Today I passed my G2 test! I had lessons with Nafeesa, she is an amazing instructor, who makes you confident in your driving skills and shows you all the useful tips and tricks. She is a wonderful person as well. Happy day today, I passed from the first attempt!

Update: I passed my G test on my first try after taking lessons with Abid. He prepared me for every situation possible, making me a more confident and safe driver. I highly recommend Young Star if you are looking for a driving school.

Abid and Nafeesa were both amazing instructors. They helped me get over my fear of driving and I was able to pass my G2.

Going into the program, I had some driving experience from a past driving school, but I wasn’t very confident in my skills. My driving instructor Nafeesa helped me gain confidence behind the wheel and made sure I was prepared for the G2 road test. On the day of the test, I was very nervous but Nafeesa assured me that I would be fine. I passed the G2 test on the first try! I couldn’t have done it without Young Star Driving:)

Zubair was an excellent driving instructor. He gave me great tips/advice every time and helped me pass both my G2 and G. I recommend him for all your driving inquiries as he’s patient, instructive, and helpful.

I took the Driving course at Young Star Driving School, including several driving lessons with Abid, an excellent instructor and educator. It's hard to find an investment more beneficial than having attended his lessons. In addition to maximizing your chances to pass the tests easily, this school builds your confidence by teaching you everything you need to know to be a safe driver. From the fundamental principles to the practical tips. After you graduate from this school you'll understand how to deal with every situation you may encounter. And as you keep driving by yourself over time, you'll keep connecting each experience to the lessons you learned here. I give this school and Abid in particular a 100/100 mark.

Theacher Mubashar Hanif was amazing, he teaches calmly and without pressuring u, making super easy to grab the info and learn the skills, there's no better one than this academy in all GTA, recommended

Hey Young Star,

I passed my G1 Exit Exam at Lawrence and Victoria, and got my G2 on April 18,2023! And on the first attempt! Right before my G1 Exit, Hanif took me to some routes to learn what the examiner might take me through. It was extremely helpful.

I want to thank you for pairing me with Mubashar Hanif. His teaching is absolutely phenomenal; in a way that is firm and calm. He makes sure you understand the rules of the roads, that you are in control and there is no need to rush. One of the things that I was frustrated with was learning to reverse parking, as I had a hard time understanding the concept of counting the lines 1,2,3 and 4, from an angle, but he was patient enough to park the car and take a moment with me to show me as I had questions on how to execute it. Once I grasped it, it became much easier. Driving is a privilege that a lot of people take granted and I will continue to learn and drive responsibly.

Zubair was my instructor for the G2. A big shout out and a thank you to Zubair, Without his diligent, patient and methodical instruction, I would not have been able to pass the G2. He is an understanding instructor who not only instructs methodically but also encourages and calms the student down, especially before the road test. Thank you so much Zubair for everything.

The best driving school! While having Nafeesa as an instructor, she was super friendly and very patient which helps to make a comfortable atmosphere while driving. She's very diligent while teaching and is very accomidating and understanding of any situation. Being under her wing made me confident in my driving skills and thanks to her guidance I easily passed my G2 test!

Mr. Zubair was my driving instructor. He is such a calm guy and I enjoyed learning driving rules of Canada with him. He was always punctual and found time for mw to provide driving sessions. Moreover, he offered lunch to us when we went to driving test at Peterborough. I suggest, Choose him as your driving instructor without a second thought.

Overall experience was great. I got my G2 license in first trail coz of great lessons and service provided by Instructor Zubair.

10/10 experience! I’ve taken driving lessons before with a different company to get my G2, and even though I passed I was still nervous doing the test and it took 2 attempts.

With Young Star, specifically with my driver Abid, it was an amazing experience! Abid is very personable, friendly, humourous and has a very patient and detailed way of instructing. He really breaks things down so you’re able to grasp different concepts and really become comfortable driving. By the time my G test came up, I wasn’t even nervous because I was so confident in my driving abilities by then. As someone who has been nervous about driving essentially my whole life, words cannot describe the night and day difference in my driving confidence, after these lessons.

My driving instructor was Abid. I cannot tell you how much I recommend him. Everyone should take a lesson with Abid! Something moving he shared with me is that the mission of YoungStar is to keep the community SAFE. That is precisely what I learned from him. All of my interactions with other driving schools have been business-like at best. Whether or not I actually learnt how to drive, and make other people on the road feel safe, is of peripheral importance. In contrast, Abid taught me how to feel safe with my own driving ability, and how to share the road while respecting other people. He helped me to integrate my knowledge and even to ENJOY the process of driving (!). When I took my G test at Port Union test center, I passed with flying colors with apparently the toughest examiner there! I have definitely developed a deeper appreciation for the importance of driving instructors in keeping our streets safe. It is rare to find instructors like Abid, and we need more like him!

Abid was my instructor for my G2 test preparation lessons. He was able to recognize my level of experience after the first two minutes of me sitting in the car. He was very understanding the goals I wanted to accomplish in my driving lessons and was able to teach me in the way I was best able to learn.

WIth Abid's help, I was able to pass my G2 test on my first try! My examiner said I was near perfect with my test, and my examiner also said that she did not feel unsafe one bit during my test. All thanks to Abid and his teaching lessons!

I will be using their services for my G test preparation lessons in the future.

Great driving school! I had an amazing instructor, Abid, who I did driving lessons with for my G road test (which I passed with confidence on my first attempt at the Metro East location). He caters his teaching methods to the needs of each individual student and clearly has a ton of experience as an educator and instructor. Abid really pays attention from one lesson to the next to understand which skills I've improved on and which skills I still need more practice on and ensured the root of any problem areas were properly addressed right away. He was also great with answering all of my questions and explaining the rules of the road so that there was no ambiguity. Not to mention, he has a great sense of humour, a great attitude and is super patient which makes the learning experience much easier. Abid really helps you build the confidence you need to handle any scenario that could come up during your road test - I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. Thank you Abid, you're the best!

Hands down, this was the best customer service experience I have ever received. My driving school instructor was Abid who has helped out above and beyond of what I was expecting. He is the best teacher you can have to excel in driving. I was able to learn driving in a perfect manner within just three weeks of frequently meeting with Abid. Today, I successfully passed my G2 test without any mistakes. I would highly recommend Abid to anyone as he is the kindest, most patient, thoughtful, and fun teacher you can ask for. Simply the best in the industry in Canada!

Important Detials: I was on a very tight schedule to give my G2 test a try. I really wanted to finish about 15 hours before taking my test. Abid was extremely kind in accommodating my deadlines. I live in the downtown Toronto area and was meeting with Abid two to three times a week at Victoria Park station. So it's not a problem if you live downtown or further away.

That said, Abid showed me all of the key points on how to excel the exam. He even made suggestions to me what to tell the driving test person with whom I had a very nice conversation with during the exam. Before the exam, Abid was so detail oriented that he cleaned the side mirrors with such a care to ensure that nothing goes wrong.

Conclusion: No matter what your driving background is, if you go with Abid, you'll be in the best hands. I have met many driving instructors, but no one can come close to Abid in terms of teaching ability, friendliness, professionalism, kindness, and being detailed oriented.

I just passed my G2 Roadtest today in first attempt! Shout out to my driving Instructor? , He's the best very patient, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him and this driving achool to every person out there who is willing to obtain their license. I've gained a lot of techniques and strategies with him. The team is very professional & the service is exceptional. Nafeesa was my assigned instructor who was a great communicator & really enhanced my confidence behind the wheels. However, due to circumstances we couldn’t finish my lessons together. So, I was connected with John who was an exceptional instructor, who does a great job teaching. I’m very pleased. I would definitely recommend!

Hands down, Zubair is a 5 star driving instructor. He went above and beyond with the driving lessons and drive test. My area is restricted for him to teach, so he offered to pick me up and drop me off. But he taught me driving lessons at the school's designated area. He's very thorough with the lessons. He made sure I learned both the theory and practical side of driving. He's very good at teaching defensive driving. He helped me learn on how to make decisive actions when turning at an intersection or switching lanes. I didn't really practice driving other than the lessons I took from him because I have a really busy schedule but the lessons with him were more than enough that I passed the G2 test. Even at the driving test, he's really supportive of me because he made sure I was well taken care of. I felt like an athlete with a very knowledgeable coach. I would 100% recommend him.

Zubair has helped me with my G2 and now my G.he is very patient and professional. I won't have done it without him.he is a wonderful instructor and definitely will refer more people to him! Passed both test on my first try!

When looking where I would like to take my driving school the fact Young Star Driving had the consumer choice award, won my attention. After my lessons with Abid I can see why they have the consumer choice award.
Abid was very professional and an amazing teacher, I feel I Abid was able to teach me 20 hours of content in 10 hours which was incredible! Abid helped me build my skills and confidence and I now feel very ready to drive. Before my lessons I had 0 experience driving but after these lessons I feel confident to get behind the wheel!

My experience at young star driving was excellent. Eric was an awesome teacher and improved my road skills immensely. He is an excellent teacher and is one of the main reasons i passed my test! Best school for new drivers like me, even with no experience at all. Mr. Tanveee Liaqat is a professional and an amazing instructor. He explains the details very well in a clear and straightforward way. You wouldn’t get confused or get lost to what he is saying, because not only he ensures to explain it properly through speaking, he also explains through sketches, that way you would be able to visualize it. He is also super nice and very patient. Even though I make some errors, he doesnt complain. His time is also flexible, he makes a lot of adjustments to fit my busy schedule, and he’s understanding whenever I’m running late for a lesson. I recommend requesting for Mr. Tanveer as your driving instructor, as he teaches very well and he made me confident in my driving skills.

I came to Young Star for the inclass + 10 lesson bundle and I think its totally worth it. The staff is friendly and are really good at explaining/instruction. I had an amazing experience! I definetly reccommend coming here for learning to drive!

This is really a nice place to learn driving. I absolutely had no idea about how to drive but my instructor Tanveer was very understanding and patient with me and taught me extremely well. Every learner is different. A good instructor is the one who knows his student and teach the student accordingly. Driving is something I was very scared about. I tried with different instructor but couldnot continue with them.
Finally got a reference from a friend about Mr. Zubair. 1st lesson I got impressed and knew he is the right person to teach me driving.
Very professional, well communicated. His instructions were very detailed. Very important his car was always very neat.
Mostly people scared about parking but if you follow his instructions than parking is very simple. The day of my test I freaked out but he did his best to calm myself down. And yes I passed my test in 1st attempt.
I must say one thing very important i.e. He is not greedy. He will not take unrequired extra classes and its not a comparision but its a fact. So if someone wants to learn driving and save their budget go for Mr. Zubair.
