I typically go to the Trenton you make me smile for my needs however my spouse and step daughter enjoy the Belleville office. I left a review for Trenton already as they are absolutely amazing and deserve to be recognized. Huge shout out to Lynsey in Trenton who is my hygienist. She is personable and super gentle, and left my mouth feeling clean and happy with zero pain! Both my spouse and step daughter have thoroughly enjoyed their experience in the Belleville office and will also be doing invisalign through the Belleville office. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve left a review before, but now, tonight, the crown they gave me maybe a year ago or less has just come out of my head. Brilliant.

Had an appt.on Feb. 16th/23. Hygienist was super nice and professional. The dentist explained everything to me and answered my questions. They were quick and my experience was painless. And they give you free lip chaps!:)

Everyone was so nice! I was very nervous about this appointment because I was bringing my autistic son and I’ve had bad experiences in the past with another dentist for myself. They were so patient and kind. My son enjoyed his visit. Very welcoming and made sure I understood everything they were doing and why. They didn’t push anything on me and overall I highly recommend! Amazing Dentists, Amazing Service, Amazing all around. They literally do everything at their office including but not limited to dental work, crowns the same day and even Ortho work including Invisalign! They are kind, compassionate and gentle. Very knowledgeable and high standards!

I went in for a repair on my permanent retainer and I was so impressed with the whole experience that I decided to switch and make them my permanent dentist. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They waste no time in getting you taken care of and Dr. Bajcer was great. The facility is clean and appears to have the most up-to-date equipment, and they are serious about Covid precautions. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

I'm a little embarrassed to say but I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years. Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome.

By far the best dental experience we have received! The team at You Make Me Smile Belleville are wonderful, especially with children. They take the time to talk to the kids and listen to their concerns and fears. Nothing but an A-1 experience!

The entire staff are always very friendly and professional. They will answer and address all questions and concerns. The office space and examining rooms are always immaculately clean.

My hygienist, Rachel is the most caring, friendly and cheerful hygienist I have ever had! I will continue to see her for as long as I can.

They were okay up until the point I had a lot of pain and problems after getting work done. Then they wouldn’t adapt to fit me in and they became very rude and unhelpful. I’m still dealing with this pain, almost 3 weeks later. I had NO problem before I went to see Dr. Bajcer
Please don’t go here. You need someone who treats you well when something goes wrong. Which I know can happen but dentists should be held accountable for fixing them.
He caused a major problem. Horrible experience too because he jabbed me twice and then had to freeze me a third time since he popped my retainer and was working on fixing that for 20 min. I was absolutely traumatized by the whole experience. Zero bedside manner too. Care and comfort were not his priority. He didn’t even introduce himself and him and the hygienist talked about hunting the whole time. Hope your experience is better than mine.

Best dentist I've ever been too. It's extremely hard to find a dentist you actually want to go too. You Make Me Smile staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable. They put a lot of thought and effort into the customer experience and they hit it out of the park every time! I'm truly so happy I decided to go with them!

I am very impressed with both hygienists that have provided their service to me. They have been professional, friendly and skilled.

I do not like going to the dentist. And I had to have a procedure done with freezing so there was going to be teeeears. But they were AMAZING. Yes I still cried haha but I felt so cared for and comfortable. I go back Thursday and I’m not as scared as I had been before so THANK YOU! I truly appreciate the positive experience.

My dental hygienist is amazing. Cheyenne worked at a different dental office when I met her. I hated getting my teeth cleaned and getting the lecture about flossing. So when I was paired up with Cheyenne I was skeptical. But she was so kind, caring and talked me thru it all. She used the water pick on me and was gentle on my poor sensitive gums. From that first appointment I was hooked.
Unfortunately she moved to a different location and the dental office didn't tell me. I was so shocked when this strange lady was calling my name and it wasn't Cheyenne. There was no way I sitting in this lady's chair. I lasted 2 mins and walked out.
I got home and hopped on FB and messaged Cheyenne and asked where she moved to. Within minutes she answered and I called You Make Me Smile. I went from leaving one dental office with high anxiety to booking an appointment that same day with the amazing talented Cheyenne.
I walked into this New office and was blown away with the decor and waiting area. I never saw a dental office have a water/juice/coffee/tea area. I was greeted and was taken to one of the office and was given a welcome gift bag, tour of the office and so on. Once my xrays were done I was lead to Cheyenne's space. Once I saw her I felt my anxiety drift away. I was so happy to be there. While she did my cleaning I watched Netflix on the TV in the ceiling while getting a heated massage in the dental chair.
The dentist came in and he was so friendly and Cheyenne warned him not to give me the floss lecture.lol, which he didn't.
This office may be in Trenton and I live in Belleville but the drive is so worth it. When you find a dental hygienist you trust, there is no question you follow her!

Cheyenne you are the best and you work with an amazing team. I would give you 10 stars if I could!

I am new to Belleville and was looking for a new dentist to go to. I Google'd and found their facility online. So I made a call and got an appointment right away!

The staff are so welcoming!

As a person myself that is a front line worker, I was very impressed with their cleanliness!

I would highly recommend this dentistry. The service was thorough the dentist 's were both very kind and funny and the receptionist was amazing! She really worke around my busy schedule and I really appreciated that!

Always a great experience with the crew at You Make Me Smile Belleville. I love the reminder text & call I get a couple days prior to my appointment. The staff have all Covid Protocols in place and make sure you feel comfortable. Special shout out to Marisa for hooking me up with Animal Planet on Netflix while Dr Bajker took care of my fillings. They were quick and efficient. Only place I will go for my dental work!

I haven't been to a dentist in years because i was embarrassed of my mouth. As soon as i walked into this location i felt so welcomed. I could honestly say I've never felt so relaxed as i did here. They are beyond amazing. The staff make you feel like you've known them forever. They make you feel comfortable with the insecurities you have with your teeth. The best part is that you don't even feel like you're at a dentist!

As a radio/tv broadcaster and narrator, my job requires me to speak concisely, so the importance of oral care is of utmost importance! I had 3 gum grafting operations with Dr. Shevket and each one was a great experience.i was nervous, but the staff had great chairside humour to ease my nerves and the dentist was very aware of my nerves and reassured me thoroughout the process. I even got to watch a few favourite movies on the screen while the procedures happened. Laughing gas also helped a couple of times too. By the third op I didn't even need the gas, I felt relaxed and confident! I followed his post op instructions to a T and healed perfectly. Looking to have gum grafting?
