Your Dollar Store with More

Store manager lady is biased and rude; she was even more rude to her staff in front of us. Definitely never visiting this place again; AVOID THIS STORE AND GO TO WALMART THAT IS NEXT TO THIS PATHETIC STORE AND CHEAPER AS WELL

Located in the Walmart complex.

Found many items priced at around 1CAD and you also find some edible items like beverage, chips and chocolate.

Found the quality of electronics were not good and mostly were cheap Chinese goods.

As expected for a dollar store. Found what I was looking for, and cashier was friendly and polite. Will probably return when I am in the area and need simple crafting or decorative supplies like tissue wrapping paper, stickers and double sided foam adhesive.

Ordered helium balloons filled with gel. The price has gone up but strangely the balloons have become smaller and didn't even last 24 hours. Not getting the balloons from here again.

Customer service it’s worse and rude, they are beside Walmart and Walmart somehow in most products are cheaper than “dollar store “and also their quality are not worth the price!

Store could have a better selection in craft items for children and some more reasonable priced items for a dollar store

I just went there once and I had the worst experience ever. One of the employee (I think was the owner) was very rude and spoke to me in an angry tone telling me that it was 7: 30 and I had to leave to which I replied I will be there in a minute as I was almost done. The person stood there haggling me to either get my stuff to the counter or just leave. Plus they are definitely price gouging in these difficult times. I am never going there again.

The Ceramics in their cleaning products are okay but their Electronics to hit and miss so you have to be careful but other than that can't go wrong you get what you pay for

Clean, well organized store and I found all what I was looking for with the help of MK the manager who was very patient, friendly and professional. Will be back whenever am in the area again.

It’s a convenient location but the prices are high here for a dollar store. Also staff can be a little rude on some occasions

I was there today and although the woman behind the cash had a mask on there was one staff member with her mask under her chin stocking shelves and another staff member with his mask covering his mouth but not his nose, also stocking shelves. They were also walking very close to shoppers given the width of the aisles. In addition there was no sanitizing of the interac machine between me and the previous customer. This store is convenient to shop in because of its location but I won’t be returning.

Not that I can say I've ALWAYS had the most pleasant time when shopping here, but to everyone attacking them for their price gouging (I admittedly used to be one of you) have any of you stopped to consider what these products cost the store to purchase for you? To be one of the only stores around that had surgical masks at the start, and to carry and have in stock, many of the items you can't find anywhere else, must come at a heafty price in itself, no? !

The aisles are usually blocked by employees who r reshelfing products. If you try to make your way through you get mean stares. Employees at the store looked at me up and down like I'm shoplifting. There baskets and carts were not santized or cleaned and there was no handsantizer in the entrance. The cashier never says hi or thank you.they hand u the recipient and don't even look at u. Very rude people.

You ever go somewhere and just feel awkward and uncomfortable, and you just want to leave? That's this place. And, it's really expensive for a dollar store.
Employees are rude and make it feel unwelcoming.

I was just in the store and the attendee/employee told me to leave my backpack at the cash register, I have medication I am to have on my person at all times and I explained that to her, I also asked if she can assure my belongings will not be tampered with or stolen and she said no, so I said she can watch me obtain the single item I entered for and purchase it but I will not relinquish my personal belongings when they will not be secure. I understand policy, but I am an adult not a child of which the policy was intending.

It's actually hard to find products at this "Dollar Store" that are $1. Tried to buy a small plastic garbage bin and was told the price was $10; yeah right.

Don't buy their $7.00! Price gouging Hand Sanitizer! It Smells positively hideous. Not like any sanitizing chemical I've ever encountered. Gawd only knows what chemicals are actually in it. Price gouging on masks too. They should be ashamed and I wonder if they're donating any of their masks to first-line workers or medical community?

Horrible service they don’t even look at you when they cash you out and the manager there is the biggest tool

Even though the owner sends his staff/family to follow me everytime i go into the store, like a shoplifter, and despite countless opportunities, IVE NEVER STOLEN A SINGLE ITEM from there, theyre always professional, polite, and eager to help.

$6 for a small bottle of hand sanitizer when you have hundreds of bottles in stock. Price gouging during a pandemic on sanitary items is disgusting and shameful. I could understand limiting purchases to one or two per person but gouging people who want to be safe during this global problem is abhorrent and you should be disgusted in yourselves.

Went to get helium balloon filled. Cashier was working on her own and clearly stressed which made her appear very rude and unfriendly. Extremely overpriced to refill my own ballon. Another customer who was also havIng a poor experience told me to go to party city as the prices are better and staff have customer service skills. Don’t go here!

This store has virtually everything you need for the home for less. Quality may not always be the best, but its a dollar store, so to be expected. Loads of seasonal and party decor. So many stainless steel bowls and serving dishes. Staff are polite and helpful. Great shopping here.

Customer service representatives does not have clue what is customer service, doesn't deserve a star

Its OK. Priced more expensive than Dollarama and they don't carry a lot of name brands that Dollarama does. A lot of the products are super cheap and don't last.

Also the staff who run the place are rude. The cashier lady always seems rushed and not friendly at all - no hi, how are you, no bye have a good day etc. However there was a young girl on the floor stocking shelves who was very pleasant to deal with.

The place has decent selection of general goods but there are frequently boxes of product in middle of the isles and it's a bit cramped in certain isles.

I avoid this Dollar place and I would rather drive to Dollarama.

TERRIBLE STAFF!

I actually came to this store several months ago and asked if they carried a particular item, they all just looked at each other almost rolling their eyes and then told me where it was - they were SO RUDE! Fast forward a couple of months later, I erased from my mind what happened before and went in today not really thinking about it, I don't know why I thought it would be any different. The lady at the cashier was so rude and cold to me and so nice to all the white people coming into the store.when I was next in line she acted like she didn't want to serve me, she never acknowledged me, scanned my items slowly and like she was doing me a favor or something (I don't have to give you my money lady for items I have to take time to look through for a decent quality (quality of items here are terrible!), handed me the bag while turning her face the other away and saying nothing, and then being so nice to the (white) lady after me (and other white people asking her for things in between) and saying have a nice day to her. The people working there are indian and so am I! These people are racist towards their own kind it seems like! I'm going to write another review if I'm able to for the two times I have witnessed such bad treatment. Do not shop here! I really hope this place closes down.

They have numerous small items all for a reasonable price. If you're looking for decorations for a birthday or if during the holidays they will have a lot of those items around. Life gift bags for Christmas, which was the reason for my visit.

I have been here a few other times and overall I would say the staff could be a little more friendly.

It is a good dollar store, it is not hugh so it does not have everything but it have all the main things. It will take MasterCard which is handy. Walmart is next door, so go here first if they do not have it you can get it for a little more at Walmart.

I’m very happy with my experience here. They had things you might not be able to find at Dollarama but at better prices than Walmart, and the staff were very helpful.

Store is filled with interesting items both basic and seasonal. Staff is always pleasant when I'm checking out.

Not happy with the Bridgeport location. I bought 3 items and tried to return them 1/2 hour later and the employee said we can't do a return the Manager is not here. And we don't return for credit we only exchange and pointed to a sign that wasn't there. Only a no roller blade sign there.

It should be called "Your Several Dollar Store", and I don't mean that as a fault, they tend to have some things with slightly higher quality than other stores, I'm a HUGE fan of the "Titan" brand freezer bags they carry, far bettet than any other freezer bag on the market. Also Love that every year we can count on getting my son the new Guinness World Record's book for $4.8 years strong on that one now!
