I can't seem to get a non canned response to using the contact forms. I tried calling into customer service and got put on hold for 20 minutes. I ordered online for pickup. Totalled $36 and change. Credit card charged $41 and change. I want the overcharge refunded.

The chicken pieces get smaller all the time. I guess that part of my message triggered something and the overcharge was never addressed.

You obviously didn't read my entire message. I'd like the overcharge refunded please. Unless you think it's acceptable business practice to overcharge a customer's credit card.

Very poor service.

Yum is the master franchiser of KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Being the corporate office, it would be assumed they would assist will customer concerns. WRONG!

No one answers the phone. The receptionist refuses to direct calls to any one that is customer service related and goes as far as to hang up on customers.

If you have any problems with the YUM brands, you can try call them directly but you get the same response.this company is not interested in resolving issues.
