They are not open until 12 AM as they are trying to save money for staff hours! They close the basketball court 20 minutes before 10 PM barely giving people time to play

Please extend weekday hours to at least midnight. Weekends were recently extended 2 hours to 6pm. It would make so much difference for those finishing work late. Thank you.

Poor Service and a useless organization. It is a pure waste of the taxpayer's money. Most of employees that I have spoken to are unprofessional and have no knowledge regarding the cases that they are holding. It is a real bureaucratic fiasco.
