Dr Mena Magellie and Dr Lavinia Mascan have been the God sent doctors. They both work as a team and are very kind, caring, sympathetic and listened to my health concerns without rushing. They made sure my health was taken well care of. God bless you both for being there for me.

I am a previous patient needing a cold sore prescription refill and the next appointment is in 2 weeks.omg really crazy system

Dr. Mascan is amazing.
As far as appointments No matter when you book your appointment during the day you are expected to wait at least one hour to be seen by the doctor, the way the clinic is run is very disrespectful to regular patients, they accept walk ins and they plug them between the scheduled appointments, this caused a lot of back ups, I had to leave back to work so I wasn’t able to stay longer than half an hour past my booked time, so I had to reschedule for a day at 9 am so no wait time

Dr. Megelliie is a kind, knowledgeable and professional doctor. He takes his time and provides my mother and I with excellent care!

Avoid the Receptionist NICOLE at all cost. I was calling regarding a very sensitive issue and wanted to speak or leave a message for my family doctor. She told me doc is extremely busy. NOT only that she was extremely rude and cut me off before I could finish my phrase. She was cold, insensitive and not caring that SHE was dealing with REAL HUMAN BEINGS.

Excellent service. Dr. Mascan is amazing. She professional and warm. She listens, tries to get to the root of things, she follows up. She genuinely cares about her patients.

This clinic has been in the neighborhood for 10 years and it is great! We are happy with the service and the doctors are professional, knowledgeable and quite nice! So is the staff! And they have been around for years! Some of the previous (negative) reviewers obviously didn’t obtain what they expected and are upset… I did not see any of the events or behavior they are describing in the many occasions, over the years, I went to this clinic. It is true that it could be busy at times and there may be some waiting, but there isn’t much the doctors can do other than see every patient one at a time.
I would recommend this clinic!

If there is a zero option I will pick it. This is the clinic I will never go and I suggest you not to go there! They gave me the wrong prescription and I heard it happen to other patient too. The doctor has no knowledge at all but very rude. When we try to approach to the owner to solve the problem the owner just hide in his shell. No one care about the patients. Nightmare!

Dr. Tawfik is one of a kind and I cannot speak highly enough of her and this facility has always been the most kind and accommodating. The receptionist and the pharmacist work together so well, their commitment to the well being of their patients is above and beyond.

Wait time in the walk in clinic is ridiculous!
There is a very high doctor turnover rate so don’t expect to have a consistent GP here.
Dr. Lavinia Mascan needs to get coached and/or mentored on professional patient/doctor interactions.
(as well as employer/employee relations, as I have seen her treat her front staff terribly).
When under stress she has horrible people skills.
I would suggest she does not run a Walk-in Clinic as she is unable to handle the pressure.
Instead, she needs to stick to booked appointments that are adequately spaced out to alleviate the stress.
This way she will not take out her frustrations on patients, which makes her become very unprofessional.
If she is able to find a way to manage office hours that accommodate her stress tolerance levels she would be an okay doctor.

I came in to get my DTP shot and it was a very easy process. My first time here, the receptionist was super sweet and kind. The waiting time was about 45minutes maybe so bring a book. The place is organized and clean. Also the doctor was super kind. She was charismatic and funny and got my shot done within two minutes maybe. Glad I came here.

The doctors don’t seem to know what they’re doing and the prescribe ineffective medicine. Felt rushed as well.

I was told about this place through word of mouth. The quality of doctors here is high. I think they are the best in the area, I have tried a few. The waiting area isn't the largest but once you see a doctor, you realise it is worth the wait, and everything works as it should at that point. Thank you!

A great place with fantastic, professional doctors. Don't understand the negative reviews on here. Probably coming from competing clinics. Everyone is warm and friendly here and I only have good things to say. I was seen quickly and efficiently. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed.

What a scam. They say “30min wait”, but they clearly have 3 people waiting already PLUS couple of people who had appointments already. They know if they had said 1hr wait (which ended up was 1hr15min for us), then they wouldn’t have gotten our business.such SCAM.unethical!

***Avoid this so called medical office*** I came to this walk-in as my regular family physician is on vacation and this is right next to my house. I waited close to 45 min in the reception room without being acknowledged and could hear somebody just watching a television show in the rooms where the doctor does his/her checks. One patient came out and said, “how long is it going to be, Ive been waiting for over an hour in the room” The older man at the front desk said with full arrogance, ”The doctor will come when she’s ready”. Really? I also got fustrated waiting and he told me if you don’t like it I can get out and go somewhere else, when I asked how long do I have to wait. He than told me he’s the owner and it’s a private practice. I asked for his name and he said none of your business. This is how you treat people who are ill coming to the doctors? Don’t understand how this guy is running a medical practice. Seems I’m not the only one who has had horrible experiences based on the reviews. Seems like all the positive reviews are all based off his friends given they all have the same reviews. I’ll take this up as a compliant through college of physicians and surgeons, hopefully nobody else has to go through this.

Clean clinic. Very nice pharmacist. That's about it. One doctor there should not have his license. Yelian Garcia is his name. Dr Mascan is polite but won't send you to specialists or follow up with you for suspected APPENDICITIS or DIVERTICULITIS!

Who the f^uck sends a patient home with that suspected diagnosis on simple oral antibiotics!? That is sheer incompetence or malicious carelessness on her part. I don't know which of these two it may have been. But inexcusable.

Sends you home with Cipro, then you end up in Emergency one week later because NO REFERRALS were sent to the imaging department. So you end up abroad in a private clinic because you are too sick to continue your connecting flight.

Nice clinic. Clean. Useless, careless doctors. That about sums it up.
