The lamb, chicken and mix-vegi all tasted great! The falooda was good as well! Only thing needed to mention was that if you prefer soft naan, the edge of this one here might be a bit hard for you. Otherwise everything is perfect!
"The variety on the menu was outstanding. From traditional Pakistani dishes to modern fusion options, there was something for every palate. Truly impressive! "
Customer service was horrible. I ordered a veal biryani and a young man answered the phone and after taking my order asked that’s it? And as soon as i said yes, before I could even utter a word about how long it would take, or other questions I had regarding the menu. I was hung up on. This is exactly why some restaurants don’t receive additional business because they neglect the customer service aspect. As a customer over the years, I found this quite upsetting as I have never been dissatisfied with the food nor the service. Today was an extremely upsetting experience and will make me think twice before offering my business elsewhere to restaurants that extend customer service even to a satisfactory level. I shouldn’t have to waste my time calling back twice to get an answer, and have someone else completely different pick up the phone confused on what I’m talking about. The second man asked me if I ordered a veal tray and sounded like he was in a rush, confusing and a waste of time.
Today we went to have breakfast with friends family, ordered Nihari, veg breakfast platter and Chicken Karahi, ate with Naan and Parata. The taste was amazing, price is no more reasonable. Service was great too
The star of the show was undoubtedly the lamb chops. They were cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a heavenly combination of succulence and well-balanced spices that left me craving more. It's no exaggeration to say that these lamb chops were the best I've ever tasted!
I ordered one chicken biryani and after I got home and opened the food, I noticed the Biryani had a bad foul smell. But I was already home so I didn’t bother returning and I simply threw the food out. After I returned to the establishment for another meal I informed them of what happened but they were completely apathetic and later incredibly rude. The lady at the counter told me to open the wrapped package (which is knotted) and to check the food myself every time I go to pick it up. That's it, no apologies, just insincere patronizing 'advice'. I recommend the management update their staff, and no, before they reply the smell came from the foil- No. The smell was from the food itself and I had to throw it away.
We used to have veal biriyani from there, today we bought 1 large tray of veal biriyani, they didn’t give any salad, raita, no napkin. Cashier was very rude, so unprofessional service
This restaurant is slowly killing innocent customers by delivering the hot food in styrofoam.only to make more profit the don’t care about their customers Safty and health. Edit: Changing the food containers from Styrofoam to plastic came with the significant jump in price and reduction in quantity I will still give them better rating for the taste and flavour
Fish Pakora was wonderfull, such a light crispy batter with tender moist fish inside. Tandoori Naan was great as well. Beef shishkababs were super beefy and spicy, yum! Only complaint is the Lamb Biryani had bones it it and the rice was bland.
Great food great service very clean Resturant food came very fast and very hot staff was very friendly welcoming and professional food was absolutely delicious I had Lahori channa best in gta! 10 out of 10 for the food and staff
I am from South Korea, visiting my family here in Toronto. I was recommended your restaurant by a friend. ZAM ZAM has the best food. I took this as is an opinion based untill I, myself visited your restaurant on May 7th 2023. I ordered kardahi chicken mild and some other dishes as well. The food was so delicious, there are no words to describe such an amazing taste. Food was fresh made to the order. Only thing which can be fixed easily by not using chillies in green yogurt dressing. Yogurt dressing was spicy.
We ordered two halwa puri dishes and they sent the gravies for only one person. The total amount was the size of a half coke can. They sent no achar or any condiments. The food was super bland no spice. Very disappointing.
Been coming here for years! First time dining in post Covid. Halwa puri was great! Love their chicken tawa keema! Have tried many of their other dishes too
