We were on the market for a new car and that was going to be our very first car, one of our friend recommended us to see his sales rep in this VW Dealership and we intracted with him during our car purchase. Everything went very smooth and Ozzie was very helpfull! Definetly be back for another one.

Just upgraded our family car, as we needed more space for our growing family. I've only ever owned a Volkswagen, and the service Sherman at Yorkdale VW provided was by far THE BEST I've experienced. Sherman was an absolute delight to work with and we're so grateful for all his help!

He took his time going over every single feature of the car, so that we had as much information as possible to base our decision. He was attentive to our needs and made sure we were 100% confident in our purchase, answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. Very charming and funny; You can tell he has a passion for what he does and is just so easy to talk to.

Excellent service. Came to Yorkdale VW to escape terrible service from Humberview VW. And Yorkdale didn't disappoint. I felt respected, and properly taken care of. Jet, my service associate was fantastic and Len is an incredibly respectful and thorough manager.

For anyone reading this, I wrote a review for Humberview also. Except it was a bit longer and I wasn't so nice. I encourage anyone who sees this to read it as well to see my story.

Recently Bought a 2018 Golf R…. It all started when I told George McClure we are planning to buy another car preferably A GTI or Golf R
To my surprised Goerge texted me with an exceptional Golf R
I say exceptional as the car has a very low mileage and in superb condition, long story short Goerge did above and beyond to make it happened for us
This is my 5th or 6th car I bought from George and all of those transaction went smoothly.
Goerge is my preferred sales person as he is very knowledgeable in all aspect in selling cars specially he doesn’t push you to purchase he gave you all possible option on how to proceed buying certain car (specially your dream car, like what I just bought from him) I always recommend family members and friends who’s planning to buy cars to try VW specially Yorkdale VW who’s all staff are all friendly and they also treat you like family.

Terrible Costumer Service from Tosh Singh, Mitch, and Alex (Alex has since been terminated).
When we purchased our Atlas from here in March 2022, they told us that if we purchased the warranty for $3,082 and it doesn’t get used we would be reimbursed.
6 months into owning the vehicle (Nov. 2022) my husband was in a terrifying accident and the vehicle was written off.
We called this dealership and explained what had happed. They said they would be reimbursing us the cost of the warranty. As of today- July 17,2023, I am still calling them regularly and being put off.
Be careful what you purchase from this dealership. I understand most car dealerships only care about making the sale, but there are still some trustworthy people in the industry, sadly just not at this dealership.

Denis Pasat is the guy you can trust, all other people are also very helpful, I feel I was taken care of during the trade-in process. I have owned several cars and dealt with 3 VW and 1 Audi dealerships and my best experience is with this one. Would definitely recommend to my friends if they are buying a VW vehicle

Took my car here for a bunch of issues, they didn't fix my squeaky brakes, didn't fix my loose brake pad, didn't fix the automatic lock (While driving around 10-15 my doors auto lock everytime at that speed, it's annoying in traffic). Didn't fix the squeak noise everytime I go over a bump. They ended up charging me $150 to tell me they can't fix any of it.
Two weeks later my pregnant wife is stuck on the side of the road because the back right brake locked and was smoking.
Now my warranty is up and nothing will be covered.
I was not recommended to change my brakes, your employee told me I had 20% on the back and 50% on the front brakes left. Even at that your team overlooked numerous issues with my car including my failing electrical issues that are now not covered by warranty and will cost a fortune to fix. I will never be bringing my car back here again.

Fantastic experience with Andrew Leeder. Great sales rep that walked me through everything from start to finish. Seamless transition to my new car! Highly recommend him.

Seems like buying a car from here is a 5 start experience but their service department is a 1 star. Check for yourself all 1 stars are service team.
Yorkdale Volkswagen called me two weeks ago to follow up on my 1 star review (shown in my picture). After talking to them and thinking they may actually want to redeem themselves for the terrible service and screwing me out any repairs covered under warranty, I never heard back and I realise they just wanted to make it look like the actually did something for anyone looking at the reviews. But just like with my car they were too lazy to actually fix anything. Disappointed with them twice and giving them another 1 star for their poor service, at least this time it didn't cost $150 for them to do nothing.

I got my very first car in Canada from Ozzie, his knowledgeable and professional, thank you for the help ozzie

The sales experience at Yorkdale Volkswagen, from the first call to the moment we drove out of your garage with a new vehicle, was, hands down, the worst experience – period!

We wonder how Volkswagen Canada continues to have their brand, represented by your dealership and its sales staff and processes.

Sales representatives (we dealt with) were clearly unorganized, not truthful, cannot make decisions and are not respective of the customer’s time or COVID protocols.

Given our experience, the question in our minds - why would anyone want to come to your dealership for vehicle (new or used) purchase or any service?

We have been dealing with Yorkdale VW for years and they NEVER disappoint. Jonathan is amazing and works his magic every single time. He is so attentive to what you are looking for and makes everything come together, hassle free. He is amazing and hope he never leaves or we will have to follow him wherever he goes. We worked with Daniel (Danny) to purchase a new VW Atlas. Danny was absolutely amazing, he was very knowledgable about the product, very responsive, and made the whole process seamless. We were initially quite set on getting a Telluride or a Pallisade, but after having terrible experiences at multiple KIA and Hyundai dealerships, it was very refreshing to meet Danny who absolutely exceeded our expectations.

While certainly, after test driving the Atlas, we also really liked the car, it was Danny's approach to the sale that really made the difference and won us both over. Since getting the car we have had a few follow-up questions, and Danny resolved them all. In fact, we had bought roof racks and thought we lost the keys for them within 2 days of ownership. We had to bring in the car for a different matter and within about 5 minutes Danny had found the keys under the seat in the car, even though we had spend hours looking. This is the type of service you can expect and I would highly recommend anyone coming in to ask for Danny.

I should note, this is the second car we have bought from Yorkdale VW, first working with Artur, and both times the experience has been amazing. The service shop is also responsive and in general I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a VW.

I was in the market for a new car. I went to Yorkdale VW in September to look at the new Taos but wasn’t quite ready to buy just yet. We met Dmitry Priezzhiy the sales associate. He went above and beyond and showed us a Taos he had in the lot. Told us all about it and not once did he pressure us to to buy or commit to anything. Once I was ready to purchase it I went back to Dmitry Priezzhiy. He was professional, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me a reasonable offer on my trade in. He is genuinely a nice guy and I was very happy with my purchase from him/Yorkdale VW. This was my first time going there and I highly recommend them.

I had recently purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan from Andrew Leeder and I got the most amazing service and customer experience with him. A great experience! While having my aging Jetta serviced, I had a conversation with George, a Pre-Owned salesperson, about replacing my car with a newer GTI. He was welcoming, courteous and wasn't the least bit pushy. While the dealer didn't have what I was looking for at the time, George assured me he'd let me know if something came up. After only a couple weeks, I got an email from George saying that pretty much the exact car I had described had just arrived at the dealership and would be made available for sale soon. George listened to what I asked for, didn't forget, didn't pester me and was a truly great salesperson to buy a car from. Jonathan, the business manager, made sure all of the paperwork and the trade-in of my Jetta was seamless, and was helpful every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with this car and my experience at this dealer.

Kate and I just picked up our 2018 Tiguan on Saturday. Biko Edmund was a patient, well informed and caring salesman. Right from the start he was knowledgeable about all the cars we were interested and followed up with us after our first visit. He guided us right up to the point when rolled out of the driveway. Carol Dougherty was also a great member of the team and helped us set up our financing. We would highly recommend, Biko, Carol and the entire Yorkdale team.

They lied to me about a car's features to sell. I found out about their lies after I bought and asked them to confirm they never answered my calls and ignored all my emails. I will try to take legal action against them.
Update: The car I bought has a lot of manufacturing defects. The car spends at least 2-3 days at the service every month and ask me to pay for loaner car's insurance.

I had an absolute incredible time getting a 2019 Jetta from Amir. It was a 2 month process, in which I change colour, trim, and style three times. (ALWAYS AT THE LAST MINUTE WITH THE CAR IN THE DEALERSHIP LOT). Even though my indecision must have been incredibly frusterating, throughout the entire process Amir was professional, polite, and a joy to work with. He did not pressure me, and was happy to help me find exactly what I wanted. THANK YOU AMIR FOR HELPING GRIFFY, FINN AND I FIND OUR AWESOME NEW CAR! THEY LOVE IT
