Was in a pinch and stopped in on my way to a show for a pair of dress shoes. Staff was phenomenal - asked what I needed and showed me a bunch of really reasonably priced options. I was so pleased that I bought the shoes and went back in 30 seconds later for a bowtie. They were accommodating, helpful and obviously extremely passionate about their business and keen on fostering lasting customer relationships. Excellent all around.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Zabian’s Mens store in Woodstock and I must say, the customer service I received was exceptional. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. The owner who assisted me was knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely patient.

I was in the market for a new suit for my son’s grade 8 graduation and wasn't sure what style or colour would work best for him. The owner took the time to listen to my son’s wants and provided helpful suggestions. They took measurements to ensure a proper fit and guided me through the different fabrics, cuts, and styles available.

Throughout the entire process, the owner was attentive and respectful of our time. They never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. They were also accommodating when my son needed to try on the suit and provided valuable feedback.

I picked up a suit and accessories for a funeral today from Zabian's, and let me tell you, the service here is second to none! I commute to London everyday and could have chosen a store there, but I figured today I'd support locally, and I'm so very glad I did!
The service was amazing, as well as the prices they offered. I got fitted head to toe for a 3-piece suit, shirt, belt and shoes. I also picked out a new tie and some socks, this place has everything covered. I definitely plan on telling everyone I know about this store.

It was my first time in and my first time buying buying nice casual blazer / sports coat for dinners and shows. As I got there, the man (should've gotten his name, really nice guy) was dealing with a couple other clients but was sure to come over and address me quickly. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He did exactly what I was hoping for, found me the perfect fit, showed me how well it would go with different coloured pants and shirts and he did it all within half an hour. It was a great experience there. With a ton of selection, I will definitely be back next time I need a fancy dress shirt or a complete suit for a wedding.

I needed a dress shirt and pants the same day as I came in the store and I was taken care of exceptionally well, the owners always give fair pricing and honest advice about what looks good. I always recommend this place to friends who need formal wear, and now they've added more casual wear options too. Strongly recommend this business.

Had a great experience here today, I was looking for something nice and casual for an upcoming date and I haven't really dressed to impress in a long time and they had me set up and ready to go pretty quickly this evening with a pressed shirt and hemmed pants, belt and under shirt and some fancy socks. I am not sure how this place has any positive reviews.dealing with them is nothing but a headache. This is the most disorganized establishment I have ever had to deal with. My husband had to get a suit as part of a wedding party and the process was a hassle from start to finish, went to order and get measurements the owner was disorganized, scattered and flat out rude. At first fitting the suit was MULTIPLE sizes too small, as the owner marked down the incorrect size due to how disorganized he was. He then proceeded to blame everyone else. When suits were picked up, pants were not even included in the bag and they had no idea where they even were resulting in an additional trip back to the store and multiple hours spent there on wedding day. The owner was BEYOND rude, and the quality of the product is embarrassing from broken suspenders to suits with buttons falling off at pickup… they also charged different prices to different groomsmen for the same suit package. All in all, place is exceptionally overpriced, and treats there customers like garbage.

You can’t convince me otherwise that this guy isn’t buying positive reviews.

I phoned about a price anonymously due to someone I know being charged extra for suit additions, when on the website it indicates wedding suits include the extras. In my 3 minute phone call, whoever I spoke to told me that all suits include all extras no fee (then why was my friend charged) and then without me even asking proceeded to talk negatively about all other Mens formal wear businesses. It came across very arrogant, especially considering we didn’t receive the quality/prices that he bragged so highly of AND that the other companies actually came to the rescue the day before the wedding when Zabians couldn’t follow through on their promises.

As stated I called ANONYMOUSLY to confirm something for a wedding party as they were being told something different then what was advertised. When I asked a simple question it turned into the store associate talking negatively about other stores in order to make Zabians seem better…. Instead of actually BEING better. All talk, nothing to show for it. That was my point.

What can i say about Zabians Mens wear. When it came down to getting a shirt for my wedding the best place for me in town was here. Was a great price and excellent service. Even brought it back the next day to get it ironed before my big day. Highly recommend!

The best place to look for a suit, tuxedo or any formal wear. I have purchased many suits from Zebian's over the years and most recently my tuxedo when I got married. What makes them different is that they care from the moment you walk in till you pick up your suit. They measure your body and make sure the item fits perfectly and if it does not they do in house alterations in order to make it fit. They also have a wide variety of items and are willing to order 3-4 designs from their catalogue to make the customer happy. For custom hemmed suits they are by far best value for your money and reasonably priced. I recommend all my friends and family to go to Zebian's. I even drive from London, ON because of how great the customer service is.

I bought a suit in April for a wedding to beat the rush for wedding season. Friendly service and know right what you need satisfied with purchase.

It started out great, confidence, reassurance, also great selection. Zabian you can tell has great sales experience always saying things like "dont worry buddy, I got it" and " dont worry buddy, I got it" and also "dont worry buddy, I got it"

Well he did not get it. Ties for a groom and also 4 groomsman wrong colour. Dress shirts wrong size and one of the 5 had a pocket. 2 of the five suspenders were brown when they should have been black.unfortunately this adventure did not work out for us. We made 5 trips and not once were our wishes fullfilled, but rather a severe disappointment, in what seemed a quiant little suit shop.

Good quality men's clothing. Good service and selection. Always leave with everything tailored to fit. Purchased two new sports jackets at a great price. Coat sleeves tailored to proper length included in price.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. We went shopping for a suit for my husband. Being a bigger guy, he says clothes shopping hasn't been a fun experience before this.
We walked in and the gentleman working asked what we were looking for and we told him. He walked over to the rack and grabbed a jacket which fit perfectly and looked great on my husband. Tried on a couple styles and colors before settling on the gray one. The tailor quickly measured my husband. It was exactly like what you'd see on tv.
My husband said he felt more comfortable with this than the suit he rented for our wedding day.
The gentleman said he's been doing it for 40 years. We were so impressed and so happy with them. I hope he never retires because they are irreplaceable.
