Very friendly. They weren't very informative at the start of our claim. Husband had to go to work during snowstorm and didn't see a car because of weather conditions and abandoned car was in middle of road with snow drifts around it. He hit front left corner of car and ditched his truck. Truck was still drivable but he didn't make it to work. Reported accident to opp and no charges laid. But insurance deemed it his fault and took his free one time claim away. Hardly seems fair when it was snowstorm and cars fault

Basically insurance will raise your premium for no reason and they won't help you with anything, also they don't call you to review your policy on the renewal, believe me shop around and you can definitely find better brokers out there.

If you're looking for insurance coverage or are looking to change/switch to another insurance company, look no further! I really can’t recommend Youngs Insurance enough! Amanda Chaffecombe is THE best insurance broker and she has happily helped me with the whole process and was so patient and kind. Amanda Chaffecombe really made the entire process a breeze and it was SO easy and straight forward and she got everything done for me super fast which was a HUGE help because I needed immediate coverage and she made it happen! You can’t beat their prices and they have really great insurance coverage. I was always given and greeted with fantastic customer service and Amanda really went above and beyond to help me and my husband as well as my mom and my aunt for all our insurance needs for our properties and I really cannot recommend her and Youngs Insurance enough! They really are the best!

Very unhappy with the service received from this broker. I even renewed my motorcycle insurance with them once. Bad because: they did not provide any discount for renewing with them, I trusted their answer and went with them. When I turned 30, I asked them if there would be a lower rate to my insurance, the answer was no, and that this is a myth. When I had an insurance question to ask, I could not reach my broker, or the service department team. Broker did not want to take time to even find out what my insurance question was, directed me to the company's voicemail. This company definitely does not have the interest to service its customers well.

I felt like I was paying too much for my motorcycle policy with TD so I requested a quote online. Simon messaged me back & got me a much less expensive policy with the same coverage in no time. I’m saving nearly $1000 a year from what I was paying before. I 100% recommended Young’s for motorcycle insurance.

As a new motorcycle owner obtaining insurance, they went above and beyond in finding the best policy for my needs. Customer service (Simon) was outstanding and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

I received a text from Simon advising us that we had a renewal coming up. I was shocked and surprised this service existed. Generally your home and auto insurance just renews unless you take the time to do the market research. Being with Young’s Insurance Brokers, for 1 vehicle, they proactively reviewed our policy, did the research and let us know they had found the same coverage for significantly less.
As a result Simon and I are going to review our insurance needs, current coverage and premiums on an additional 2 vehicles and 3 properties.

I was searching for car insurance because I just bought a new car and my current company wanted to charge me 407$, I contacted youngs through snap quote on their site and simon got back to me with a reasonable rate and then about an hour later found me an even better one! I’ve been dealing with Simon for about 3-4 years and he’s always assisted me with finding the best quote as an “at risk” driver. He always updates me near renewal with alternative cheaper options

Been with them for 5+ year now. Short answer.there are better brokerage out there. No yearly call to go over your plan. They will not look for better rates for you unless you ask them you. To me a broker should check once a year and let you know. Great experience signing up with them, but once you are locked in, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Their broker I dealt with quit after a few years. I was not notified at all. My house purchase deal almost fell through because I was calling and emailing someone that did not work there and at the time no one else would return my phone call from the office. If the person you deal with go on vacation there, then you may get a run around. Been a few years, I think they are more responsive now. There might be one or two brokers in the company that are good, but overall I recommend going with a different brokerage.

I texted in for a quote in the morning & had the cheapest bike insurance by the afternoon. Very happy with Simon from Young’s!
