in the eye and said “i just had a chat with my manager and he said he doesn’t want to put kilometers on his car so you cant test drive it” I asked but how am i gonna know if i like he was just looking at us no response, then he says “well looms like our cars don’t match your budget” Very unprofessional VERY judgmental and very rude ppl take ur business somewhere else. Just unbelievable how they treat their clients, very close minded and unprofessional ppl. Take ur business somewhere else ppl!

I took my car to change the windows controls buttons on my ford escape 2020, was peeling off. They changed, and left the handles of the door broke! This was in June 8. I went back to show on June 10, they said they needed to place an order for the part. No more contact. I'm very disappointed with the service, and costumer service. Terrible job. Terrible

I’ve dropped off my 2007 Ford F-150 4.6 v8 to diagnose engine reviving on highway and not picking up speed and over heat check gauges issue continuing and was told the truck is running perfectly fine, check engine light is back online. Would not recommend Yorkdale Ford to resolve your vehicle issues!

I have leased my past two vehicles from Yorkdale Ford. I have dealt with Max Rebboh and Gary Wener. I have always had very positive experiences with Max and Gary. Max knew that I was unhappy with my Ford Focus and wanted to trade it in for a Ford Escape. Max went above and beyond to make this possible for me. Max was very patient and understanding as I made my decision. He wanted to ensure that I would be satisfied. Gary came in on his day off to acquaint me with the features of my new vehicle. I will only go to Yorkdale Ford for future car leases. My dad has been a costumer with Yorkdale Ford for may years and this is why I am very confident in their services and will continue to lease my cars at Yorkdale Ford.

Very friendly but more important very conscientious. It is always difficult to navigate the automobile industry on pricing and what does and does not actually need to be done. I did my homework this time and shopped around for best price and approach. Yorkdale Ford excelled in both. They were creative in the solution which saved me both time and money.

They do not watch over their customers and don’t provide a good customer service, the sales area is very good, but when it comes to dealing with car problems after, they forget the good service, they waste our time and they don’t solve even simple questions properly
