I was charged for 240 dollars in one call.your advertisement is tooooo misleading. 20 dollars a month.but your billed me 240 dollars.how can you advertise 20 dollars a month and infact you are not giving your customer if they like to be billed 20 or 240.if they are happy with the service or not.if you see the plans you write in bold big letters 20 dollars.and when i checked my account i was shocked to see 240 dollars.it does not making any sense advertising 20 dollars and deducting suddenly 240 dollars.your making fool of your customers.i demand for a refund.i only used the service once.i agree that you will deduct 20 dollars.if your saying i used the service once.bit its not acceptable to make it 240 dollars.your not giving your customers the choice.to pay 20dollars or 240dollars.this is not helping the patients.your giving your patients too much stress.

Please be double sure these online based company charges you anually their online page is brilliantly marketed they mark sibscription charges monthly with written anually in small letters. No scope of refund. And be aware if you take subscription by entering your credit card details they charge you anually stating auto renewal in there terms. To all those who earn a hard earned living please be ware.

This place is a complete scam in every sense of the word. They have absolutely no remorse for anyone struggling financially and in a predicament. My girlfriend signed up to get a letter signed and they didn’t ever get back to her, so she cancelled her membership same day and they refuse to even offer her a partial refund. They offer billing every 3 months or every year, she mistakenly chose the year and they won’t even let her change to the 3 months. They act as if this is out of their hands, when they could easily remedy these situations.

Typically businesses with a strong product will take pride in it, and promise statements of “you’ll get your money back if you’re not happy! ” Whereas this business is the exact opposite. They know their services are so terrible that everyone will want an immediate refund, so they make it part of their policy to prohibit them. They give the same copy paste answer to everyone with concerns and don’t care about customer happiness because they know the only customers they have are ones that accidentally got locked into a membership. I’d be embarrassed to be a licensed doctor and work for this place. It’ll be out of business once their star rating tanks because every recent review is negative, and for good reason. They simply don’t care at all about their customers, they will offer no sympathy, truly a joke of a company.

EDIT: Notice how they act as if it’s out of their control? Their response is ridiculous, of course it’s feasible, they are quite literally the only people who could help. If it’s out of your hands, whose hands is it in? You created these rules so you can scam, simple as that. This company is basically a scam call centre masquerading as medical care. It would literally be cheaper to get fooled by a credit card scammer because at least the bank would reimburse you. Also the generic, ai generated sounding response is right on the money to what I said in my review. No shame these people have, imagine how much sympathy they would lack in a medical situation?

*they lied in their response below, saying I used their service multiple times when trying to get a refund. Not true. Since then, yes, I have been using it. Gotta get my moneys worth since they aren’t going to give me my money back. That actually really aggravates me that they have the audacity to lie in their response to make their choice seem justifiable, it just proves my point more, I used their service ONCE and was denied a refund, I have proof of that as well to anyone who wants to see*

So keep responding your doctors online with your accusation and fake apologies. Show everyone who you really are.

They have a very sneaky misleading way to make you believe you are signing up for $20 a month, then they charge you $240. They won’t give a refund, even if you haven’t used their service. They don’t care about you but claim to be ‘healthcare professionals’

Any other business would refund their customers for something like this.

I needed a prescription over the holidays, was charged $240 when I thought I was paying for a month. ‘My mistake’ they had $20/month in bold writing and in fine print yearly subscription. When I checked out, it didn’t say $240 as the total at the bottom. Otherwise I would have immediately not accepted as I can’t afford that. Not very user friendly, especially people who are sick and in need of help.

I emailed them multiple times to get responses from a bot, after investigating, I found their phone number and told them my situation, they did not care. They said because I had used the service to get a prescription that I can’t get a refund. Not only did I have to PAY for the prescription, I had to pay $240. A prescription is NOT worth $240.

The response from the Physician Assistant is really fast, not even a minute from when I sent the first message. They give you good advice too.
They suggested me to go to RMT and in order for my insurance to cover my treatment, I need a prescription for the treatment. But the thing is when I need the prescription to go to RMT for a treatment, they couldn't/wouldn't provide.
They said I need to visit a physician in person, but the reason I subscribe with this site because it's hard to find any physician available in my area. And I used to get my treatment prescription with another website until they charge for higher subscription fee recently.
So.good but not good enough for certain issues that you need help with

Was desperate for an inhaler prescription after experiencing difficulty breathing due to allergies and I tried YourDoctors just after midnight this morninf, after a few quick questions I was prescribed an inhaler and allergy tablets that were ready for pick-up at my closest pharmacy when they opened. The price point was great as other online doctors offered single consultations for more than the price of a three month membership with YourDoctors. I’m relieved knowing I know where to go if I need medical care while in Canada and I’d definitely use this service again. Thank you so much!

This is the best app I have ever discovered. For someone with a long history of skin rashes and autoimmune, I am constantly flaring up. The Drs on this app are very fast at answering questions.and the best part of it all is it’s free! What the Dr on here told me in 2 min, saved me from spending 3 hours in a hospital. I highly recommend.
