I bought a package of 6 intraoral tightening treatments. I started to notice a difference about half way through and couldn’t be happier after my last! Alyssa is great and very professional. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve been going to them for a year now. I started with aesthetician Alyssa with a bespoke package and then transitioned to vcarbon peels. I must say she is the only person who cleared my skin and I consider my skin to be very problematic. I love the atmosphere of the salon and the aestheticians are very nice and well educated. I cannot recommend this clinic and practitioners enough. I have visited a lot of clinics in the city but truly nothing compares to the level of service and care I received here. If you struggle with acne/ need injections this is the place for you.

My lash lift lasted weeks despite sweating swimming and being in salt water for a few weeks while on vacation. Kristen was amazing and took the time to explain every step of the process as she was performing the lash lift and tint. Her instructions for post care were explained thoroughly and were very easy to follow. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I went to Youth Spa because of abnormal acne that was on my face from overusing skin exfoliates. Alyssa Gill truly does have a magical wand in just 4 weeks I have noticed huge improvements on my skin. She took her time and provided me with all the options and treatments available and together I selected the Skin Tightening Long Pulses treatment (4 sessions) and could not be more satisfied with the results! Discovered Youth MediSpa through word of mouth, and so far, I am loving it! The staff and doctors are so patient and knowledgeable. They listen to your needs/concerns and address them in a realistic manner. Service, knowledge and empathy go a long way in any business but especially in this one.

Hands down the best medical spa I’ve been to. Between the staff, overall quality of services, and location, I’ll gladly continue my medical journey here.

The location is extremely convenient for people within the downtown core or who have access to the TTC (It is about a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute streetcar ride from king station), but also easily reachable if you’re coming from elsewhere (5 minute drive from the Richmond exit on DVP). There are also a couple parking options I’ve found close by.

In terms of services. They offer quite a few popular and effective treatment/procedures for both women and men. The staff are experienced and informed. Not once have I left unsure or felt a lack of confidence in regards to what decisions were right for me. The facility is always clean, organized and tidy. Which is a valued standard I hold for any place that offers any sort of medical treatment/procedures, but it’s really nice to see the effort they put in. It’s reassuring.

Lastly, the staff. The staff are magnificent, bar none. My interactions with the medical administrator, all the way to the technician and nurse injectors, have really been what has made my experiences here what they are. Like I said before experienced and informed, but also attentive and supportive of individual needs. I always feel comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns. To which has only been met with patience, understanding and a thorough attempt to address them.

So if you are looking for a Medical Spa, I whole heartedly, STRONGLY suggested checking them out.
