Seems like the owner is a pretty genuine guy. I got winters here and the team warned me of a few problems with my suspension. The owner was willing to talk me through it and suggest the proper parts for me to do it on my own time. Great business, would recommend.

The owner is nice and was very transparent with everything he gave me. There is a big table with many chairs in the waiting area, and they charged a very reasonable price for a 4hr task. There's a guy called Spencer who works here and he took the time to explain to me everything that was wrong and gave lots of solutions. Very cool guy indeed

I recently had two tires that were slashed due to debris found on the road. A costly ordeal as I needed to replace all four tires and Jeff recommended some terrific wheels! Jeff and his team were expeditious and courteous and I was on the road within an hour and a half! The spare and lock nut was properly placed in the appropriate spot. The great perk is that they do free tire rotation after every 10k kilometres! Thanks Young’s automotive!

Not happy
When you go to service center you would expect them to know what they are doing I went to YOUNGS AUTOMOTIVE because I was having bad vibration from my car they changed my baring and my breaks 1000.00 $ later my car was no better I returned the next day and told them so they balanced my wheels still no difference I took my car to JM AUTOMOTIVE and they told me over the phone what the problem was and fixed exactly that I will never go back to YOUNGS and I will not recommend them to anyone I honestly feel that I should be refunded I'm not sure if they even changed my wheel baring concerning that was never the problem.

Always great service at Young’s explain repairs if needed, trust Jeff’s team to do a good job.

This is not my first post about Young’s Automotive and once again AMAZING SERVICE!
My wife Kim and I have 3 vehicles and with our daughter moving downtown the 3rd was not needed.
But which one to sell?
We had our Hyundai SUV safety inspected by Young’s then decided to keep it. They serviced it, had it detailed and delivered back to us - our car looking and driving like new.
We will do the same with our 3rd and then sell it through Young’s Automotive!

I’ve been in twice in the past two months for mechanical break downs that left me on the side of the road. Both times they got my vehicle in the same day and repairs completed the next day. Very friendly, nice clean place.
