I switched to Yurek’s in June. I immediately noticed how busy they were and how much hands they didn’t have helping. I’ve had numerous problems with my medications that I have caught. Today, I was shortchange 31 pills on a 90 day prescription which amounted a $1400. I got home and I said, “there’s no way there are 90 pills in that bottle” and I counted them. This was the biggest mistake, ever, and costly. I have now switched pharmacies completely. I’m tired of the mistakes. They are understaffed and lose track of things quickly. They mean well, but just not up to par.

They sold me a very expensive lift that stranded me
So many times it’s fubar.
The owner did respond and said what talk with and it’s been a quite a while and nothing. Issue is they OWE me about 90 buks for parts that were under warranty and made me pay with the attitude it was the least I can do.
I live on my old age and I want that money back.
Your lessons come from selling faulty lifts.
Those brushes failed badly and should’ve been replaced when they were here overhauling this improperly assembled unit called SERENITY, my eye.
The least this store can do is refund my 90 buks, under warranty eh.
Feb 2021installed cost 6000.00!

Waiting for two days for sleeping pills to be delivered, promised both days they will be there. Haven't slept and am i happy no

I just switched to them as a Pharmacy since the beginning of the month and they have been wonderful so far. Attentive, compassionate and so far they've been really great!

Always go above and beyond to make sure every customer feels important and the pharmacists always take the time to make sure you know exactly what ur taking, side affects etc!

The product I needed was was on back order in most of the pharmacies in st Thomas but Steve took the time to call several pharmacies on my behalf to see if they had it. Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable.

Thinking of finding another Pharmacy. Called script in mon 06/03 for pickup following day stopped in told script needs refill from Dr. I'm actually looking a pill bottle that has Refills 1. Is 24 -48 hrs not enough notice. Don't like being lied to

Thank you to Yurek Pharmacy for your amazing customer service, when I needed pain relief (short supply of Tylenol) to assist in my 5 yr old grandson's surgery recovery. My daughter couldn't find it in Chatham. Thanks to Highland Pharmacy in my home village of Port stanley for being a team and sending me to Yurek!
