Worst experience ever. They don’t know the difference between chicken and veg things. I mean i can understand if the restaurant was busy but it was only us.she didn’t even check and wrote chicken on veggie tacos and veg on the other one. I wanna request the owner to first take them to the doctor and check their eyesight.

Heard so much about this place, finally today i got the chance to try it. Got the chicken bowl its amazing, full of flavours, quantity do justice with pricing. Customer service is great, good staff, maintain health and food safety standards. Really recommend this place to everyone

Please avoid this place. We family of 4 went for dinning given bad food. Bad woc and smelling food. We asked for refund but they didn’t give refund. We have been asked to throw the food.

It’s not chicken!

We were driving back from Collingwood and decided to try this place as they started serving halal chicken. The staff was friendly and we got two chicken bowls. I would at the corn and vegetables at fresh but it was not chicken what they were serving. When we sat down to eat and after a few bites, we can clearly tell that it was some sort of processed meat, sausage or don’t know any it was. I went up to ask the staff and they kept insisting that it is chicken and that they grill it and cut is very small. I took a few pieces of the so called chicken and showed to them that it is pressed and processed meat like sausage but they did not agree. It tasted awful and we even smelled smoked pork in the chicken and ended up packing it up and brought it home which ended up in garbage as we could not get over the texture and smoked pork smell coming from it.

I would never go back there and would not recommend this place for halal option / chicken.

I tried this place for the first time. The good customer service girl at the front helped us to pick the right plate. Delicious tasty food. Good portion. Open late till 11pm. Mexican food lovers here for you!

So I have had Z-Teca before but it’s been a long time as they’re mostly in the East end. Visited the Trinity Mall location and I was very pleased. Talked to the franchisee a little and he was very nice. I ordered the beef Barbacoa quesadilla and churros. My daughter really enjoyed the churros. First time I had the beef barbacoa quesadilla and it was amazing. The beef was so fresh and flavourful. Will go back again and you should also.

We had an amazing experience ordering from this location. It was the best burrito we ever had! Very fresh ingredients and very well prepared. Something was missing from our order and they were so kind and wanting to fix it that they re-delivered the missing items with extra, in a snow storm! The customer service really blew us away. Thank you so much for providing such amazing food and service.:)

Clean restaurant.

Tried veg. Bowl, Taste is mild, charged extra for Guacamole which I believe should be included in veg. Bowl.

Didn’t met my expectations as I had high expectations as I was looking for an option to Chipotle because its too far.

We ordered z-teca catering for a team meeting recently and we had a great experience. The food was excellent, the portions were huge and the food delivery was on time. I had the opportunity to deal with the franchise owner, and he was fantastic to work with - great communication and attention to detail. He took very good care of us. Thank you!

My 1st time being there. The girl tha served me was so great, helpful and fun to talk to. Food taste amazing and I'm definitely going back. Thanks for an amazing experience

Been there a couple times, the food is fresh n flavourful. The customer service is great. The takeout comes in nice packaging.

Horrible basically paid for rice and beans staff was not friendly would never come back save your money hit up a burrito boys chicken was chewy over price for un tasty food didn’t even have different hots sauces

I eat here last week, Im not from the area. This place is not like Burrito Bar and Mucho Burrito, this place is definitely better, their food is better quality. But the prices are a little stiff. $20 for a burrito combo but at least the food was delicious. I will recommend as long as you don't mind paying $20 for a burrito combo for lunch.

Amazing food, the barbacoa tacos are my favourites and the churros are the perfect dessert to end a nice meal. Owners are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Would highly recommend!

You never expect much from chain Mexican restaurants. Z-Teca, bottom of the barrel. Orders three chicken tacos- not sure how you make a taco taste like THAT but imagine hot dog meat served in a cold tortilla with some kind of crunchy vegetable that I couldn’t tell what it is. When they first took the sport of GNC in trinity I was excited; now I wish the GNC was back even though I never went there. Between Bar- Burrito and Fresh Burrito, Cali and Quesada, Z-teca is not worth the time it takes to order. Staff was really friendly but the food was just, bad.

Not sure what's going on with the reviews for this place, this place is one of the better burrito places. Chicken isn't dry with good flavour, it actually tastes different in a good way compared to other burrito places in the area. Been back a few times and this place has been consistently great!

Burrito bowls and burritos are amazing! Me and my gf come all the time! Everything tastes fresh and the service is 10/10

Wow, that was utterly disappointing. I ordered fish tacos and there wasn’t any flavour. Barely any options for toppings to compliment fish tacos. Also, try not to pack on so many toppings when you’re doing take out or delivery. I got my tacos and they were extremely cold due to all the toppings that are required to be refrigerated. Probably the last time I get food from here.

We picked up party trays for our trip to Blue Mountain. There was plenty of food for everyone (12 people). The manager, Robin, was so insightful and such a nice person. He explained in detail what to do when setting up the trays etc. Very impressed with both food and service. Definitely recommend this place.

Really NO taste. Sorry for this review but this is absolutely not the place for burritos. There is no flavour. Kindly improve your Recipe.

Yummy and fresh!
My family and I got a new fav for our Mexican craving. The quantity was great too. We brought some back home and had our dinner as well. Goto place for Mexican. Glad that their shrimp is yummy and chicken, halal!
