Zappi's Pizza & Pasta

It’s great to find a classic Italian restaurant with good pricing in a sea of franchises! Just came back after a year and still the same GREAT quality food, exceptional staff, and nice ambiance.

Always a great meal at Zappi’s! Service and food is always wonderful! Can’t wait for my next visit!

We were in Niagara Falls, ONT for 3 nights and each time we ate dinner at Zappy's. The food and service were wonderful. We chose to eat outside every time, and although the weather was cool, one night the wait staff turned on the heaters for us. One waiter even remembered what we ordered for drinks the day before. Truly, the food was reasonable and good and the wait staff was excellent! Thank you!

We used to love this place and always visited this restaurant while in Niagara falls. However, today after getting there we were seated for 20 minutes and nobody acknowledged we were there. We watched the staff talking together completely oblivious to the fact four of us waiting to give our drink orders.

En visite à Niagara pour quelques jours, nous avons essayé Zappi. J'ai choisi la Pizza Alfredo cuite sur pierre.oh WOW! Meilleure pizza au poulet à vie.on pouvait goûter chacune des saveurs. Le dosage entre l'ail, le fromage, le poulet est absolument SUBLIME. La sangria rouge est également très bonne. Merci à Véronica pour son excellent service, son sens de l'initiative et sa grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons assurément ici.

P. S.: L'ambiance est cosy, les prix sont TRÈS raisonnables et les portions très généreuse. Mille mercis pour ce beau moment.

Pizza tasted like a cheap frozen one. Waited an hour for two small pizzas. This place survives only because of one time tourist traffic like many of the restaurants near the falls.

EDIT 9/25 - I see the owner posted a nasty comment. Said nothing derogatory to the waitress when we went there other than our order. Left a tip, and paid full price. Didn't post a second review. After seeing this reply the 1 star is definitely well earned though.

We had pizza which was very delicious the service was very good even though it was very crowded.

Amazing service and food. Portions were exceptionally great and tasted like something I've never had before. I was barely able to finish my calzone. Would recommend this for anyone visiting near niagara falls in Canada.

Amazing service and amazing food! The waiters went out of their way to give our daughter pizza dough to play with and a chefs hat to color. We came three times in one week, that’s how great everything was! The lasagna is out of this world, one of the best I’ve ever had! And the Hawaiian pizza was fabulous!

Not really what I was expecting, the pizza crust was not a classic pizza dough for sure and in the sauce there were way too many spices. Great service tho, and good sangria.

We ordered takeout from Zappi’s while staying in Niagara Falls and it was delicious! Very reasonable priced food and fairly quick service too. Within walking distance of many hotels too!

Rude, food was tasteless, seriously inhospitable and weirdly stingy…Ordered two takeout subs, they were bland and tasteless. I went back asking for salt, they lied and said they don’t have any in packets. My sister went back because she literally could not eat such a bland sandwich and she apologized saying I’m sorry I understand you don’t have packets but is it ok to take some salt in napkin for my sandwich.the waitress said she actually has packets, held a bunch up and said she has a 25 cent rule to get it. Shocking and Weird for a restaurant.

We talked about trying this place for years but never got around to it. Finally we made if out here. The staff were friendly and efficient. The pizza was amazing. The crust was thin and crisp and the toppings were fresh and plentiful.

We waited an hour to get our food it wasn't even that busy, and it wasn't worth the wait either. The hostess and the waitress was very friendly and nice.

Definitely do not recommend this place. They actually asked to charge for salt for bad food. Very rude woman @ front entry, that was the worst part.

Took 45 minutes to receive our food after we ordered. It was the same for other customers. Heard them complaining as well. The food however is excellent. We had pizzas and meatball subs. Great sauce. I’m hoping the delay in the food is due to a staff shortage and not a regular thing. I will consider going back as I have been going there for very many years.

Usually not a fan of pizza. But this was very good. Perfect crust, sauce and veggies and cheese.

Good food, good service from friendly and efficient staff, and good relaxing ambiance. The white sangria was great as was the Greek salad. Pizza was good though crust a little on the thicker side. Ravioli was good and cooked just enough to be chewy. The bill was also quite reasonable. Very good experience overall.

My family enjoyed their meals, the only concern was the food did take a bit a time to arrive, however, it was worth the wait!

Ordered delivery and never did receive it. Called 3 times. Very rude and lied to us about the delivery status.

We were craving pizza and looked up few places in the area. Based on the menu choices and the prices between 5-6 different pizza places we decided to try zappis.
We were not disappointed and glad to have come here. Pizza was tasty. Crust was thin (so not too much dough to eat). We had Medium size = 22$ inc HST.

Great pizza. Took the family for a nice night out. Great tasting, well done fresh pizza and awesome wings. This is a great place for locals to enjoy a home cooked meal. Mirella always treats us right! Friendly service with a smile

Very good food and reasonably priced. We’ve been here for several days and tried many restaurants around the fallsview area. This is the best one so far.

Decided to go and eat at this pizzeria after reading some reviews, seemed good, but once in the place and looking at the way they were starting the pizza I knew right away that this is more Americanized then a local pizzeria. After getting out pizza my first thought was, the dough already thin crust brought me to the conclusion that he missed making the dough as didn’t seem risen, then the ingredients of food on top was like if it was counted, so many mushrooms, and green peppers were cubed instead of sliced, the pepperoni tasted very American in all I was disappointed. Being Italian myself and growing up in the restaurant business maybe I expect more but when it comes to a local pizzeria it should of been better especially if the place has been there for so long, If you like hard crust pizza and little ingredients this is your place. Over all I would of enjoyed more a dominos pizza and this is saying how much I didn’t enjoy it

Fantastic pizza and great customer service. Enjoyed the patio. I had the vegetarian pizza so yummy! The white sangria evaporated, took 2 to quench my thirst? ! Lol

This is a truly amazing and authentic Pizza I've tried in my life! Located right in the heart of Niagara, next to the Falls it offers delicious food (not only pizza).

The top choice of mine is a Chicken Alfredo pizza

Would definitely recommend this place, as this is my to-go spot if I feel like Italian or pizza.

I have gone to this restaurant many times over the years when visiting Niagara. (Usually always have a great experience) I was very displeased with the food and service. When I spoke to the waitress she basically could care less. Not only did she seem like she had no idea how to be a witness but all the severs were so busy chatting n not working it seemed they had a room full of unhappy Customers. I was reading the below recent reviews and I can see I'm not the only one who is not happy. The food was barely at room temperature and the taste was very bland. By the looks of things here the leader of the restaurant is to busy responding to reviews with unprofessional comments rather than holding his team accountable. He needs to be the leader not the friend. The team will work harder for you if they are held accountable! If you want tasty food and good service you may want to stay away from this place. I hope In the future it will go back to the place it once was with good service and hot food.

Most resent, reasonable price Italian restaurant in the area. Food are delicious, yummy, tasty, fresh. Great, friendly, generous atmosphere, meal.

The pizza was really good! The crust was amazing! Staff was friendly. We brought it back to the room and enjoyed the falls view:)

The patio ambiance was pretty good. Food was mediocre. Got some pizzas (cheese and veg) and they were less than average. Nachos were decent. I wouldn't go for the food but maybe to hang out with some friends with some apps.

Food was delicious but our server, Skylar was absolutely phenomenal. It was extremely busy and we did not feel rushed or unattended to at any point! Will definitely be coming back for both the food and service!

The sandwiches and fries are always really good. Always like the veal Parmesan sandwich. Always filling, and the hostesses are always polite. Just haven't ordered since COVID. Looking forward to again in the future

Pasta was yum!
Had the peppers and penne. Didn't know it was stuffed with rice. So good!
Also got the fries and loved the seasoning.i think it was season salt and maybe paprika.not sure. So good though omg

Came here while visiting Niagara. Loved this little gem among all the franchise restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. Their Margherita pizza and wings was soon good that we were stuffed. Will definitely be coming back again next time we're in Niagara.

Ordered take-out. Everything was okay or good but they forgot my blue cheese dip and celery. Couldn't go back for them: (You know how you feel eating chicken wings without them.

Nothing worse than spending money on old food. Especially during lockdown when everyone is working hard for a penny. Ordered the steak sub, hearing from others it’s great. Asked for no tomatoes and it came covered in them. The fries on the side were soggy and definitely not fresh. I wish I could post a video of how soggy these fries were.

Great evening for the family (2 kids aged 10 and 13). Weather took a turn for the worst and the staff quickly accommodated to another area. Great service!
