Related to our condo build, YYZed was responsive and driven to complete the project. Both Joe Di Pasquale and Thomas Di Pasquale were very knowledgeable. They were great at articulating the problem / scope, then communicating and documenting next steps / agreements. And Joe and Thomas always maintained professional respect. We were glad these folks were on the job!

no call backs, building rep, Daniel saw me one day and ran away the other way to avoid confrontation for LYING about new heat pump installed after flood in unit and covered up all mold after flood repair. I refused to take possession until all ripped out and replaced.all except the heat pump. SWEATED ALL SUMMER WITH TEMPS IN THE HIGH 80S, NOW HEAT IS IN QUESTION?
