The only way a hygienist could possibly be any better would be to get a satisfaction rating of 101%, guess what, there is no such thing as 101%, so Cheyenne your 100% rating from me can't be beat. Service is great when you get in for an appt. They've helped make my 4 yr old very comfortable with going to the dentist. Administrative staff is friendly.
However, it's happened to me twice now where I've booked an appointment 6 months in advance, just for them to cancel my appointment a few days before (first time is because the booked me on family day and weren't open, Second time is because they no longer had a hygienist available for my appointment). They have rescheduled me for another 6 months out. So if you plan to stay on a good routine of seeing the dentist every 6 months, it might not happen at this office.

I have bad anxiety, C-PTSD, TBI. I have been putting off dental work for YEARS, too many bad experiences in the 80's and 90's. For the second time, Dr. Moussa Alkhoury looked me in the eyes and said "you're not going to feel pain". I trusted him twice and I felt no pain at all. Dr. Moussa Alkhoury and his assistant Nandini kept me completely relaxed, I even started to fall asleep a few times. If you struggle with anxiety, pain. I'm telling you, please trust me! Dr. Moussa Alkhoury will take care of you.

I had my teeth cleaning appt with my Hygienist Cheyenne at Dr. Younes dental center last month. Cheyenne is very good at her job and a very kind and caring person.she does a great job as do all the staff. I highly recommend Dr. Younes and his wonderful staff at You Make Me Smile.

I have been a patient of Dr. Youness since he took over from my former dentist Dr. Jury, over 20 years ago! Dr. Youness provides excellent work and care as well as his staff. This visit I just had a cleaning done by Lindsey. She answered any questions I had and did a great job. Upon leaving, I was treated to a Tim Hortons Smile Cookie as Dr. Youness purchased several for clients. The proceeds from these cookies support charities and communities across Canada! Very happy and satisfied with the staff and their work. They go out of their way to accommodate you, whether it be the pleasant atmosphere in the office or them working their way around to fit an appointment according to my schedule rather than theirs. The receptionists always greet you with a smile. They care about you and it shows.

Staff is so kind and welcoming. They listen and take their time to help you deal with your specific needs and wants during visits.

This dental office is caring and supportive. I'm a 64yr old woman that lost my 2 front teeth and no coverage but they worked with me. I fully recommend this office.

I was there this morning, had work done by Dr. AlKhoury. He is wonderful, professional and patient care comes first with him.

I highly do NOT recommend. I went there for an infected tooth. 10/10 pain, couldn’t eat, left a booked vacation early because of it. Long story but I ended up in emergency because they couldn’t “fit” me in for an extraction for 8 days. I suspect the reason they have so many 5 star reviews is because you get your name entered for a prize if you leave a 5 star review.

Dr Pasha was very good with my tooth extraction. I have severe anxiety with the dentist from past bad experiences but dr Pasha eased any worries and nerves I had. He has a calming presence, talked me through the procedure so I knew what to expect and constantly checked during to make sure I was ok. Dr Pasha is one of the best dentists I've hadd!

The staff are always friendly and very professional. The office is clean with all protocols in place for client and staff safety. I would recommend Dr Younes office.

I had a lovely appointment today with Cheyenne and Dr. Alkhoury. They were amazing to see, very gentile and made me feel so comfortable! What a pleasant experience!

I started coming to this dental practice for my daughter and I before covid. When I walked into the office I was astonished at how much care went into patient comfort, at the time they even had a ps4! Since becoming a patient we have had the best dental care. I got my invisalign done through Dr. Raed and he has been super supportive throughout! I get my regular dental through Dr. Khoury and he is honestly a master! He always explains everything in detail, is gentle and calming, and is such a funny charismatic character that he just puts you at ease! Today I had a difficult wisdom tooth extraction completed by Dr. Ali who was extremely soft spoken which helped ease any anxiety and he explained everything as he went taking great care to ensure I was comfortable throughout. My daughter is 5 and is always excited to go as she comes out feeling like a VIP every single time! The hygienists I've worked with have all been super pleasant and gentle when cleaning. From A-Z they are able to take care of all of my families dental needs. I have been to many dental practices throughout my life and none come even close to comparing to the level of care and comfort offered by You Make Me Smile Dental! I would definitely highly recommend them to everyone for any and all dental needs!

Our experience at Dr Younes has been great! The staff make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. They made my daughter feel at ease (and excited) for her braces! All the staff are very professional and helpful!

The office is very cozy and very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly, and they do their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. However, their price is crazy compared to other dental offices, and I was incredibly unhappy with most of my work. I have pieces of filling that were not properly sanded, and thus, have a few uneven teeth now, one of which continues to chew up my cheek to this day. I had a piece of filling chip off within a week. I had paid several hundred dollars for a full examination, including a pan and other xrays, and multiple xrays were messed up due to placement, which I had to pay for at a later appointment they found a cavity that they entirely missed the first time around, despite the examination and xrays, which meant I had to get a SECOND set of xrays done, and pay for those too. I also had a tooth extraction done where they used an unsafe amount of Novocain (about 6-7 needles) which still wasn't enough to freeze me completely, but caused my blood pressure to drop so low I blacked out.

Beautiful and luxurious office, very friendly staff, and will absolutely make you feel as comfortable as possible, but the quality of work is armature and overpriced. I've swapped offices since my last appointment, and much happier where I am now.

Dr. Younes and his fantastic assistant Tracy have ďmade me smile for the first time in 34 years! There are no words to describe the transformation that was me that there is no need for fear, I didn't even feel the needle Dr. Younes was so gentle! Thank you both from the bottom of my heart! This was a great experience (if not the best I have ever had) and I cant wait to have the rest of my dental work done by such an amazing team!

Yesterday was my first visit to You Make Me Smile Dental Centre and it was by far the most pleasant experience at a dentist's office. And I was there with an infected wisdom tooth and in excruciating pain! So that's saying a lot!

Everyone was so warm and friendly, it was a very comfortable environment, my hygienist was so friendly and knowledgeable, and my dentist was incredibly thorough and very detailed in his explanations. My hygienist was also very understanding of my current financial limitations being a self-employed musician with no dental coverage, in the middle of a lockdown (aka next to no work), and was very understanding in helping me assess a game plan to take care of the treatments I needed in the near future at a pace that would be more financially feasible for me.

I was also given a very nice welcome gift upon arrival! All in all, a great dental visit beyond anything I've ever experienced before:)

I have been a patient of this office since Dr. Younes took over from Dr. Jury. Dr. Younes and his staff are professional and friendly. I have told my coworkers I enjoy going to the dentist as it is almost like going to the spa! The chairs massage and have heat options plus you have the option of watching Netflix while you are getting your teeth cleaned!

Everyone is always so friendly at Dr. Younes's office. My young kids, as well as hubby and I, have had great experiences and look forward to the next one! We also greatly appreciate how involved this office always is with supporting our community.

All staff are very friendly. The front desk was very helpful when it came to figuring out benefits and payment. The hygienists are non judgmental and don’t pressure you to undergo certain treatments or services.

My kids and I have been clients for 5+ years now, having switched to them based on glowing recommendations from friends and neighbours. Both of my kids had complex orthodontics done here - all the steps and costs were laid out and made transparent, with no surprises along the way, and the results were amazing! Everything can be done in-house, which is great for replacing retainers! All the staff are very professional and pleasant and get to know you. During the pandemic, I always felt safe to continue booking appointments due to their stringent protocols.

The staff are always friendly, and very comforting when I explain my fears, always checking to see if I am doing okay threw the duration of my visit. Would highly recommend them!

Cheyenne is the greatest! I hate going to the dentist but she is super sweet and makes sure I’m comfortable and puts me at ease by telling me what is going to happen next. And the massage chair helps too.

My 8 year old had an appointment today and Raeanne the dental hygienist went above and beyond with her patience kindness and professionalism. Cheyenne is amazing with little ones. Our little guy came for his second cleaning and was very shy and timid at first. By the end of the appointment he was opening up wide and all smiles. The office is so warm and welcoming. I wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.

Dr. Alkoury is the dentist I seen today to have crown work done, he is absolutely amazing. His freezing technique is beyond exceptional. It was the first time that I can honestly say I never felt the needles for the freezing. He is very skilled and patient, gentle and kind. Sara, his assistant is absolutely wonderful. She walked me through the procedure, helped calm my fears and made sure that I felt comfortable and felt at ease. At the end of my visit, my amazing hygienist Cheyenne peeked in to check in on me. Absolutely love this team.

I just had an emergency filling done. I was able to get in within days of calling. The service was quick and organized and each staff member was so friendly. Dr. A did my filling, first time meeting him. He was exceptional. That was the best freezing job I have ever had. I am usually very nervous at the dentist and this was the best visit I have had in 50 years. Much thanks.

I had an amazing experience! My hygienist Hunter was very professional and did her upmost to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I could not recommend this location more! And with these weird pandemic times, they went above and beyond in keeping me and others safe throughout the entire time I was there!

As a new patient at the clinic I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of my visit. I was warmly welcomed and had a cleaning with Hunter.

Anything she noticed during the cleaning she would tell me about in detail, but also explain any possible causes along with preventions and solutions. I greatly appreciated this as I was able to get a better understanding of daily cleaning but also bad habits since the detail was more in depth and better explained compared to previous experiences at other places near the GTA.

The clinic is also equipped with better and later equipment than I have experienced in other locations. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that would ask.

What a great experience, the staff here are thorough, friendly and very helpful. Nothing but great visits at You Make Me Smile Dental Centre, the name says it all.

Today I had the great pleasure of working with Lora, Hunter, and all the incredible staff at You Make Me Smile!

I teach First Aid and CPR to a number of Dental Clinics across the GTA and the surrounding areas, and I've got to say that the level of enthusiasm, preparedness, and overall intelligence I was met with today was amongst the top I've seen in my career.

Moreover, people and places like these are truly something special; they have the remarkable ability (regardless of the reason you're there) to leave you with a sense of accomplishment, and a lingering happiness that warms you up throughout the day.

On a side note, proper sterilization and decontamination procedures are paramount in our world today, and I have yet to see another clinic adopt so efficiently and effectively these procedures into their practice. And that's not a slight against other clinics - the level of sterility I saw here today was on par with what I'd like to see out of an ICU.

All in all, You Make Me Smile has earned every 5 Star Review on here, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Thanks for the wonderful day guys!

There are very few businesses that offer the personalized service that I get at Dr. Younes's office. The entire crew is like family and my friends.

Amanda was excellent, as always, She is so kind and communicative, which i really appreciate. She does an amazing job at balancing conversation while still getting her job done (and done well). Dr. Khoury is by far the best dentist I have ever had at applying freezing. I can't emphasize enough how amazing he is. Furthermore, when the freezing comes out, you don't feel any soreness associated with dentists being to rough on the surrounding tissue and muscle. The facility is first class and continue to demonstrate the highest level of Covid prevention while still staying true what sets them all apart from other dental offices - their genuine care and compassion for all of their patients. And I haven't even yet mentioned another amazing thing they do which made me select them to begin with - their commitment to free dentistry to those in need is more than unbelievable. That gift is life changing for so many in need and it makes me proud to support their business.

A few years ago I worked with a local construction company who built the addition which became as we now know “ You Make Me Smile Dental Centre“. This past week I finally had the opportunity to not only revisit an old project but to also experience their services.
Upon arrival I was greeted my dental hygienist Cheyenne Muir who not only gave me a warm professional welcome to the office but also took the time to introduce me to the wonderful stuff.
I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist however I felt vary related and comfortable in the professional investment they provide at You Make Me Smile Dental Centre.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Pasha who went over and beyond to make sure I understood everything.
I’m already looking forward to my next visit also if your having a bad day Dr. Pasha and his team will ensure to put a smile on your face no pun intended lol.

I cant say enough good things about this office. I had my teeth aligned with their clear aligners. My teeth are absolutely perfect now! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Hands down best office in town!
