Very very bad experience I went there for iftar buffet food was very bad no taste of any thing they charging too much and giving nothing pls Dnt go there and Dnt waste your time.

Went there for iftar.not big selection.food was ok.but I just didn't like the fact that you have to pay before you eat! Not knowing what's even on the menu! All trays were covered which I understand to keep the food hot but at least have a menu or put a tag or a sign on each tray to know what we are paying for before eating

The food, I mean the food omg? Tastes amazing I just can't stop thinking about how good the Dolma was? I want to eat it everyday

Iftar buffet was amazing! Great variety and everything tasted great. Kept refilling too. The only negative was the service, they seemed like they were in a bad mood

The worst restaurant, service and food. The restaurant smells very bad too.
The owner is not professional and he has a very bad attitude towards clients. Plus, they are not honest. Please stay away. They don’t even deserve one star.

Stay away from this place. Place is dirty and food is below par. Owner has zero respect for clients.

Food was very tasty from salads to the Quzi to the Iraqi kabab was really good, service was excellent Haneen the server was so friendly and really quick in making sure everything was done right. Overall I recommend it.only negative feedback was the environment too boring no music n atmosphere didn't feel like a restaurant too quiet

They are the worst and the restaurant isn’t clean and the food is not that good.
In addition they have no respect for they client and they may call you and cancel the reservation half hour before your booking.

The ambience was okay. There wasnt much variety in food as expected or shown in their pictures on social media. Overpriced buffet. Food was stale. There was only one kind of chicken and beef kabob, that weren't even warm. Dishes were not named or marked. Our table dishes never got picked up after we were done using them. No drinks offered by waiters. We weren't even guided to our table. That felt kind of wierd. For $30 per head buffet customers expect a little more attention to these details. Lastly there was some taste in the food, that is why we even stayed and paid. Overall a deal breaker. Not coming back here again.

This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve experienced, I went with my family and our food came separately. Everything was cold when it arrived. Table was dusty and not cleaned and the atmosphere was depressing. Never going there again

Food is good but we had a gathering and half of the people did not eat from the buffet. If you keep this policy then you will loose customers. We also heard other people had the same experience. They are also short of staff, bathrooms are dirty and does not get cleaned. Will not go again

FOOD was well done! Food and meats were prepared nicely. Rice and dessert could be improved. Really nice and clean events room in the lower level. Events room has an accessible lift for wheelchair too.
The upper level Shisha lounge smell was overwhelming and could smell it in some areas of the events room downstairs.

Very good restaurant, amazing staff, very polite and friendly, very good service, very delicious food, i wish them all the best.

UPDATE!
Came back in October 2019. Dono where to start. Food was miserably cold. Completely unacceptable! Some items tasted good but the entire menu is very limited and not that generous in any way. I've been Shaking my head wondering how I could justify that $30 buffet for this. JUST BAD!
My fault though I should've learned from my past experience here but what can I say.came here for a Sunday Buffet with a reservation. I had my reservation for two people at 2: 15pm but was seated at 2: 10 by one of their waiters. While we were getting ready to serve ourselves, the same waiter who seated asked us if we would be done within one hour time. It was funny to answer her question but we said yeah we should be I guess. She explained her reasoning due to the fact they were fully booked. We understood even though we didn't have to. Anyhow, after less than 15 mins she comes back and reminds us. We couldn't believe what we were seeing.we're like is this lady serious? She left all the families who were seated and came to me and my wife so she could free up a table for two. We asked the tables around whether this rude lady had asked them the same she did with us, and they are like no that's weird.
We got annoyed but wanted to enjoy our meals regardless and then Here she comes again 5 mins later begging us to hurry up as she has bookings.that's when I lost it on her.
After, I went and spoke to her manager and guess what instead of hearing some apology; the debit machine gets handed to me to pay for my $50 bill.

Very very disappointed on my first visit today. I went to Zad resturant today with my wife for the open buffet. And the place was a mess. Food was very cold and not fresh with so limited varieties and flys were on top of some of the serving dishes. For the sweets' dishes, they were empty and nothing left, basically we did not have any desserts.
NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTURANT TO ANYONE AND I WILL NEVER THINK TO GO THERE AGAIN.

Overall experience was very good and the food price was also really good! Restaurant staff was amazing and friendly.

Washrooms were beyond disgusting. No changing station for babies. I resevered 5 days ahead of time but still they asked me to sit upstairs in a noisy area where there was a party going on while the buffet was downstairs. Very dissapointed with their service. Food wasnt so great as I expected.

I am not very impressed.the service was poor, chicken was flavourless and half burnt and cold, kebab was super dry and cold, not accept any form of payment other than cash but Plus TAX.the rice was old and not fresh and test less.when i try get some more food for the second time, there was no food left, Over priced for low service.

Nice place, delicious open buffet, many choices, enough food and renew, excellent service, recommended for all special for Ramadan open buffet and good price

Its been a while since ive been here had a bad experience and decided not to come back.a lot of friends recommended it and said there was a change of management so i decided to give it a try. Improved a lot.loved their open buffet.lots of great dishes to choose from.keep up the good work

Went for their buffet for a birthday but was not very impressed.the place was very crowded and loud.the service was poor, dishes were dirty service 2 put 5.the food was 3.5 out 5, was cold and not refilled frequently.the customers themselves were very wasteful (not restos fault). Had a variety of dishes - mix of different appetizers, many meat dishes and rice dishes, dessert dishes were not authentic.buffet price was $30 per head

If there is the option of no stars I'd choose that. Service is awful and very slow. The food isn't fresh, it's probably microwaved. And it's expensive for no good reason.
