Zarrabian Dental Clinic

This is the worst Dentist Office you can go too. My kids was tortured and traumatized at this office.did 4 fillings while they are in so much pain, and all of them came out with it days. I went to tell them and the doctor put me in a room increase the volume of the TV in the room to the highest and refused to compensate was rude and talk over me all the time until I loose my mind and start yelling.gave one stare because there is no 0 rating.

On Friday the 27 of July 2023 I was seen at the dental clinic of Dr. Shirin Zarrabian located 201-3225 Lawrence Avenue East. This was my very first visit. After a dental checkup and routine cleaning I was informed by the dentist that three of my teeth needed fillings and was given an appointment for Aug 1. On August 1 I arrived at the clinic and had the fillings done on my affected teeth. A few hours later (after the anesthetic had worn off), I noticed that when anything cold came in contact with one of my affected tooth it hurt very badly. I contacted the dental office and informed them of the situation. I was given an appointment for Saturday 5th of August. When I arrived at the clinic, I was seen by Dr. Zarrabian's assistant after he examined me, he informed me that the pain was being caused by due to the roots of the tooth being exposed. I then informed him that the tooth only started hurting after Dr. Zarrabian had worked on it. I was then seen by Dr. Zarrabian and informed that nothing could be done and to just use Sensodyne toothpaste.

Terrible and horrible experience overall. Also the day after the fillings on my teeth I received a call from the dental office indicating that I had not paid my bill, which was utter nonsense, I had paid my bill in full.
I told the person on the line the same. After she checked her system again, she apologized and said the mistake was on her part. WHAT? ! @@.
A word to the wise always go by word of mouth for such services. That is only use services that has been personally recommended by a friend if possible

Amazing Doctors with lots of experience wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have extensive knowledge and modern techniques that they incorporate into their professional practice and service. Thank you for serving the community and helping us.
