YouPackWeStore stored the items without damaging them, and was very prompt about pick-up and drop-off. They were also flexible enough to accomodate semi last-minute changes to the drop-off time.

They were the only good thing about moving out this spring term! Right from the delivery of the boxes to the picking up of the packages from the UWP, everything was carried out perfectly. I've used YouPackWeStore for every term that I've left Waterloo (about 3-4 times now) and every single person I have interacted with has been extremely professional, competent and accommodating. I've personally messed up a couple of times when preparing packages — including a leaky box and a request to pick up items when I was not home — but they handled every case with grace and so much care. The employees go above and beyond and they're always the first company I recommend for self storage.

As an international student in Waterloo, I was always worried and annoyed by my stuff to store whenever I visit my home country. But this company made it so easy. The fact that the delivery guys pick up my stuff right in front of the door and deliver back to my place is just so convenient. The delivery guys are so nice and kind too. You must use their service if you need to store your stuff over the break.

I’ve worked with YouPackWeStore, a couple of times and they always deliver all my stored packages on time and without any issues. The service might be a bit expensive so check the prices but it’s worth it.

I had a great experience with YouPackWeStore, considering how uncomfortable it is to move around a mini fridge I decided to store it for a term with YouPackWeStore, it was super easy to set up online and the pick up/delivery individuals were on time and came right to the room to pick up/deliver the items. This is the best way to store anything that is such a hassle to move back and forth, highly recommend.

The customer-care team is very helpful and are willing to go out of the way to accommodate you. They are very prompt over email and phone. The pick-up/delivery team is very professional and courteous. The second time I used their service, the elevators in my building were under maintenance. The team was kind enough to move my 3 large boxes up 2 flights of stairs so I could get my belongings quickly.

The process is simple. You can request packing materials such as tape and boxes (small, medium, large) for free (they charge you but reimburse the fee, so effectively it is free). Someone will come to your doorstep to drop them off. Once you are all packed, they will come and collect your items. Once you need your items back they will re-deliver it to your door step at any address in the city. They do not charge you for pick-up or redelivery (including the drop-off of packing materials) and are flexible with the timings.
