I enjoy most of the drivers that pick me up but unfortunately there are 3 drivers that consistently argue with me when I suggest a preferred route asking me not to tell them how to drive and where, get annoyed because my drop off request is not far enough from where I get picked up and they "do not make enough money", and rudely tell me without any restraint and decorum "that they will never pick me up again" or that "this is the last time you will ever see me" when I dare to point out to them that their navigation leaves something to be desired or that their customer service was sub par.

One driver was on speaker phone with a Revenue Canada official while attempting to locate on his cell phone the bank transaction details the official was asking information about all while he is driving me to my destination.this same driver argued with me on another occassion when I asked for a preferred route and on several occasions did not know where he was going almost as if he could not read street signs or understand his GPS. This is just one driver.there are several like him.

It seems that with some of the drivers in this company being miserable and argumentative, shouting down the customer, and making him feel or outright telling him that "he is a bad customer" is a perfectly acceptable way of interacting. A complete lack of customer service seems to be the norm for some of these drivers and I do mean COMPLETE.

3 stars for the good drivers which I love and get along with but this company has a long way to go toward weeding out the bad apples working in this taxi service.

Where I not a loyal Londoner and supported of local businesses I would have given up on this company long ago.

Horrible horrible service! They tell you 15-20mins later, 25mins and three phone calls later no taxi came. The guy on the phone told me there was a taxi at the CIBC at argyle mall coming to get me so I waited. No taxi was there, had been there or even drove into the parking lots in the 35mins I was there. Not only is their service horrible, their customer service reps are liars. DO NOT CALL! I could have taken 3 busses home in the time that a cab was “supposed to be there”. This was at 330pm on a Thursday when I was already sick. Will never use again. My first call to them was at 319pm and I got picked up by another cab company at 356pm. Disgusting service from this company.

Used this company on several trips. Still better than uber, but lots to be desired. They operate a small fleet mainly downtown london. They don't charge debit machine fee. Thats the good. One driver constantly talks about a cabal and all that new world crazy order garbage, I requested to drop it but they insisted. The last driver had mad attitude that I was taking better trips from him because I wasn't calling from home zone. The company seems pretty solid in practice, but the human error (that is the staff) is a major deterrent. At least all cab companies are 20% cheaper than uber lately. Just wear headphones, and call from downtown, and don't talk, they'll be alright.

Every driver Ive has been rude or extremely unprofessional. On the phone the whole time, ignore you when you say hello or ask about their day. Last driver went 2 blocks with their 4 ways on and I politely let them know, they waved their hand “ya ya I know”, the time before that i got a lesson on politics and lizard people. I would say avoid if possible. I only use them because its covered by an account.

These guys need to honour their loyalty cards! Have a loyalty program, never accept loyalty cards as payment even when you have earned 22. $+ dollars ‍
Otherwise a great cab company but like I specifically used them to earn their loyalty cash ‍️

Beware some guys out there using their name and handing out the receipt bearing their name and duping people and they trick you and replace your card, I had similar experience on Mar 31 2023.

As leaving the cab I realized I forgot my phone in the back seat driver did not respond to dispatch letting him know it was in the vehicle. Very dishonest company not to be. Trusted

Was told i would have a cab in 20-25 mins. After 30 mins i called to ask about how i would be informed a cab was on the way and how much longer to expect to wait since i was waiting to go to work, only to be told itd be another 35-40 mins before i would have one on the way.

Taxi 380 drove for at least 5km and not once used a turn signal as he changed lanes or turned. I will not be using this service

If I have an option rate this company - start I would love too.
On sun dec 15 at 2.57am at Dundas and Wellington i tried to get a cab (number 355) but the driver refuse my service, then I called the customer service. Fast forward I called again the customer rep and I get the worse experience in my life (never ever had like this experience before). The customer rep said that the drivers are allowed to refuse to pick up customers (and my question is it with or without cause knowing that I was 100% sobre) then the rep start interrupting me talking under her breath mumbling and here I good part she said that the driver is not racist and I was not discriminated by refusing my service then she hang up on
For real? This is the customer service you’re offering to your customers?

Called yellow taxi to take me home from pub. One of these drivers showed up at 230AM and swore up and down he was my ride. Trying to poach a fare. So aggressive he made me feel uncomfortable. My actual driver showed up two minutes later from yellow and I got in. Shame on you.

Seriously 6 cars outside of the train station sitting there for over half an hour all idling. Tell your drivers to turn off their cars
