We just completed a move with You Move Me Kitchener-Waterloo from Toronto to Waterloo, and we honestly cannot say enough about Christian and the crew. They were polite, extremely professional, cautious and super efficient. Highly, highly recommend using them for your move! They made a stressful situation a very enjoyable one!

We just moved in to our new house and they really moved us! Two young polite men helped us move our stuff very fast and accurately. They had a great attitude and went above and beyond what we expected. Even helped us bring our plants. I really appreciate it and highly recommend their services.

Patrick was so kind & hard working. They made me move easy. However I was quoted 1900 and ended up having to 2400. Kinda scammy if you ask me.

Steven, Patrick and Kevin called to let us know that they were on their way and arrived 30 minutes early. From the moment they arrived, they were very professional and started preparing the furniture to be moved within minutes. Working as a solid team, each man worked both independently and together to achieve the best way to get things ready for the trip across town. Once they arrived at the new location, they immediately brought the furniture in and helped position it.
Both my husband and myself cannot say enough about how pleased we were with our service today. The quote we were given over the phone when booking was very accurate. Payment was easy and done after the move.

It was raining on our moving day. In-house assessment for pricing. Quoted for 5.25 hours and finished the job in 4.5 hours. Accommodated our last minute request to remove some old large items. Very reliable, genuine and professional.
Used mats so that our floors stayed clean.
Would definitely recommend them, but get a quote for real pricing and estimate.

Beware! There’s a reason they have no poor reviews! I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and while the owner initially tried to rectify what I was displeased with, he also gave me a contract to sign stating I would remove any reviews online and release them from any further damages. This is clearly their standard practice and why they have such glowing reviews compared to other moving companies! Here are the issues I had- The movers, while very nice, were extremely slow and after 2 hours of loading, I raced to the new house to beat them there, only to have them show up nearly an hour later having taken a lunch break, while still on the clock! I paid $105 for them to have a break. After 2 hours of work. Then, a day after the move I found one of my tools to be damaged and later, one of the legs of my dining table had been ripped out. I was shocked given how much time they spent putting moving blankets on everything. They over-quote on time, expect you to be overjoyed when they come in under, and not notice how slow and inefficient they are. I reached out to the owner again after having found the damage to my dining table and have not heard back since. Please think twice about hiring this company!

EDIT: After the company replied to my post offering help through their Customer Service department, I have have waited over 2 weeks for a response to no avail. Brutal!

Nick and his co-worker were superb. Very efficient and fast. Packed everything perfectly IMO.
They knew what to do with the delicate items.

Steven and his crew helped with my move from Kitchener to Toronto. They are fast and punctual. Came right on time with extra packing materials for my furnitures. They extra wrapped my TV to prevent it falling through the bottom. The actual moving time was also under the estimate. Would recommend.

Nic and his team did a great job in our moving from a 3-storey house to a 2-storey house. They brought all the supplies needed and handle our furniture with care and with fast-paced. They were adaptable and responsible. I would highly recommend them.
