The punjabi girls working in the store are extremely rude, and unprofessional. Cracking jokes in punjabi language on other nationality people knowing they would not understand it.is really shameful. The staff should get proper training on customer service or else they should get replaced by some educated and qualified candidates.

It's the only dollar store I go to. I've never needed to go elsewhere. It's very well stocked.

Nasty store, very rude lying manager, please avoid at all costs, the worst in the neighbourhood, had a harrowing experience after having bought a ceramic vase for 16$ which cracked immediately when poured in water to keep my plant, went the very next day with receipts and proof and explained the situation, was frowned upon and called a stupid to buy a cracked vase and blamed me for the crack. The manager lied telling me that her superior didn't honor my explanation, when indeed there were none present when enquired with the staff. They carry sub-standard stuff when compared to other dollar stores and ARE NOT WORTHY, people fall for it, PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND NOT FROM YOURS ASAP.

They didn’t want to exchange my item with something else I had to buy something else to makeup the money I was almost forced to keep something I didn’t want it’s only because I complained about that they did something about it don’t like this dollar store at all never coming back here again I understand that’s their policy but I felt like they could have made an exception for that situation I never have this problem at other places it’s just here the rules are different with that I find their rules stupid. Nobody is helpful in here you have to figure out where everything is yourself their so expensive they should change their dollar store to buck or two because their not that cheap at all. They very expensive at this dollar store location some of the stuff there selling I could get it much cheaper somewhere else. Their robbing people here and too ridiculous with some of their insane prices

Bought some balloons for decorating my house. The balloons were really dusty from the inside and they popped really easily without blowing them a lot. And the staff didn't help us at all when we were looking for small fake roses we asked the lady and she said that they didn't have any, shortly after that we went to look for it and we found them.

Lots of stock of different items.a bit pricey for a "dollar" store but still some good finds.

Quality of merchandise is not comparable to other locations and selection is not always great. Good balloon selection, though.

I’ve been here again this weekend and I was amazed by the customer service provided by Gahan, she was very patient and suggested few ideas for my son’s party balloons!

Collections were good. I got some decorations from the store and my friend did not like them. I took it back to the store and They were still in bags unopened but they refused to take it back.

They have a decent variety but the lines are always long and they have more staff in the aisles than at the cash to deal with customers in a timely manner

One of the bigger YDSWM. It's kind of like dollar tree, where there's a lot of random stuff that you might need around the house.

They also have a very large balloon and party items/decor area. Like I'm talking the old party city custom balloon wall large

Long lines and messy introduction I would wanna clean a store when I’m coming to shop and signs that makes him more easier and accessible to items

Pretty messy store sometimes, but they usually have what I need and the wait in the line isn't bad

This is not a dollar store anymore a balloon with a number design can cost you $14 + tax. Crazy bussiness

There waste n harass random citizens n employees try to overtax u so they get tips do not recommend.

They have a large variety of items. A bit pricey however, the quality of what you're paying for is decent but you can go to Dallarama and pay $4 for almost the same thing - where as here you're paying $6 - $15. They have a decent selection of kitchen stuff, rugs, party items (including balloons) and more. I'll probably come back for certain things but probably not my go-to dollar store. Customer service was good. Cleanliness was okay. The shelves were well stocked.

If you're ordering balloons it's best to order ahead. Otherwise this is my FAVORITE dollar store

They have many faulty products. I bought tool box and it was faulty and broken inside the seal pack. It was sealed so no one can see the condition of product. Next day morning, when I asked them to replace they denied to replace. I just left product at their counter. Even though product was not expensive but it was loss of time and money. Be careful if you are buying any product from this store.

First of all, THIS IS NOT EVEN A DOLLAR STORE! Their prices are sky high and I would definitely never recommend anybody to go here. The quality of the items they have in the store are horrible and not even worth the price. I would suggest you go to a Dollarama in the area instead.

I find that some items are overpriced compared to similar dollar stores, but the staff has always been helpful and you can find some really cool things. I like shopping their craft aisle, they always have a good selection of gift bags, and they do helium balloons. It's a convenient location for me if I don't feel like taking the bus.

This is my favourite brand of dollar stores in the city. They have a few locations locally in the city. Though they pretty much offer the same items. It would be good if the different locations had a little bit of their own unique items. Compared to other dollar stores, their locations are nice and spacious. You don't feel claustrophobic walking inside. This specific location is my go-to, but you really can't go wrong with any of their locations.

I went to get balloons and the staff was really friendly and helpful. There is a lot of useful stuff which you can buy at reasonable prices.

They don’t finish there work properly! They don’t even inflate ballons properly. Zero customer skills

There products are good however their prices are overly priced compared to other stores. I used to buy a favorite mechanical pencil from them. However, they change their prices frequently-sometimes it is worth more sometimes less-there are some other products that I have noticed the same pattern in. Other than that-the staff is super friendly and nice!

This store has lots of stuff which other dollar stores dont have. So this is basically $3+ store.but worth going for buying small stuff.variety is good

Horrible customer service, most of the cashiers are polite and courteous, but some seniors like floor manager are neither customer focused nor polite.will never go there, if i had another choice in the vicinity.

Shopping baskets are not sanitized between users.in fact, they're not even clean! The rolling ones are the worst and have debris stuck on them. My daughter and I just picked up what we needed and could carry only. Large store with a variety of items, but we won't be back.

First dollar store where u cud find all daily essentials easily and very economical.highly recommended

I don't believe anything in this store actually costs a dollar, but hey, at least you're getting good-ish quality stuff. Cheaper than Walmart.

The girl named Veerpal. She is very very helpful. She helped me to find lights and balloon. I came at 8: 55 pm on friday (11 September, 2020). She also told me about the price of the ballons.

Good store and they carry a lot of Variety. Lots of party stuff including helium, good Craft aisle and a lot in the seasonal aisle too. At the moment they carry sanitizer and it is priced fairly.

Visited on 30th April 2020.
A cheap customer service is their vision ahead.
Picked a screw driver and stood in line for payment.
When called she told me it didn't have the price tag, GO and get another one.
I checked all, none of them were having price tag. Never mind I picked another model with a tag and reached out to her. This time she was't ready to even look at time. I stood for 5 Min and then I asked another member.
They asked me to join the whole line again and wait for my turn again.
I wasted half hour in the store and then left without the product.
Will never visit and neither recommend.

Good for cards n festive decoration material including birthday and party supplies. Art supplies are descent enough and a good place to fetch batteries and quick fix tools

I always go to this location for little things.
It is usually packed with people though.

Be careful with the glass items there. My husband tried to take one glass jar to buy, small particals from its unfinished edge went into his fingers and had a very painful experience take it out.

Has everything you need. I had to get party things last minute and found everything I needed plus more!

I love this store for their selection of party supplies and balloons. A great place to visit to pick up things like party favours, disposable plates, napkins, piñatas, stickers, etc.for your event or party. So many balloon options and they do arrangements on the spot or you can prepay for pickup at a later date and time. Prices were affordable and more than reasonable. I would say this dollar store is exactly like the name.your typical dollar store with A LOT more. Keep in mind most items are over $1.00 but clearly labelled.

Great but just a small suggestion get smaller shopping carts too hard to get around the store. I left the store because of this.

Much better than just a dollar store. The quality of items available here is quite good, some of the things are even cheaper than walmart, with same quality.
