It looks like a second-hand store. I understand it is a sale time, but at least keep the store and the products / clothes tightly.

Staff was rude! "you don't respect us, and we don't have to respect you".
All I did was asking to open another cash register - lineup was up the store entrance.
She added that no one is putting clothes back - in fact it was a huge sale and it was enormous amount of clothes at the store, was no way it was manageably and change room was closed, full of suff.
She added- because no one is folding it and putting back". When I asked about her name - " we not allowed to say our names". No wonder, what a poor management! Incredible

Manager with red braids working June 16 at 7: 30p is the absolute rudest and most over dramatic human I have encountered.
I disagree with the return policy they made up themselves, said that I was harassing them for not agreeing to their made up policy. After giving me the receipt she decided to make a snarky comment “I hope you have just a good day as you are” and she walked away. To get her attention I tapped the counter and all the little ladies are about to call security. So over dramatic …Are you kidding me? I tapped the counter to get her attention because she made a comment and ran away, I didn’t touch anyone. They seriously hire anyone off the streets these days, the whole store looks like trash too now. The person who hired this manager and all these over dramatic little ladies should reconsider their hiring process to avoid hiring such people.

I would give no stars if it was an option. I was in Zara yesterday and the cashier (male) was so rude as was the manager (female). It would have killed them to provide service with a smile. I would never go there again, not to that location anyways. I can’t believe they are still in business with the lack of effort the staff put in. Disgusting!

I would rate 0 star if I could. The customer service at Zara Bayshore is completely rude, Disrespect, arrogance towards customers. Even the manager there was so rude and I feel I have been being racially discriminated against. I don’t understand how they can treat customers like that, don't believe such a poor quality service is offered in this great country. This behavior is not to be tolerated. I will never get back to Zara again with the disrespectful customer service. There are so many people like me complaints about the customer service there.

I was charged for an item I did not purchase. When I called to let them know, I had to open a case, wait a week, and was eventually told there would be no refund because the said item is no longer in their inventory. I've heard of staff stealing items and adding it to customer receipts. I will never go to this store again.

The most HORRIBLE customer service and management in all of the mall. “Manager”Jesse (employee # 22939) was the rudest, most unprofessional, degrading, dismissive, disgusting person to deal with. He was not only shameful in his delivery of a simple inquiry but also extreme obnoxious and aggressive. Having been a long time Zara customer, we will NEVER spend another dollar there again. Go across the hall to Artizia, smiles, helpful and professional always.

Horribly unfriendly and completely unhelpful staff. Not sure why they continue working here, because it is obvious that they hate their job. Merchandise is everywhere- completely disorganized and the store itself was filthy. Looks like the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped in weeks.
